The larger issue you don’t seem to understand or convey in your video is the fact that this racist and ignorance-fuelled behaviour becoming so normalized without thinking about the deeper issues at hand trickles into society at large is it eventually seeps into racism in general towards other cultures (although it’s not right towards any culture or ethnicity). Basically if you’re not white or white passing people become less inclusive or accepting, or write you off thinking you’re a foreigner (have seen this being experienced by a lot of Canadian born friends). This is all in all a reflection of the failing critical thinking skills in our society and dumbing down of our culture. If you think you’re gonna sit cushy and you’re safe because you’re not one of the indians, well you just might be next! People have lost empathy and decency. I’m a second gen Indian in Canada born in USA. It’s become so us vs them between locals and immigrants, that Im caught in the middle, I belong no where and everywhere. There’s no room for my voice, because I’m no different then any Canadian or American in how I act but nothing separates me from Punjab and Kashmir other than accident of birth and one generation. My English is NE United States, my French Québécois, my Hindi Dehli,Punjabi Jalandar, Urdu Lahori, and Turkish Ankara. I speak six languages and I’m fluent in none, I’m from three countries yet none of them want me. It would be great if more of these types of investigations included our voices, as we’re neither here nor there yet caught in the middle of all of this.

I live in Brampton. And all I can say is thanks for visiting and spreading the word on this problem. I was born in Brampton, and my mother tells me about how much it's changed. Many of my friends and family friends have moved to other neighborhoods POST mosques being put up near their homes. And let's not talk about employment and foreign "students". I was lucky to get a job last summer at a family owned small business Ice Cream store right after high school. We even got a review saying we weren't diverse enough despite us being a group of White, East Asian and Black employees lol. And many people say if your not Indian and your getting your drivers test, you go out of Brampton to do the test because you'll likely get discriminated by who is running the test. It's absolutely absurd. It sounds like tin foil hat sh*t, but if you live here like me everything comes full circle. But ofc there are good ones, but they are typically the westernized ones, who have assimilated, they play or watch hockey and have developed a Canadian accent. But the majority haven't assimilated, they are likely first generation, and they do things like stuff 15+ people in one suburban home. And just small things like staring at you in public (idk why their community stares you down), they spit on sidewalks, and they use some crazy a$$ spices when they cook. The smell carries over for blocks and you know your in deep Brampton territory when your driving and that smell of spicy curry hits you and you gotta roll up them windows lol. It's a nasty smell. As a Brampton raised kid, I lived there from 97' till about 2023, I'm caribbean and we have a large indian/muslim/hindu population too on our island. (Trinidad) and the issue with Brampton is: Indian people will gladly intergrade, but Canadian borns won't welcome it. Walk with me- I'll use food for an example. Every other grocery store is middle eastern/asian/african in Brampton and its becomes harder finding more western style food. I love international food, I cook it often but if you're used to burgers and pizza and only know how to make spaghetti it feels like a 'take over' These people want what they want and even though all these places are free for you to also enjoy they don't like it cause it's too 'foreign' to them. It doesn't mean there isnt still a No Frills or a Walmart or Metro, but because the african and halal store are closer and more frequent it seems like more of a convenience to others and not to you. When people say we're multi-cultural, they mean 'yeah he's brown or black but he keeps it to himself' They aren't going to go to that Sikh temple giving free food, and only go to the church at the beginning even though they're welcome to both. It's the same for Diwali and other things, white people dont care to be interested in those things, and just wonder why they get to have it at all. I do agree with that indian lady at the beginning though, with lax immigration you come in feeling like you don't need to do anything to assimilate. They're doing themselves a disservice by only helping themselves. I hate stereotypes being perpetuated onto people but like that Pakistani guy said too, you live in a bubble and you don't pay attention to that. You can go days without speaking english to someone. You can't immigrate somewhere and shut out everyone already there. But there needs to be openness with helping everyone benefit from multi-culturalism and not just some of us. Almost all students come to canada to stay here, mostly Indians. They are running away from their shit holes. Unfortunately they are making Canada a shit hole. High rents because of them as landlords giving one house to 10 students making small compartments making more money, thus high rents. No jobs for born Canadians because of them. They want people with experience but won’t give the experience to those who lived here and need it. I was born here in Canada in 1969 and since Justin Trudeau took over as our government, everything just went downhill. I also very upset with our government bringing in millions of Immigrants and giving large handouts of of our Canadian tax dollars to support the new immigrants that our coming into Canada. Why is the government giving large hand outs to these Indian immigrants instead of helping us true Canadians who helped built this Country. It is a dam shame to see what the Liberal Government our doing to this country of ours were many are homeless, high cost of living and the high crimes that happens every day in Canada and what does the government do is let these criminals back into our streets where us true Canadians do not feel safe any more. The one thing that pisses me off is seeing is all these new immigrants coming into Canada by the thousands that are taking away our Canadian entry jobs like Walmart, McDonalds and A & W fast food restaurant where as our young born Canadian students and others can not find a job to help them pay for there school loans and get a good education degree. We need to put a stop to this. For enough is enough before our Liberal Government destroys our country.

Its that same inclusives mentality that keep the government corruption very small which empowers the citizens to make them successful and able to contribute more back into this system. The very nature of hoarding resources for ones family, same culture, etc are the same oppressive situations many of these people left their countries to seek better opportunities. But once given those opportunities and a chance to decide for themselves, a lot of these people use their liberties to create exclusion and hostility toward out groups. The indians do this in a very overt in your face way, the chinese are more polite about it but both have this way of looking out for their own and not being concerned with anyone else. As far as im conerned you should all be split up and dispersered to live in different provinces and cites. They are extremely nepotistic and will only hire other indians and family, it’s next to impossible for young native born Canadians to get even basic level entry jobs if the person hiring is indian. \nindians have abused the goodwill of our citizens and our social assistance programs. For the first time in nearly a hundred years our local food banks had to shutter and turn people away because INDIANS were using it as a free grocery store when they had FULL TIME JOBS and brand new bmws, then they post videos on social media saying ‘how to get free food in canada’, while some poor emaciated bastard gets turned away. What makes it worse, a lot of these Indians, especially in the prairies, already have their groceries subsidized by federal government, and they STILL abuse the food bank. It’s not just food bank either, they all apply for welfare and immediately get assistance even though it takes months to get as a natural born citizen, and that’s even if you get it. I was shocked to find out the federal government was paying indians to move out of Ontario and BC into Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba because the coastal cities infrastructure was about to implode in certain areas. So they they told these people to move inland, and if they do and stay there for 18-24 months, they get $3300 dollars a month every month for that duration. My disability cheque, that I paid into for 40 years of hard work, comes out to 950 dollars a month. This is absurd. These people get literally everything handed to them, and STILL abuse the programs meant for those who are struggling. I have never in my life met such an arrogant and utterly dishonest and disgusting group of peoples in my life. This isn’t just one or two bad apples, this is happening in every city around here. They also get first dibs on any and all medical treatment and specialists. Many local residents who have already been on waiting lists for years to get treatment are getting bumped in order to accommodate the new invaders. It’s basically impossible to find a doctors or dentists office accepting new patients. ER rooms are full constantly of these people coming just for runny noses and coughs, clogging up the already strained healthcare system. The prairies hospitals (at least where I live) were barely holding together before this nonsense. Yet somehow, this is all just white people being racist huh? \nWell I’ll tell you what, I’m not white, my people were on this land long before anyone else can claim to be, and while I’ll admit there’s often still a lot of animosity between natives and whites, youd be quite surprised to see how many of us are in agreement towards the current behaviour of these people.

I was born in Canada and my family was from the Caribbean and were brown. Learned Canadian history from our first PM John a McDonald, Wilfred Laurier, learned French. We were hoping Quebec did not separate from Canada. Our whole family is loyal to one country and that is Canada only. The small minority of Indians have destroyed what made us Canada. Playing Punjabi music downtown at Yonge Dundas that never happened. These punjabis are deliberately travelling from Brampton to dance at Yonge Dundas to shove their music in our face. Conservatives will assemble a legal committee to revoke the status of anyone who switched from visitor, fake student etc... to permanent resident and order them deported. Trump is not joking and he will kick out millions in just 1 year because he has robust means and eager sheriffs to round them like chicken and ship them out.

I work for an Canadian Indian trucking company in Texas and I have to say Indians are some of the most racist people I've ever met. The truth is, that when you immigrate to canada. you are one in a giant bowl of people that roughly have the exact same qualifications as you. For one entry level tech job, over 600 people applied, 580 were of Indian immigrants, 10 Asian, 5 natural born Canadians, and 5 african. The people who get hired are not the 580 who all have the same qualifications and resumes, whos second language is english or french. Its the 5 canadians who were born here. I was born here 55 years ago, I am mixed race and have been asked if I was Indian. I think that my time growing up in Canada is that Indians have had the most racism towards them. However, There are too many coming here right now. 99% of the Indians I have met with are nice and great people. With that , the shear amount of Indians that are not desirable are here. i think for the most part indian people are hard workers and i deffinatly dont dislike them as a whole but when you bring to many of one race to a country thats supposed to be multi cultural and alot of them refuse to adapt to canadian culture its going to cause issues. Racism against Indians is increasing. I was born here and they treated us like dirt then and treat us like dirt now. Student visas are just an excuse to be racist. The only thing I would say cause you seem to be very young. Is that brampton actually in the 70's and to early 2000's used to be mostly a white and black community and then other cultures. I am born in Toronto I have a cousin born in Toronto who currently lives in brampton she owns a house in brampton for about 25 years. And is going through a lot mentally with the slamming. We got of people from India mostly in the last 2 years, but it's been going on slowly over 10 years and she's not doing well with the overwhelment of Indians and we're of black Jamaican heritage. So just so you know, brampton used to actually be white and then black was actually the second largest population and everybody else was after that. And then in the last 10 years they started coming but it wasn't in hundreds of thousands and then in the last 2 years it blew up insanely. As that man described is like an invasion. I now live on the West Coast of Canada and the same thing has happened here. And it's been a lot for me Canadian born. I've always grew up with every culture. I've lived and worked around the Indians that used to come here were literally not even on the radar. I mean you see them, but you just they just blended in because most of them had assimilated and were doing their lives. The way they do at home, Canadians are more quiet and try to be respectful of other cultures. We like to just have their own space and our own peace when they're moving throughout this space and a lot of people describe the energy of the Indians coming in almost evasive into your space and then not really carrying anything about invading ur space. They act like, so what's the big deal if I'm in your space and that has been the number one issue is just the rudeness. Not assimilating and imposing their culture, speaking their language, not attempting to integrate with other cultures showing actually a lot of racism to some of the other cultures. The demographic change has been so intense everywhere in Canada especially in the last 2 years. That I have even seen podcast with Indian people who have been here 10 -20-30 years, saying the government needs to figure out a way and get a good swath of these people gone because they are. And India is known for having middlemen in India that work with Fake Diploma Mills scholls with brampton having over 80 of them that the middlemen work scamming Indians by telling them if they pay anywhere from $5000 all the way up to $50,000 even higher to get fake school acceptance letters, so they can come here to get the word permit and work full-time or with companies that provide fake LMIA job offers on the black market, which is illegal under the I.R.C.C, but that is a thing that they had prior to 2022. And when Trudeau took the guards rails off when it comes the requirements and basically. Made it a free-for-all and as India already had the scamming infrastructure in place that kept their population moderate and it just allowed th scammers to go nuts, so that's why we got mostly Indians. Other cultures do it too, but it's so tiny. It's not noticeable. The Indians already had the infrastructure in place that when they took off the guard rails, it was easy for them to switch and start selling these opportunities to go to these fake schools was over 80 of them in brampton t such a lightening speed. As a born and raised Canadian I do feel embarrassed and frustrated when I see people from my race acting like fucking idiots because I know it’s going to lead to people viewing and potentially treating me worse, perhaps even just subconsciously. My community is home to many wonderful Indian immigrants whom I've had the pleasure of getting to know over the years. While most are fantastic individuals, there are a couple of unsavory characters, including one family that has brought some drug-related issues from a larger city in BC, leading to multiple visits from the RCMP. It's interesting to note that many businesses have been established by Indian immigrants, yet I haven't seen any Canadian-born youth employed there. Despite this, it seems that the majority of Canadians appreciate the Indian community, as they are generally polite, engaging, and friendly.

In my work place it is 90% Indian. I'm one of the few white people born and raised in Canada. \nNo English is spoken during lunch break or very little is spoken. \nThis creates alienation among the employees and the few that are non-Indian no longer use the lunchroom and prefer to sit elsewhere or in their cars.\nThis happens in the community as well and Canadians are feeling excluded from society.\nIn regards to racism. How prevalent is racism from Indians directed at white Canadians?

See you are a respectful and good citizen who we would have no problem welcoming to Canada. It's the others who are ignorant and who do not respect our countries culture. If you plan to immigrate you must respect our culture and act as nice or nicer than the reputation us Canadians have. The reason we are upset with some Indians is they have no respect. Some of them throw their garbage everywhere on the streets on the beaches on our walkways. I get in India the culture there may allow you to throw garbage in the streets and lakes and rivers. We bought are house in 2000, my boys one born here and they grew here, there are white Canadians with University degree and they can’t find job here!! Everything is been taking over by Indians! My sons have to drive long distance to work!! And other thing that algoma “university “ was the excuse to move a lot of students into neighborhood , taking family houses and put 12 and more inside and WE have to pay high taxes!! It's not even just in Brampton even 1 to 2 hours away immigrant and international students take all customer service jobs to the point that Canadians can barely get hired into these roles because we have expectations and rights that we worked for and I've seen these immigrants willing to work for less than legal minimum wage and they do not stand up for themselves or work towards having any shared rights. In addition many politicians on both sides of the aisle are rental landlords so only stand to profit from low rental vacancies and cramming as many people into a small space as possible. They've also cut funding to a lot of post-secondary institutions who rely on inflating tuition cost for international students. At my current role on a team of 15 people plus one manager there are only three white people, born and raised Canadians. The rest are all Indians including the manager and will frequently talk amongst themselves loudly in Punjabi while we're trying to serve customers in the English language. That's actually against policy but Canadians are so outnumbered by immigrants and specifically Indians in this place that it never gets enforced properly. I've never been anti-immigration but it's gotten so bad in Canada especially in places like Ontario that I'm now against it and will tell anyone regardless of their skin color to avoid immigrating here. I've been on a wait list for a doctor for over 11 years, I know people who have died from cancer due to delayed referrals due to long wait list for additional screening, it's insane and absolutely ridiculous especially considering the amount of taxes I currently pay and have paid my entire life as a born and raised Canadian.\n\nAlso it's absolutely true every single one is either taking or has taken post-secondary studies in business admin or management. We don't need more people in these fields we need Healthcare sector workers and not a single one that I've spoken with which again is quite a few studied anything related to medicine Healthcare nursing... not one.

As an Indian who was born and raised in Canada (immigrant parents from 1994), one of my favourite things about being a Canadian has been finding my own path as a citizen. I still love my culture but if I wanted to be in India, I would have just chose to move back. My parents came here to give me a better life and opportunity. I have fully embraced that. It frustrates me to no end when I see other Indians come here and disrespect the country that is giving them freedom. Canada isn’t your personal frat party to act like a public disturbance. I am a Canadian and my mother was born here and my grandmother came to Canada in 1907 from the USA when she was 7 years old. I was born in the 1940s and brought up in rural surroundings. Back then We had traditional beliefs and I had farming background. Connection of relatives and helping our neighbours were how We lived. I became a schoolteacher. I saw that in 1954 when I went to school that learning was not natural and it was fear based. Then I completed a dip. of ed psy and then I decided that if I ever wanted to help change the system that I would require at least an m. ed. - leadership. I knew the university I went to would not be able to say no to me when I applied to get into this program. However, I was too much of an negative influence on the younger students and had to finish the last couple of classes at home and which I did. Today, the families have been divided, people do not connect or communicate properly and I have to question what living skills did I learn? Instead, my head was filled with propaganda which sadly, I've had to relearn. I say, stay in your own country and fix it there. Indian has some wonder ancient wisdoms for healing and health. The OWNERS of our nations like the banking families realize that when new immigrates come in that they assimilate more, and the older generations begin to question what THEY were taught and why. I remember when say a barn burned down or one had to be built that neighbours would help build the barn for the farmer.
