As an indian who has traveled to many countries, I feel embarrassed seeing other indians give us a bad name from lacking basic behavioural manners, Modi should launch a campaign for how to behave, instead of swach bharat and all these nonsense

Mr. K.Mukherjee .BE (Germany ) (Canada) Thousands of Indian students went to Canada with a student visa, not for education but to find ways to stay and work. These Five Eyes countries are rejecting the visas at random.Don't try to blame ,rather try to teach these young people the basic moral education and polite behaviour to others and not to try from the back door.Without any legal Immigration papers ,there will be no survival in Canada.Try to bring back the respect from the others. Please don't repeat the fifth largest economy in the world over and over. This will not change a dime about the notion to the developed countries.

Stop Crying Loud!! \nFirst of first dare to accept the truth, first of all teach Indian Basic Civic manners, Basic of basic human behavioral discipline. If you can't fix Small things do not even expect to fix Big things!! Quantity is always of less value than Quality!

You know why India hasn't developed. Because even for basic government services, we need to give bribes. From a safety pin to big buildings, everything is corrupted and rotten to the core.
|

It's a stupid report, obviously the visa rejection will be high if the visa applications are high from a most populated country in the world it's basic common sense , i would say India have the highest visa grant these days, I'm from India came to Australia it's not ecen harf if u have the right documents and if you're not faking anything, I'm pretty sure the rejections are mostly because of fake documents especially from Punjab and Haryana so it's good that they are not letting fake people i mean then what's the point of doing all this right way? People like me who try to come in a right way

PM and Foreign miniter gets red golden carpet and believe common citizens too get the same. Crazy as basics they ignore in much arrogance. Can Govt dare say we not give visa to ones who rejects Indians. ? Need guts for it.

Palki after reading the news is gonna throw her chips wrapper on the news media floor. We lack civic sense & basic hygiene. When I went to north India they r spitting their pan masala on trains , on the roads, on the bills. Talking loud, honking all the time . Idk list goes on
|
| 2025-01-16 | 0 |
India needs to shut all these scam centres first of all\nHave some basic behaviour lessons and hygiene \nStop doing illegal stuff
|
| 2025-01-16 | 0 |
Dear Palki and Firstpost channel, I appreciate this post but maybe if possible could you pls make a post/report on why some Indians are desperate to leave and most importantly the behaviour of some of our countrymen in foreign lands which gives a bad repute and leaves a bitter taste about our country in foreign lands? Shouldn't these ppl be held accountable too, especially when they are fortunate enough to have the means to visit foreign lands? I have seen first hand the way some of our ppl behave and try to twist and manipulate everything to their benefit, lacking basic respect.
|
| 2025-01-16 | 0 |
lets talk about basic civic and common sense which many of of our fellow indians lack, so yeah its better that they are being banned.
|
| 2025-01-16 | 0 |
Our behavior abroad is a problem: talking loud, jumping queues, no sense of personal space, eating habits (we heap our plates at the buffet, can't eat it all & throw it), lack of punctuality etc. Many hotels keep watch on our groups during the free buffet breakfast, for, we tend to surreptitiously fill our lunch boxes on the sly! We go for the cheapest options everywhere (Chinese go for expensive things). Basic manners & maybe a foreign language must be taught from childhood at schools.

First work on basic human behaviour..... Unhygienic no.1 in the world

Hilarious that not so long ago Palki was in Oxford giving a speech about how powerful India passport is. Apparently according to her the Immigration officer in the UK was impressed about her Indian passport.lolzz. Indian passport holders and quite unfortunately Indian citizens/Indian subcontinent folks are some of the least respected people around the world. People who travelled around the world can relate to this easily. I am not gonna blame the govt completely for this issue. Unfortunately basic civic sense and behavioral etiquette are literally non existent among majority of Indians. Its a sad reality which wont change in India
|
| 2025-01-16 | 0 |
Our travellers should also learn basic etiquettes. Ive been embarassed so many times by the behavior of our countrymen abroad.
|
| 2025-01-16 | 0 |
You Palki should ask yourself why this is happening? Instead of blaming others, improve Indians basic behavior, ensure Indians are not the biggest scammer to western old and retired people. .Where ever Indians go they damage the culture of that country
|
| 2025-01-16 | 0 |
The problem here is Indians using forgery documents while applying for their visa and another classic case is donkey.Continuing to the problem breaking mostly every rule and regulations in foreign soil.Cheap labour is another problem where the basic salary would be 18 dollar an hour and an Indian worker would do it for 12 dollars an hour. There are a-lot of other factors.
|

it's great that people are pointing out about visas but why no data analysis about country basic problems? if we sort those out, we would be rather thinking whose visa we need to grant and whom to reject?\n1. why no question on regulations on digitalization? In MNC there are SLA for server down, 404 not found etc. while it's been years we moved to digitalization but yet no proper regulations.\n2. lets be honest unemployment and inflation is beyond our control.\n3. No termination rule in govt. job despite there are n number of jobless personnel available to fill the sacked officer/employee immediately, the service quality the responsibility towards job is 0.\n4. corporate retires people at 65 because at this age their stamina and decision making capabilities are no sound, fair enough but then 65 + aged people are making decisions about government and countries, how is that even logical? Either corporate is lying or we need to set upper age bar in politics too.\nturn country into self sustaining community asap that's future and survival strategy.

Cheating, lawless citizens to blame, who don't know how to behave in a civilised setting and lacks basic civic sense. No one prefers people from the land of 'scamsters'. Don't think India is a 'big' thing, and Modi is vishwaguru - politicians and media are just fooling you!!! Yes this is coming from an Indian only.

Google says the average cost to have a child (give birth) in the USA is $18,865. This would translate to $27,207.10 CAD at the time I'm writing this comment. Basically, a year of minimum wage take home pay. Very few people would find that amount of money easy to deal with.\n\nIn Canada it's not only free, but the government pays you monthly amounts if your income is less than what they deem enough to provide for them. This amount can be significant and continues until the child is 19.

Canadian citizens just don't want indian immigrants, indians basically force your culture on them. I'm sure they don't hate indians, they just want indians to go home
|

Basically canadian parents not giving good education to their kids, why candian kids struggle if other people kids are survining. Give goid education to them.competition is required.then only skills will improve, indians are giving competition to improve canadian life style.

Diversity of newcomers made this country good, but now it is just concentrated. Toronto Union station was filled with Indians crossing the track like this is New Delhi..., like they brought their chaos straight into another country. None of us other immigrants from diff nations have brought this kind of behavior without adapting.\n\nAnd for the sake of goodness, if one needs to wear so many layers and walk around the closed space of malls.... wearing deodorant is like common sense and is the basic etiquette for public life in Canada. If you choose to move and live a better life elsewhere, then change your ways. Or else what is the difference of living in Canada from India.

I am a senior and live in Vancouver, BC and my son who has dual citizenship lives in Seattle, WA. His wife and him will move back to Canada when he retires. I visit Seattle and enjoy going there. The shopping is great fun especially with all the big store headquarters being there and we can't forget Trader Joe's. I don't drink alcohol anymore, but the cost, volume and availability is crazy. He also lived in New York and lived a train ride away to the suburbs (great system) and was a lovely area to raise a family. Visited NYC and loved it. I've lived in Montreal and just love big cities. In saying all that, I think were all basically the same, however I could never permamentally live in the US. I can no longer afford the outrageous travel health insurance to travel to the USA because of my age and health issues. I have a primary doctor and four specialists that I see on a regular basis, waiting for a hip replacement and none has cost me a cent. Oh yes, I get free dental care. I wouldn't move to the states, but would sure like to visit again. Politics is a whole other subject.

Only one with basic human etiquette! You could do anything, but society is still gonna treat you like shit. Stop taking the shit!

Why don't you try to fix your home country? You're basically saying, yeah this is my home country, but something is wrong and someone else has to fix it. Doesn't make any sense.

Is that a freaking joke. He basically just insults our intelligence.

They are violating there visa they should be kicked out it’s crazy how they all move to Brampton…. There are other places you know they are international students you are supposed to come to study then. Leave . Most people that come to study in Canada from different countries they leave after graduation. You can even check the m number of people from different countries that leave and most do only people from\nIndia so leave . Canada is not all that great it’s good most of the time high taxes . . They abused the food bank system . We need less immigration that’s what this is basically a back door into the country most of them don’t really study anything worth studying. Canada has a shortage of doctors and most don’t even study MD?♀️. These noun credited colleges make so much money from these students. It’s a big fat business .

For NRI's this is so relatable. It's the same issue with Indian embassies across the world. The officials at the Indian embassies lack basic human empathy. This typical sarkari babu attitude has to go .

Basically it winds down to money, the government, college, universities, low paying jobs

Most of these people from Two states of Indian P, H & G are not able to get INR10k job in their Home Town hence now they are working as cleaners, Drivers, Nappy changer & illegal cash jobs in Canada, UK, Australian etc.. No Education, No skils, No experience & not even basic hygiene & manners, no sense of community. They will even sell their soul for PR VISA. ??

Basically Canadians are saying they and their ancestors didn't fight in ww1,ww2 ,tame the cold wild environment, spend centuries building Canada just to have it turned to India 2.0 in under one decade by Trudeau. It is time the highly skilled bestest global engineers of India go fix India like China,Japan and Korea did. After all the East asians and Whites don't have 2 heads. \nMaybe they should mass convert to christianity and ditch hinduism ,The hindu gods have shown themselves incapable of building a modern successful society like the West the hindus are fleeing to.

Unfortunately it is not true that a majority of the Indians are highly qualified. To be honest many of the Indian students here have poor communication skills and questionable qualifications. What is needed is a more careful selection process. I know of some Indians who are highly trained well educated and an asset to Canada especially in the health and tech fields. At the same time I see many who are not able to pass basic language tests let alone professional examinations.

So basically the guy gave him a 20 dollar bill, the delivery guy supposedly didn't have change so wanted to take the entire difference as tip, customer got mad and started filming because he wasn't getting his change.

En mass’ Punjabi influx is the major reason.. Vast number of them can’t speak English and don’t ‘ve basic qualifications to pursue higher education.. So they opt for 18-month diploma to seek “quick employment”.. All these actions were successful “until Corona”.., Post-Corona economy has changed .. so has outlook native Canadians .. Majority of Canadians view “Brampton culture” as representative of culture of India .. (Brampton Culture- Not demonstrating character / discipline, not using deodorant/ unclean attire / engaging in public brawl etc.. )\n\nAdding further woes ~ not enough apt / housing available for Canadians ~ while students are pushed to tie ‘em selves in a group of 6+ in tiny 2-bedroom apt’s.. Quebec’s imposition of “French B-2 permit in language proficiency” has dented chances of Int’l students opting to study in Montreal ..\n\nIn short : “Welcome to Canada” has been severely misused by Indian students / and lousy refugee policy of Canada has further undermined legitimacy of Int’l students ..

we have immigration laws? I thought we just took anyone and everyone and clumped them together in our cities in such great numbers that it basically turns them into middle eastern countries

I am a registered Democrat from NY??. Is it ok if I illegally snuck into Germany ??, France ?? or Australia ?? and DEMANDED equal status as a legal, hardworking, tax paying citizen of those countries!? ??♀️ STAGE PROTESTS (with face masks on) to be given free room & board, clothing & food allowance, education for my already multiple plus twins-on-the-way-children, healthcare for my huge family. Basically a freeloader!? ??♀️
|
| 2024-12-17 | 0 |
Forced? If a visa or legal timeframe is up and legal permission to stay isn’t given then you leave, no? If you can’t cover your basic expenses then how can you stay? How does it work in other countries? How many protests allowed w/media coverage? This while rights of legal citizen’s (who happen to be homeless) are bypassed thru legal loophole to move their encampments (only homes they know) while those of the non-legal are seemingly protected. Why? Our social systems are already in crisis.

Simple really, in Maslow's hierarchy of needs a person who doesn't have security in their basic needs of food, shelter, and safety can't get beyond that point up the ladder to self actualization considering other aspects of fulfillment, if you and your fellow countrymen are suffering and can't secure necessities for even basic survival like housing then seeing others come in is a threat to what little resources are available and therefore a threat to you regardless of where they are from, threats are reacted to with anger as a survival mechanism often subconsciously and is a normal human response, it's not hatred towards immigrants it's justified anger, frustration, and fear about you and your family being out on the streets and of course it's also universally unfair and unjust to those who were already part of the country and have paid into it, competition for resources in other words, I'm not Canadian but it works the same way no matter where you are

As a German national who married a Chinese national, we have left Germany more than 8 years ago.\n\nWe left because:\n\n1. Income opportunities and career opportunities in Germany in my line of work (IT) were mediocre.\n2. Taxation (including Sozialabgaben) was unacceptable. Services available in return were mediocre (e.g., waiting more than 4 months to get an appointment with a neurologist). The pension system is one large Ponzi scheme.\n3. Building wealth and owning real estate on a single income is basically impossible.\n4. My Chinese spouse faced frequent discrimination and racism in everyday life - in Hamburg, which is supposedly known to be modern, diverse and open.\n5. The German weather, culture, lifestyle opportunities and attitude was not attractive to us. We felt trapped and limited. We wanted to have more freedom.\n\nWe've been living in the US Pacific Northwest since and are very happy here (and a lot more successful with our economic goals as well).\n\nGood luck in Germany!

In the Philippines ( I'm focusing on that country as a born Canadian Filipino ) there was a 40% rise in, not only immigration, but exclusively mostly caucasian immigration to the Philippines. Prices in the Philippines then skyrocketed exponentially. Yet, they ( The Philippines ) NOT ONCE complained....in general, let alone frabricated ussues to complain about like the manner which is demonstrated in all of North America. So, how much worse, how much more problematic, is the basically small percentage of immigration is in Canada?\n\nFurthermore, in the Philippines exclusively, the immigrants there, not care to learn the Filipino language and would rather go poor, than contribute to the labour force of the Philippines. So....HOW MUCH MORE VALID are Canadian problems with immigration?

This is a funny videos channel. Similar to just for laughs gags. Presenter with her unique expression and pronunciations makes it even more comic. Full of jokes. \nFirst when you say folks are in temporary visa means they are in Canada in TEMPORARILY. check the meaning for temporary. Need to go back. She says Folks coming to canada for better life, job, education, medical facilities. Now those facilities are not available for canadian citizens, why wud temp folks get these basic amenities. \nSecond, you dont have to scare canadian govt and ppl that immigrants will go elsewhere in the south where they get PR easily. On another video same presenter says US states also sending ppl out. Why wud you misguide with fake news. Trump is also taking actions on the border security and welfare of their citizens. \nGood luck with your faake news.?

Excellent video team, I've watched this one several times and continues to resonate. Doing well in Canada comes down to basic respect and manners. That can't be too hard? Thanks again - Cheers.
