Not including his wife divorcing him, people in his party quitting, has extremely low approval ratings and just recently resigned until his position is filled!

Both Canada and the United States were built on immigration, unless you are part of the first nations these types of inflammatory statements, are historically illogical. Countries like the United States of America, Canada, and Australia, New Zealand, and many parts of South America all grew with immigration. People in these countries that have been around a generation or more who decide to pull up the ladder have short memories from where they came. Regarding housing, it is always been and issue in many places and is affected by foreign investors and interest rates. Usually at some point there is a correction, some people win some people lose.

As a Canadian citizen I have always admired the US up until now, I sincerely wanted to move to the US to build homes and start up a company. But now am re-evaluating my decision because if this how the US treats their friends and allies, I really feel sad for their enemies. Both countries benefited from having a good relationship and now the great US has no one willing to challenge Mr Trump on this idiotic move, America is alienating themselves from a lot of countries and regular Americans are the ones who are going to suffer from this fall-out, the rich won't be affected but regular working class folks your stress is going to get a whole lot worse and that's unfortunate. Hopefully US wises up sooner rather than later and stop blaming immigration for their problems it's poor governing and politicians that have us looking at each other as enemies rather than humans with the same struggle and issues. They have money to send annually overseas but none to improve the life of their citizens in need, that should tell you something. People that don't look like you aren't your enemies, people who try to harm you, undermine you are your enemies. People are just searching for a better life that's all, the most basic thing humans have in common, change the red tape a make things more structured and rid your country of the bad apples and welcome those willing to work, build and serve God and the country. Just like Mexico they said they would secure their borders to help stop the flow if illegal immigrants, drugs, gangs and terrorists into the USA... THEY DID NOT. China did nothing to crack down on fentanyl being smuggled out of their country (although I think they would rather see American people die of overdoses. When Trump says he going to do something he does it.. no more Biden woosie politics.

I don't care what side of the fence you sit on. I did not need to hear this man speak to already know Canada was, but may yet be, our greatest ally and trading partner. I have no idea what possessed Mr. Trump to decide to stab our allies in the back, but it was not something good. 27.5% of voting age adults voted for him. How many of them were serenaded by hollow promises and a good slogan. Perhaps all of the mud slinging and Russian media interference helped? If you add in our more studious teenagers, truly reformed felons, and immigrants who actually deserve a gold card, that number plummets to less than 25%. I won't ask people to wake up, if you are reading this you are already more than capable of finding out that I speak only the hard truth. This means less than a quarter of america wanted this. This means your vote and opinions DO count. I know it is incredibly difficult to reach for and find answers in a world where your president or primary candidate throws 'fake news' in your face on a regular basis. He is actually telling the truth. When he is not telling you is that he is a primary enabler of 'fake news'. To him, only his word is law, only his opinion matters, only he deserves to be on top, and he deserves authority over all of your lives. Do the right thing, we all have a civil duty to understand our candidates to the very best of our ability. When a man has been convicted of dozens of felonies, and we tell you that this is only what we were willing to expose. You may want start believing us. The genuine facts of his past are unilaterally corrupting to our children and good people alike. Do not let the american people repeat their mistakes, force Mr. Trump to atone for his mistakes. No not empower him to sweep them under the rug for the sake of his own arrogance, because that is exactly what he is doing by trying to dismantle the CIA and FBI. These two institutions are shining examples of America's pursuit of freedom and justice. Freedom to keep billionaires from corrupting the morals of our children. Freedom to know that the rule of law is immutable, our constitution is not just a paper with fancy traditional sentiment. Even if the law may sometimes be bent for the sake of decency, forgiveness, and the pursuit of 'united we stand', our constitution cannot. Amendments require the FULL support of nearly all Americans, not 27.5% of unrestricted adults.

And a majority of white America voted against themselves because of racism, white fear and the hole they dug for people of color and immigrants they dug for themselves. The people might not know this but Canada is an amazing country. People have no idea how Canadians have built a fantastic country in some of the toughest conditions. Trump told Canada if you did TWO THINGS, there would be no tariffs on Canada. One, stop illegal immigrants from pouring into the USA from Canada. Two, stop illegal drugs from coming into the USA from Canada. Did Trudeau comply with President Trump's request? If so, there must be a lack of communication to verify what has transpired. If not, then Trump imposed tariffs for lack of compliance. Now, if Canada has already complied yet the Trump admin imposed tariffs anyway, then that is a slap in the face to our neighbors to the north and the American people should be outraged and let Trump know it.

I like how Mexico is not talking everyone saying these tariffs are not gonna work. Mexico already sent 10k more troops to the border so this stops some of the smuggling and immigration already. Its doing something just because people up north are mad doesn't mean its not going to work in the south..

This video is horrible. I don't know what political angle is, but the real problems are very well known and have nothing to do with what you said. First, housing is incredibly difficult to build in Canada because of regulations and land title problems, I.e., you don't own that land, the indians do. On top of that, there is a constant influx of immigrant that require housing that doesn't exist. Children cry because they cannot leave their parents' houses because they can't move anywhere, so they can't find any jobs locally, and they're trapped. There is no will in the canadian government to change these immigration policies, to change the land rules so that people can own land and build houses, or do anything about their incredibly micro managed economy that makes it impossible to do anything. If so, yeah, they go to the US to have a future while Canada stagnants and dies.

As a Canadian, I am more afraid of the people than their healthcare system. And I am chronically ill and would be homeless in America. You seem pretty cool, but living in a place where children have to train for school shootings. I heard they cant even wear light up shoes for their own saftey.
