I am a proud Canadian and embrace our sovereignty. We fought in WW2 for two years before the U.S joined our side . Rescued 6 of their diplomats in Iran in 1979. We were at their side in Afghanistan after the horrors of 9/11. Our good people of Gander Newfoundland sheltered, clothed and fed them in that aftermath when their planes were grounded.
