The Alberta Is Calling campaign ran from 2022 to 2023. In 2024 Danielle Smith wrote to Justin Trudeau begging for more immigrants. In 2025 Danielle Smith tried to bring in immigrant workers from the UAE.

Established systems honed with years of experience and court decisions are very vulnerable to moronic politicians like Justin Trudeau. The liberals wanted to import more voters who would be so grateful for the opportunity to come to Canada they would vote liberal. The liberals wanted to promote their woke, “save the planet” doctrine no matter what the consequences. That way Justin, the self-righteous airhead, could deliver his famous word salad speeches telling people how magnanimous he was opening our doors to every creep, loser, terrorist, thief and freeloader other countries were trying to get rid of. They came by the thousands. We’ll never be rid of them.

Very good report. The labour shortage will only grow as the population gets older. The Trudeau government tried to deal with it but may have gone too far. The Carney government is scaling back but eventually the reality of the labour shortage will dictate the direction. Is it dividing the country? Before Trudeau UK had the biggest number. He brought in 3m+ that made Indian population higher in Canada than UK. SA, Tanzania and Kenya also have big numbers. He was brutal BUT, every Ugandan is celebrating his nationalism of caring for ordinary people AND opening their eyes on trade and business by KICKING OUT economy sacking British Asians. This is history I saw and followed because i was a kid in primary school at the time 1972. In addition to that Indians in Uganda were so arrogant to indegenous Ugandans, I experienced it. So when i see how Canadians resent them I dont feel for them unfortunately. I already had enough on my plate in Canada. Indians were the owners of biggest to smallest shops in major cities and town in Uganda because of free capital and soft loans, financed business premises thru the colonial British suckers. They showd that arrogance which pissed most of the indegenous Ugandans. For example if you went to a shop and burgained on a KG of sugar or bread, or shirt, and didnt get fail to buy because you dont have that much or failed to get a good deal, the Indian shopkeeper would insult any Afriacn in Indian- Luganda accent " oba tayagala genda malala jali..mali ya nyoko?". meaning " If you dont want to buy go, others are there will buy, is this your capital/ stock?". Many songs were sung after the 1972 kickout depicting that phrase/ quote.

Try ordering food with any delivery company. It is the worst experience ever. I remember delivery people used to be so chill, probably because they could afford to live on minimum wage. I recently gave a driver a huge tip and requested it be brought to my door because I was having a movie night, they called me and said " COME OUTSIDE! COME OUTSIDE!" and I said "I requested for it to be delivered to my door", then he hung up and left with the food. Probably ate it. I had to reorder my meal and wait another hour. I swear to God every time I order food for delivery, which is rarely, the door dash driver is absolutely disrespectful or putting in 0 zero. This is the cheap labor Trudeau wanted. I honestly just feel bad ordering food for delivery now because I know it's hell out there

I wonder if they discussed how when Indian students who unalive themselves in Canada, the deaths are not treated as such. There are many families who have the remains of their kids (usually young males) repatriated and the death is left unclear. The gov’t of Canada has been obfuscating many such deaths. Was it the Canadian govt fully at fault for the deaths? Not quite… these students are often met with predatory individuals who take advantage of their vulnerable situations: such as predatory landlords who have sometimes 15 or more students renting one house, or unjust working conditions because the employer knows that the immigrants citizenship hopes are tied to the job, etc etc. Ultimately, it’s the Canadian government turning a blind eye to these realities and trying to make the deaths appear due to things other than unalive attempts. This shouldn’t be surprising considering the way the Canadian government has been pushing dystopian legislation around their medically assisted dying program (MAiD). Canada’s medically assisted dying program has the least guardrails of any program of that type in other countries. Not just this, but the legislation for MAiD comes at a time when Canada’s healthcare and mental healthcare systems are collapsing. Trudeau said he would address this with one his re-election promises in 2021: he promised 5 billion for mental health programs. I’ve worked in the field for almost 20 years with youth and that money never arrived, nor has any serious attempt to fund programs occurred since the brutal Canadian pandemic policies massively exacerbated the youth mental health crisis. Perhaps one day someone will be able to trace how the 5 Billion promised was send off in provincial transfers that did not benefit any programs and likely only helped pay for all the upper management, because Canada’s healthcare, education and mental health care systems are absurdly top-heavy. Canada becomes moral dystopian by the day, with regular folks (working class, blue collar, low-income) bearing the burden. Everyday more people join the rank of the oppressed regular people while a few who work in the government or favored industries are overpaid and the stats around all of this corruption are further obfuscated and buried. And as all this occurs, you see bureaucrats like the on in this video smug in their knowledge that most Canadians will never learn how dark the truth is.

Thank you for this report on Brampton. For context, I am a 4th generation Canadian, my ancestors immigrated here a few years prior to confederation in 1867. I have worked in the tool and die industry for decades and many of my associates work for or manage tool and die businesses in Brampton. Everyone in Brampton knows what is changing there. When I try to explain to my friends that what is happening in Brampton is not balanced, they do not understand, they think I am a racist. I told them that my Indian friends in Brampton feel the same way I do. They look at me like a deer in the headlights. Nothing has turned me against a politician so vehemently as Justin Trudeau's management of immigration. The man had no idea how to effectively manage immigration in a way which would integrate people into a culture and society such as Canada. That certainly is not creating a microcosm of one nation in a city.

i know Trudeau gets a lot of crap from people, but my god this was a hell of a speech. same with Bernie Sanders' speech. i got goosebumps and also trying to fight back tears simultaneously. my ex wife is disabled receiving social security, medicare, and medicaid due to being in a wheelchair and requiring consistent medical care and attention. she receives, and is expected to survive on, $800 a month and $300 in foodstamps. she lives in campgrounds which is 90% cheaper than rent, and still has to budget, struggle and go without a lot to make life work all while being in tremendous pain and reliant on help from others. You know I’ve been killing myself working non stop for like a decade trying to hold it all together because of all the increased prices of everything. As a result I have not been paying attention.
