Needs to be even tighter but since its been so high fir so long it may be too late. Ive seen young Canadians who canet find work and may have to move to the US for good futures some have already started and taking their skills with them. Canada dies not need high levels it needs more affordable homes, better paying jobs, etc do they can have kids and increase the population organically. When I was a small child, I had planned to go to European and American countries based on my knowledge and good values and not for money because I thought that people with good education and rules followed lived there. Now I am 18 and it is very sad to see that people who lack basic manners are going there in exchange of money, yes it is true that you cannot bring knowledge and good values in yourself with money, European people and American people should also think about this and should ask questions to their government that why are they bringing these people to get profit in the vote bank or are they very educated people, but looking at the condition it is not true that Their parents may have also taught them basic manners, many Indians do not have the flexibility to change their habits after seeing the country, but they would have had problems with people coming to their country from outside who did not live in the Indian culture, but if they did not live with outsiders and were forbidden to do that, then that would be racism! One should follow whatever religion one wants but see again it should change with the new environment, even in nature when a species migrates to a new place it follows the rules and practices it uses, it does not mean that its genetics change completely.

I would like to see Tyler interview the Native Americans in Montana. My cousin went to, I believe it was Billings, Montana. He had a lot of people just being straight up rude towards him, and when he was talking to some of the locals, they said that the Native Americans hate other Americans. As an IT professional , I can say that all American programmers are thrown away from the market because of Indians. Some of them are good , some are really bad, but what I noticed... they have a common fearure...they lie constantly about their education and experience. When you are interviewing an Indian IT person , they know everything, according to their answers... but it is a lie.

While I don't really have a strong opinion about Brampton being mostly Indians, I do have an opinion that Canadians should condemn other areas as well that are majority of immigrants. Vaughn area is filled with Chinese people no one makes a fuss about it. They ain't speaking english, they aint serving American junk food everywhere, yet Indians are a problem. The community has vices, but justifying xenophobia with that is awful. European descendant people came here and took over native Canadians. Can't think how it must've felt for them. That was unarguably way worse than the current immigration system. My point being its a problem against a specific community is not really being uncomfortable for the sake of the country but purely out of spite and racism. I can see the concerns but not when they stereotype every Indian.

The Mormons have land and a strong daily schedule, some community churches have very strong programs, but as a whole, The Church has done nothing to make itself appealing and therefore, there's no opposite or equal force. What to do? and as far as assimilating, yes, they should, but to what? Should they start playing hockey, drinking beer, etc. The second gen might. The West has lost it's way and religion isn't the solution but a culture not so decadent would be a good start.

Canadian that spent 16 years in Japan. I went as an individual. I stayed as an individual. Married a Japanese. Came back to Canada for a pension and can't wait to leave. I were in Japan and if I saw a group of Canadians arrive expecting Japan to change for them, I would have been severely pissed off with them. Every other country and normal immigrant that came as an individual or individual family probably thinks the same way I do. If I remember right canada first house crises was in the 19’s something and back then they started making more houses to resolved this problem………………..,… And I am thinking that getting immigrants from only 1 country might not be good, because of countries, society mentality…………. One Example ; a-lot people in the USA are strong guns advocate, if Canada only get people from the US and because the majority of Americans love their guns, they may advocate to have more guns freedom in Canada and teach their children guns loving mentality. Honestly the batshit crazy comment reflects the #1 concern most Canadians have with the United States. We have conservatives and religious types but they're all more or less respectful and they don't try to control Canadian society. In comparison, at least a fifth of Americans are borderline fascists, and none of us want anything to do with those types of people. Still, most of you chose to put this poor imitation of a man into your presidency. Soon you will look around and realise you are losing serious respect and dignity, allies and meaningful friends. My husband and I were both immigrants to Canada, he from S. Africa, I from the UK. I never experienced any discrimination. My busband was diagnosed with late stage bone cancer at 31 years old. The medical care was so good that he lived another 6 mostly happy years. We were supported by the Ontario Health Care system with visiting nurses, even housekeepers and received every help we could possibly need, at no cost to us. I will always be grateful for the love and support we received from Canadian friends, employers and the medical professionals. What a country! I am in Europe now but feel strongly that Canada, the EU, Britain, the wonderful Ukrainians (I know quite a few refugees) and other countries of good will should work together for a better world. We are a family and families support each other in difficult times. Americans welcome when they are ready.

American here that has extensive relationships in Canada. We don’t want this tariff war but the tariffs being implemented first by the Trump administration on behalf of US were punitive for violating USMCA and tied directly to the border defects. This was made known in advance and you repeated empty promises. Take your medicine and get well fast. Instead of doing that, you are taking an action that will beget reciprocal tariffs. Implement $30B and Trump will add $30B….add another $125B later and Trump will add another $125B. Heads up….America wants good partners and looks forward to being past this as well. In the meantime, we are prepared to pay more (or live with less) as we get back up on our feet. We have a lot of internal healing and cannot carry any other countries right now. Not sure if that was ever a good thing for either of us. Time to heal our broken ways ….sorry if you got used to our last administration being feckless.
