As a US citizen, I am sad for both Canada and the US. We were great allies, and now that is gone. I wanted to move to Nova Scotia and start a new life doing my art and be a part of a culture I love. This is why it is so important to participate in the election process! The future is uncertain, but for those who care about our countries, we need to work together to bring back democracy and bring down the cost of living. It is insane what we are experiencing now!

Before indians rented the buildings front, corridors, and inside all was super clean as soon Indians rented the apartment all the bags full of garbage, compost, dresses, and shoe food all in front and everywhere. The apartment and building itself are not livable and others are complaining threatening the landlord to quiet the building. For Indians tennats many landlords lost. their good respectable tenant, None want to stay with them, It's not about color or language its about cleanness and noise sharing s with many and inviting all friends which is allowed only in India, not other developed countries or Canada. U.S. If they can't respect the rules of law in Canada they should not come. Canad landlords will not allow 11/2 or 21/2 apartments with 10-15 peoples, who breaks all inside out crowd noise, deny damages, and blame Landlords.

I have spent quite a bit of time in USA and I always find my experience split. For the most part the people and places are great. As a filmmaker I have shot in NYC, California, Mississippi to name a few. The people were always accommodating and friendly. One time a gentlemen and his wife that allowed us to film in his property would bring us hot chocolate at night, then offered to shoot anyone who got in our way. I was also filming in the desert in 2009 and I almost got shot in the face by a group of police officers that charged in guns out and tempers raging, before realizing that we had film permits and were scheduled to be on site. Only to have the crew say that if I was black they would have shot first and asked questions later. As tensions rise between Canada and USA with Trump's trade war and attempt to ANNEX Canada I think I will do my filming in other parts of the world, if not in Canada. I have plenty of American friends and know a lot of Canadians that live in the US. I just hope things settle between our two nations soon. Where do you live? Interested to see what part of the States you live in.

Tyler, I am sorry for what is happening in your country because I believe there are more great people compared to the “other” that we see creeping out of their holes. I worry for your less fortunate, those depending on help from their government and have earned this right, those being tossed out for no good reason. In today's rate Canadian finished product (With heavy refine + high transportation cost) in USA is 73USD per barrel as compared to WTI (with lower refine cost + lower transportation cost) is 82 USD. At 2024 exports levels you saved 14.1 Billion dollars per year + all refinery jobs and reason for it is the heavy discount we gave to you on crude oil. Facts tells me you are the free loader. Yeah we are small and gonna be in bad shape But this does not ends well for you too either.

I always viewed Canada and US as brothers, elder being a bully and the younger just going about its business. I am an immigrant from India so what i am going to say is a harsh truth. A lot of people come to Canada and then expect to do the same things they were used to do in their own countries. They forms groups, buy house in the same ethnic neighbourhoods as theirs. Because of this they do not grow. Lots of people who have been in Canada for decades cant speak english properly. They bring issues of their own country with them. They just don’t grow.

So, naturally, the rejection rates are much higher for tourist visa and not for business visas as such. The solution is India should build infrastructure inside the country so that people don't need to rush abroad for a better life. Chinisaton or Indianization of Canada ..., has made it impossible of professionals to obtain jobs or keep jobs and therefore afford to live in Canada... Only Chinese/Indian with large communities and helped by their government ... can find ways to establish and bring more people in North America to colonize it in time Totally.
