Why are Canadians paying for hotels for non-Canadians when Canadians are experiencing homelessness?

The larger issue you don’t seem to understand or convey in your video is the fact that this racist and ignorance-fuelled behaviour becoming so normalized without thinking about the deeper issues at hand trickles into society at large is it eventually seeps into racism in general towards other cultures (although it’s not right towards any culture or ethnicity). Basically if you’re not white or white passing people become less inclusive or accepting, or write you off thinking you’re a foreigner (have seen this being experienced by a lot of Canadian born friends). This is all in all a reflection of the failing critical thinking skills in our society and dumbing down of our culture. If you think you’re gonna sit cushy and you’re safe because you’re not one of the indians, well you just might be next! People have lost empathy and decency. A lot of the videos posted online are exaggerated posts to garner views and engagement, but it’s not necessarily the truth.

I have experienced this firsthand. A few years ago, i visited Kingston (Near Toronto) to visit my indian friend. I met a lot of indian-canadians over there. They basically have their own community. To clarify, I'm not from Ontario. I live in a small town up north, so i dont reguarly see immigrants/people from different ethnic backgrounds.

love watching your videos, I am Canadian and live in the suburbs of Toronto. I was born in 1962. My first Indian experience came in a small high school 1976-1980 the school had a small Punjabi student population, the students for the most part were not hassled nor did they hassel back. My next and biggest Indian experience was a job from 1984-1991 I worked for an Indian family and got to see a portion of Toronto's Indian population. Culturally there were big differences however I enjoyed my experience working with them. My point being you say in your video 'sudden indian.' this is 2026 and I have been experiencing as have Canadians, the Punjabi culture for over 46 years so this is not a sudden or new occurance. And lastly as far as cultures from other countries go, having Hindu's or even Sihk's as neighbors is far better than other ethnic possibilities, so I do not have any issue with Punjabi Canadians! Anyhow continue your video just wanted to add my comment as I am living in Canada with Indians and want to express my opinion.

East Indian Canadians are the most racist people Ive experienced. They seem to hold a real grudge towards first nation Canadians and really seek them out to abuse them.

In New Brunswick, the fast foods runs on Indian labor. You will notice that they all speak English. As someone who experienced the Canadian immigration system, I can tell you that the way they are doing it is far superiors the way the US does it. They actually try to determine if you're going to be a detriment to the society you're moving into. For example, if you are unable to prove that you won't be financially reliant on the state, they won't let you in. There are probably exceptions for refugees.

"One Edmonton immigration lawyer" should acknowledge the "real life", "genuine" "harshest stories" that are being experienced by Canadians as a result of the massive numbers of immigrants that have taken up residence here in the past ten years. Housing, jobs, health care... we've watched Canadians go homeless, jobless, and die in line to see a doctor.

I ve been in Quebec since 22 years now myself ; I am a Canadian citizen since 15 years now of course ; But it’s confusing… Why was Quebec still receiving more immigrants in such program when even thousands of locals were and are struggling to find jobs? For the last 6 years I made a career in Private security ; I became an officer Liutenant at least I tried ; but now a days I don’t even have a job in security anymore ; too many immigrants applying for the same job / and frankly they do not care if the remuneration is only 21$ an hour / so officers can’t afford to work for less than 27$ ; because they have 6 years experience and more : it’s logical / however , comes an Arabic guy ; who quit the job he came here to do under the program , now he is looking for his first job out here in the real market ( does 80 hours training to get a BSP ) the guy had a college degree or university on something else ; and magically he becomes an officer with no experience for $24 dollars an hour And any security company accepts him 🤷‍♂️ Conclusion : true experienced security professionals officers who built their careers from the bottom all the way up Don’t have a job anymore Remember , officers aren’t unionized 🤷‍♂️

Before Trudeau UK had the biggest number. He brought in 3m+ that made Indian population higher in Canada than UK. SA, Tanzania and Kenya also have big numbers. British Kingdom migrated thousands of Indians as cheap labour to build rail lines to mineral rich regions extending to DRC- Uganda city of Kasese and Kilembe mines. When the railway was completed, they offered them British citizens including those born in Uganda. The colonial British gave them business loans, including Indian banks to extend credit and loans to Indians without surerities. They were allocated colonial govt freehold land for free in the most prime areas of uganda major cities like Kampala, Jinja, Masaka, Mbale, Soroti, Mpigi, Tororo etc while black Ugandan indegenous people were pushed into the rural areas to work in factories, mines and businesses set up for British Asians. As you can guess, business class get super rich while Africans who didnt work on their own coffee, cotton, and domestic farms were left to work as clerks, securicor, teachers, Christian clergy/ reverands and local tax collectors for the govt. Brutal as he was, Indi Amin saw and used this imbalance as a second liberation war, economic war, to kick out all British Asians holding UK Passports and any other Ugandan born who didnt want to abide by the authority of indegenous people. Amin killed whoever tried to challenge his life president, he killed 72 ugnadans, mainly politicians by public firing squad aired on TV. He killed the Anglican Archbishop Luwum, he killed the 1st Ugandan Chief Justice Ben Kiwanuka. He was brutal BUT, every Ugandan is celebrating his nationalism of caring for ordinary people AND opening their eyes on trade and business by KICKING OUT economy sacking British Asians. This is history I saw and followed because i was a kid in primary school at the time 1972. In addition to that Indians in Uganda were so arrogant to indegenous Ugandans, I experienced it. So when i see how Canadians resent them I dont feel for them unfortunately. I already had enough on my plate in Canada. Indians were the owners of biggest to smallest shops in major cities and town in Uganda because of free capital and soft loans, financed business premises thru the colonial British suckers. They showd that arrogance which pissed most of the indegenous Ugandans. For example if you went to a shop and burgained on a KG of sugar or bread, or shirt, and didnt get fail to buy because you dont have that much or failed to get a good deal, the Indian shopkeeper would insult any Afriacn in Indian- Luganda accent " oba tayagala genda malala jali..mali ya nyoko?". meaning " If you dont want to buy go, others are there will buy, is this your capital/ stock?". Many songs were sung after the 1972 kickout depicting that phrase/ quote.

Culture is a tricky thing. Is it not a known fact that one may not be all that interested in their culture and religion in their country of origin, but once immigrated to a different land, these same people become more attached to their original culture and religion, even more orthodox in their beliefs. They try to recreate what is familar. Why are we surprised most are not assimilating? It takes, for most, many generations. And even then. Immigrants will always, in one way or another affect change in the general culture. Think of different cuisine, the arts, influences on our beliefs, etc. What is a Canadian anyways? One who lives here? Who pays taxes here? How long of roots do you need to have before you are no longer called an immigrant? We have a very large country and from one community to another there is a difference in the culture. Perhaps we need to be clearer on what is in fact our highest Canadian values and communicate them more effectively. I would also like to add that there is suffering in not being able to pass on your culture. Watching your children and grandchildren speaking a different language, not having them understand yours enough for you to enjoy signing traditional songs to, not being able to guide them in your religious beliefs, etc., in the name of them becoming assimilated. I am experiencing these and my roots go back over 400 years on this land.

Yep. Nb here. My country is Unrecognizable! I live I'm a upper class area in a housing crisis. I have at least 500 immigrants in my neighborhood. Our schools are a mess. Our Canadian children have no help. I'm blown away bc I've never experienced anything like it. Tax payes pay this!

I agree with the these people's comments regarding the immigration issues. I've been Canadian for over 50 years and this is the worst I've seen or experienced here in this country. Why are we as major tax payers are forced to finance the lives of these people who are only here to take from us, not give back in any way for us who supported them coming in to feel it's been a good decision made by our government, from our pockets. They do also bring their war, stealing, lying, scamming with them, creating more division with us who were living peacefully before. There's so much more that I see and experience now, that makes me want to leave, and it shouldn't be me who leaves home for others who have no good intentions.

I am so happy people are starting to speak up. Sadly, I am changing. I am becoming angry. Angry at immigrants and the system. Am I becoming racist? Or just so lost at how things seem so wrong. My main upset is for my teen son. Turned 16 after Christmas. So excited about looking for a part-time job, earning some money, getting experiences and (unbeknownst to him ) expanding his social circle. This excitement came from me. LIke all us Canadians who remember our first part-time jobs (mine was at a McDonalds), I regaled my son in stories of that first part-time job. How much I learned from it, and the so many benefits it would have for me as I got older. He listened, and couldn't wait to turn 16. Also, like most parents, I raised him on the benefits of working hard in school, getting good grades, learning, getting involved, etc. Do these things son, and you will have a good future. He listened. Honours student all his life. Played on school teams. Performed in talent shows, Volunteered his time, etc., etc. Not a bad resume for a first time teen seeking a job. It is now heading into September. He has applied at all the traditional teen job hotspots, (all the fast food joints, grocery stores, drug stores, etc). Dozens of resumes, online and in-person applications. Not a single response. Then I walk into the local Burger King. Not a single Caucasian, Black, Hispanic, Indigenous, or Far Eastern employee. All East Indian (or Pakistani). Suddenly I am really noticing this trend everywhere, especially in the franchise fast food industry; especially upsetting when I even see it in a Harvey's (even more Canadian than Timmies). It's either East Indians or Arabs. I don't know for how long I have been hearing about diversity and fair hiring practices (which I have always supported); but to see this trend makes me furious. Are the owners of these franchise exempt from fair hiring practices? Are they not taught we are a diverse country? This is wrong. I want to finish with two sad situations which we should all be concerned about. When my eldest was looking for part-time work after the pandemic, he walked into a Mr. Submarine. He asked if he could leave his resume or fill out an application. The Arab cashier told him in broken English they were not hiring. As he was walking out, a young Arab man walked in. He approached the same cashier and asked for an application. She gave him one. WTF. My last comment, is the most concerning of all. My 16 year old, who works so hard at school, and at everything he does, recently commented, after yet another non-reply after handing out a slew of resumes, "Dad... what's the use of working so hard if I can't even get a job at McDonalds." I wonder how many other Canadian teens are feeling the same way. Not just white teens. Black, Hispanic, Indigenous and East Asian teens. Seems the broken English East Indian and Arab teens and young adults aren't asking themselves that. How long until my son thinks I am just spewing BS about this hard work thing? This is not about racism. This is about fair hiring practices, especially in more and more franchises; however, I do find myself listening to more and more of these videos, and find myself developing sucb negative feelings towards these two cultures. This is not Canadian. To be thinking this way, especially, is not Canadian. What do we do? Speak up, and we are racist. Stay quiet, and our teen kids move into adulthood without job experience, money put away, or just having a life experience that any of us over 30 (no matter our race) experienced. Something has to change; but I haven't a clue how to do that.

My son is Canadian born and a college graduate. He was a smart student and very hard working person but until now he couldn't find a job even at Tim Horton. I noticed that a lot of people who are working now are from India. They're the one who are getting experienced and etc.This is not fair to Canadians😢.

My husband and I were both immigrants to Canada, he from S. Africa, I from the UK. I never experienced any discrimination. My busband was diagnosed with late stage bone cancer at 31 years old. The medical care was so good that he lived another 6 mostly happy years. We were supported by the Ontario Health Care system with visiting nurses, even housekeepers and received every help we could possibly need, at no cost to us. I will always be grateful for the love and support we received from Canadian friends, employers and the medical professionals. What a country! I am in Europe now but feel strongly that Canada, the EU, Britain, the wonderful Ukrainians (I know quite a few refugees) and other countries of good will should work together for a better world. We are a family and families support each other in difficult times. Americans welcome when they are ready.

The USA president Trump wants everything to be manufactured and sourced locally from the United States of America. He knows what happened during COVID-19 and what problems the world experienced because of a global supply chain. Now while it doesn't really make sense with Canada who is right next door the Canadians were given the opportunity to integrate into the USA so there could be some motive in that. And why wouldn't they want that anyway? Just remove the Canadian border and everyone becomes the USA. Why not?

As a South African, I want to say that this trade war, as well as the hostile approach of Trump towards Canada, is devastating. If one were not experiencing it directly, it would be almost impossible to believe. This is such a remarkable speech that it will go down in history as one of the truly great speeches in times of crisis. I'm Canadian and the conservatives have been 20% ahead for 2 years. This guy should be scorned for the massive GDP per capita fall that Canada has experienced. We are suffering because of him and he won't leave.

Brampton is a town a experienced Canadian does not live in. Its for migrants to start over. If your in your 50's angry about migrants in Brampton and are still living their then you rank the same as them. You are absolutely right. Some of the recent Indian imports to Canada and US are totally unsuitable to reside out of India. Their behavior in public, lacking civic sense, lacking sense of hygiene and lacking politeness. I have lived in the States for 50 years. I have never experienced racism ever. I dont blame Canadians or Americans for being fed up with Indians. Unfortunately some of the new arrivals from India never got the opportunity to learn the etiquettes that the Westerners are accustomed to. They don't care and don't even want to learn. The saying 'when in Rome, do as the Romans do' is completely foreign to them.

Canada practises a dubious standard when hiring.new applicants to various professions, highly qualified and with the necessary requirements stipulated by the Federal Government of CANADA to the skilled labour migration category, such individuals land in Canada with their own reserves. Keeps seeking for employment depleting their own funds and are unable to find employment for months , and then not even. called for interviews at all , are totally ignored despite forwarding more than 100 resumes gazing at the computer screen for more than eigj6 hours. Browsing through the net for job opportunities, confined to a small room at high costs, finally if and when they are been called for one or two interviews at most despite forwarding more than 100 resumes, at the interviews they will be offered lower than the minimum wage for parttime workers. What a crime\n Here I am talking about fully qualified and experienced, as well as fluent English Speakers, actually better English skills than both of you here presenting this program. What a scam, first they say that English fluency is essential has introduced different Examination to assess the English fluency standard.. it is a big scam...while Canada has favoured immigrants from certain parts of the globe. All these gimmicks are being utilised to discourage the applicants and to force the genuine Credential Holders who could definitely contribute to boost the Economy in a fruitful manner to leave the country and to force them to get back into their home countrues. In that case why did the Federal Governments of Canada created a delusion to migrants from around the globe stating that there is an acute labour shortage in certain high demanding job categories, encouraging all such applicants to apply through the Skilled labour Program introduced by the Federal Government of Canada,. as if there are shiploads of opportunities available just for geabs.\nSuch individuals are driven to state of utter despair or forced to get back to their home countries whereas here the federal Government of Canada is granting Asylum to all sorts of unskilled , uneducated and sometimes no literacy nor basic communication skills in English at all at the expense of the taxes and high tuition fees acquired from the student population as well as PR Holders who has incurred massive expenditure through the federal Government's detailed and tough assessment procedures just to gain entry under the stipulated visa categories. Whilst all such individuals who has made a genuine effort by using their own reserves and during their stay pay high consumer taxes and high rent are being denied to gain employment but certain uneducated hooligans and certain communities are allowed to enter Canada Scot free as Asylum Seekers through the IRCC refugee and immigration act and Asylum Seeker Act.\nHow unfair and unrealistic...\nWhen you present such videos be aware of your content as not only the Canadians are contributing to the Federal Governments tax schemes. First of all Canada and America are European colonization countries. Because of their sense of superiority they managed to genocide and wipe out the culture of the indigenous natives of that place and replace it with their own. To say Indians from India is taking away their culture is so strange....the recent media attacks about Indians experiencing racism in Canada and all Indians being unlawful in Canada has been orchestrated by Tredue and the racist Canadian government against India and Indians because of geopolitics. One thing which Indians do without realizing which causes hatred with indians is that if they are to hire they hire indians origin candidate. If you are unfortunately their colleague they aren't helpful but make your life difficult with different tactics so u should think about leaving ASAP. I am not making this up I have experienced personally. If interviewer is an indian then it is less likely you are hired if you aren't from india. Many immigrants from India are not only causing problems for Khalistanis, but also they are taking the jobs of many Canadian-born IT specialists. The IT market is saturated with cheap and useless unexperienced Indians which means experienced (highly paid) Canadian-borns are out of jobs claiming EI (or other provincial unemployment benefits).\nExcellent move by Treudu! I'm an immigrant as well, but not from India. I experienced culture shock when I arrived in Canada, but I managed to adjust to the “Canadian ways.” While I haven't fully adapted since I wasn't born and raised here, I've been living here for years. It's important to respect and be polite to Canadians. It feels like they are welcoming us into their home, so we should be respectful, mindful, and considerate. Most Canadians I've met are very nice and polite.

In Canada, there is not enough housing and jobs are scarce, especially for anyone at the entry level or basic wage. We've been absolutely swamped. This is not the fault of the immigrants or the students, it's the fault of our extremely stupid and short sighted government. Most of those immigrants I encounter are good people, polite and considerate. But some, well I understand where the complaints about rude and inconsiderate behaviour come from, because it only takes a few bad experiences to get people angry. I've experienced it myself, but most of it (from my experience) seems to be from students who are very loud and impolite on public transit. The housing situation here is INSANE, prices are sky high and very little to choose from. A lot of seniors now can only afford to rent a room (after having worked all their lives and very little to show for it), and prices are up about 50% from only 5 years ago. The government says inflation is a fraction of what it is in real life, and living expenses have exploded. As I understand it, some people made a lot of money offering services to bring students and low wage workers in, with no consideration to the damage they were doing to all of us who were born and raised here - they wanted to make their million dollars. Another problem is that once someone arrives here, what they find is NOT what they were led to believe. What students and immigrants are told they need to live here is an absolute lie, living here in Canada has become very expensive. Many workers are severely under paid, and never even see the legal minimum wage, and the problem with that is, almost no Canadian will be hired on to those jobs - the reasons are that imported foreign workers will work below minimum wage because they are trapped here, and the Canadians already know that they will only struggle if they take jobs that pay so poorly. So yes, a lot of Canadians are VERY angry, and you really can't blame them. Once again, the Canadian government is responsible for much of this, and crooked employers who are willing to take advantage of low wage labour. It's an absolute mess.

Not only Canadians. The feeling is shared with all other migrants from different countries. I have never experienced such uncultured, rude, dirty and unhygienic behaviour from any other people other than Indians.

I'll tell you about prices in Canada. (please fact check me fellow Canadians, I wrote this in a rage. Also, most of this is from Ontario cause I live there) The monopolies here are insane. Highways that were built using tax payer money were sold to companies and now Canadians need to pay to us it. Most grocery stores are owned by a few major companies and I see butter prices rising every few months. A 1L carton of cream at my local store is $8! I won't talk too much about housing cause it's obviously sh**. I will say a couple of years ago the Premier of Ontario, Doug Ford (my greatest enemy), was releasing the protection of the green belt, a protect part of Ontario used for agriculture. He said he would use it to build new homes, great right? NOPE. First of all, the green belt is used for food to reduce prices for Canadians cause its local. He has stated he would move it to another location but that land there is less fertile. The worst thing is, the reason he is saying he would use the green belt to build houses is because the land there is very valuable. And guess who owns that land? His BUDDIES! That means he would sell that land to developers and his buddies would get all the profit cause the money developers use to buy the land will directly be put on the buyer. Not to mention, Doug Ford, the same person, since his instatement as premier, has cut the Ontario education budget by 50%. 50%!!!! ABSOLUTELY UNREAL. Can't even afford air conditioning in schools where the weather is so extreme. Rogers? The largest internet provider in Canada? Absolutely cr*p. So many complaints about bad connection and cutoffs which I also experienced when my mom bought one of their products and my internet was sh** for a couple of months. The ONLY, and I mean only, good major thing Trudeau has done is legalize marijuana. Another thing I forgot to mention is that our government is made up of criminals. Doug Ford, he and his family use to partake in drug dealing. Another major complaint is the ttc which is public transportation costing so damn much! As a student, it costs me over $1000 a year to get to school using the ttc. The times aren't even that great either as even on a major road, I had to wait 25 minutes to get a bus. Thats my rant.

I too am an immigrant, but I feel like the country is being overtaken by India. There's nothing wrong with immigration if controlled properly, bud sadly this is not the case with the Canadian government, and it is getting out of control. I live in a beach town in Ontario that up until last year was a nice place to live. Now when you go to the beach it is 90% Indians, and they are buying up all the businesses to cater to their own kind and if you aren't Indian, you stand out like a sore thumb!. Sadly, having lived in Brampton since the late 60s, I have seen it happen and I feel that it is becoming another Brampton! I have a relative that lives in Brampton and is very experienced in the medical field, but cannot get a job because they don't speek Hindi. Come on people! Hi… I totally agree with just about everything you stated in all aspects of the Indian community. I’m a Canadian who happens to be living in Brampton for the past 12 years. I’ve watched Brampton go from a beautiful community to a dark dreaded place to live , and this is truly because of Indian behaviours. Mind you I have many genuinely good intelligent respectful Indian friends, but there’s the others that thinks they owe the city, province, and country. They don’t respect no one, and I mean no one. NOT EVEN THEIR OWN KIND (Indians/ Punjab). And yes as a Canadian citizen whenever I see something I do call them out on it. However; the moment you say something to them they assume that you’re cursing at them and what was ment to be a respectful comment becomes a situation where they want to argue and even get into a physical fight. Then there’s the bad, careless driving on the streets with no regards to the next person’s life. They drive like their car is the only one on the street yet always looking for someone to race with not to mention the illegal U-TURN creating major accidents. I personally experienced this when a Tractor Trailer Driver tried making a U-TURN on the city street with only 4 lanes for both direction at 4AM in the morning. This caused me to almost ran under the trailer body which would have been the end of my life. They butt into lines and interrupts as much as business conversations thinking their concerns are way more important than anyone else’s and That’s just to name a few things.\nNow on the other hand I do have VERY GOOD RESPECTFUL INDIAN FRIENDS who I will never let go of our friendship because of their genuine respectful relationship although even those close friends are now pulling themselves away from their own country people and all because of the others behaviour.\nThirdly; YES, the Canadian government invites foreign students into the country with improper sources to monitor and direct a governing body to monitor and process the activities of foreign students .\n\nI love your honesty in your stories back your video clips as proof of your country men behaviour. I find it hilarious they try to use native affairs from the past as a standing point but have never experienced it or was raised in it or had family members who were part of it in Canadian history. Something they are being taught in school that people of a certain demographic are all responsible for doing. \n\n Personally never seen eastern indians at any kind of Native function or area.

Even some government entities or crown companies example Saskatchewan preferred to hire international/foreign workers than hiring experienced skilled Canadians. I hope indians will reflect of what they're doing, like indian students, i see some of them don't pay on the bus, i had experienced when we were waiting in line in bus station, i see them cutting line, they were lucky because Canadians are polite, and just let it go, one time an indian male driver parks his car on where the bus pass through in bus station, in tim Hortons most of the time they give us the wrong order, and i always had a stomach Ache when i eat at tims, but i never had problems when i order from other coffee shops, only at tims, and in our neighborhood they throw their garbage on the side of train rails, and it was clean before the indian immigrants move in in our neighborhood? Awesome in addressing the elephant in the room, but this is nothing new in Canada. Over our extensive history of immigration our country has experienced chronic separatism, racism, exclusion and of course, bigotry. The *us-against-them* rhetoric is as old as humanity and not exclusionary to Canada. Euro settlers were racist against natives, then blacks, then Eastern Europeans, then Italians, Latinos, Asians, Arabs, Africans and so on. The blame? You called it. It's complicated, but failed economic policies are the root cause. People acting horribly does not help either. Having said that, as a proud Canadian here's a Pro-tip for any newbie emigrating to new pastures - anywhere in the world; Learn the new house rules and behave. Feel free to keep your customs, but respect your new home. Nobody is forcing anyone to stay so love it or leave it. Above all else, be respectful, a good human and a good neighbour. If you ever think things were better elsewhere maybe that's where you should be.

Nothing wrong with foreign workers but allowing workers from one central area of the world was really stupid. It’s now breeding resentment, racisms and hate which is unfortunate. However, this country experienced a severe shortage of workers after Covid, Canadians were not jumping to return to work to face low paying, low end employment. But, this was not the answer. At the very least, immigration should have been balanced across many world communities. But it wasn’t, only South East Asians were permitted in via this advance scream.
