I’m a dual citizen of the USA and the UK and have been so disgusted by Trump, he projects evil, he’s smarmy and egotistical. I just don’t understand how many of my American friends act like he’s right up there with God, I just can’t fathom their thinking. I’m sick of people saying Pres Zelenskyy needs to apology to Trump, Zelenskyy did nothing wrong, he was calm and polite. Vance and Trump immediately went in on the attack, both bullies! As a Canadian citizen I have always admired the US up until now, I sincerely wanted to move to the US to build homes and start up a company. But now am re-evaluating my decision because if this how the US treats their friends and allies, I really feel sad for their enemies. In fact, I would bet everything that he steals the donation jars for Jerry's Kids at the local supermarket. I mean, its already a given that he is likely the guy who filed a lawsuit a few summers back against a sweet, innocent littls FOUR year old boy for having a lemonade stand on property not zoned for commercial use. If it wasn't Trump then I'm sure it's only because he was too busy ordering the National Guard to power hose and pepper spray the 30 or so elderly nuns who had been distributing bottled water to folks demonstrating in support of Black Lives Matter on the hottest day of the year. Satisfied in his victorious battle against the nuns - 9 of whom had been hospitalized for critical injuries including the 92 year old Mother Superior who suffered massive brain bleed, swelling and concussion due to the excessive force of the power hose and an 87 year old nun who lost permanent sight in one eye due to the pepper spray - Trump had the nerve to pose for a publicity shot in front of the church while holding a Bible - UPSIDE DOWN - and scrunching and contorting his face into that hideous trademark scowl he does ever so naturally. Yep. This is the man my fellow Americans chose to represent our nation as President - a man who beats up 90 year old nuns and imposes 25% tax hikes to our ONLY FRIEND in the entire world simply for refusing to accept his invitation for statehood. I mean, come on, Trudeau, is that really asking too much of you? Was it really worth bruising Donny's fragile little ego and sending him into a fit of rage? Imagine voting for Trump over inflation while he was saying he would use tariffs and people thinking it wouldn't affect them. So naive. Trump is an agent of chaos who is anathema to everything this country stands for, and it's self-evident by his actions. We are a country who is strong because of our friends around the world and no one will trust this country when we keep putting an idiot in office who doesn't honor former president's agreements. You can't work with a country who won't stick to it's agreements. You wouldn't tolerate a friend like that, and this is the same thing on a macro level.

The US is showing the world it is now an unreliable, untrustworthy partner. Canada will suffer these tariffs imposed arbitrarily by Pres.Trump, but Canada will always be a reliable and trustworthy partner. I think the real reason Pres Trump is trying to subjugate Canada is he doesn't want the constant reminder what a true friend and trustworthy partner looks like. He is embarrassed by the comparison.

As an American, I am totally appalled that Donald Trump is our elected president putting himself & his selfish agenda ahead of the American people. Allowing people like Elon Musk, who is not a government employee to run amok in this country doing what he pleases when he pleases under the guise of ridding our country of wasteful spending, without any type of oversight. I am appalled at the GOP that refuses to stand up to Trump for the people they swore an oath to serve faithfully because they are so afraid of what Trump will do to them if they don't bow down and do his bidding. Shame on every doggone one of you for putting yourselves first before our great country. I am appalled of all of the people who voted for Trump, you are all going to find out. This isn't some tv reality show, and we all deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. Choosing to turn your back on our friends and ally's isn't going to go well and the American people are going to suffer because of it.

The Donald's least concern is his people, his poor people, because his millionaire friends Bezos, Musk, and company are going to get richer, a lot richer, with all these moves. Like Napoleon Bonaparte and Hitler, Trump sees himself as the great conqueror of the world, the chosen one, the incarnation of Jesus on Earth, and his followers believe he is. The poor devils, as ignorant as Trump himself.

Trump is a joke but nobody is laughing. Trudeau puts Trump to shame. This is why Canada is respected, while Trump is regarded as a bully and a petulant child who is intent on hurting his friend to impress another bigger bully. The people of the US are most at risk and hopefully will eventually realise that Trump is the problem and not the answer. He is driving the US economy into the ground just to appease Putin. It makes you wonder what information Putin has about Trump that he is holding over Trump's head? This fiasco is making Trump look like a weak fool who cares nothing for what pain the US people will suffer. He is rich and therefore he and his billionaire friends will not feel the pain he is happy to inflict on others.
