Canada is arguably the best place on Earth geographically, but just like every government in the world right now, isn't handing anything appropriately or even objectively being managed in a sensible way. however, you saying "greatest country in the world" instead of "USA" every time, is probably why people think you're racist and mocking other societies. Lot of people....the original citizens feel the burn since the world around them is changing. It's natural that they harbor these ill feelings. It's better to adapt to change and move on and retain your loyalty to the country they migrated to and contribute positively to their economy and try to assimilate as much as possible and be aware of the sensitivities. This new immigration is from Asia and they are of different ethnicities and cultural background unlike european immigration that happened earlier.
