All the “I stand with Canada” clowns in the comments are either ignorant or just as weak as Trudeau. You’re standing with a leader who crippled his own economy, pushed insane carbon taxes, and sold out to China now crying because the U.S. won’t play along. News flash: Trudeau doesn’t care about you or Canada, he just needs a scapegoat for his failures. Standing with Canada? .... Well I'll tell you what Trudeau,.... None of us people wanted these tariffs either... At least not the people who are sane... I don't even think the people who voted for Donald Trump wanted these tariffs against the rest of the world either....I really don't understand the sense behind it because this is not going to make America greater.... It's going to destroy the economy of America and whatever the country it is that he poses these tariffs on... He thinks this is a strategy for getting what he wants... But I'll tell you what, he may be shocked and sadly mistaken when he finds out that it might just backfire ...this is a very conceited attempt to get the type of economic condition that he envisions for his new Dictatorship over America....he has alienated United States from its allies in Europe as well as its allies here at home.... This is probably about as dumb as his treatment of Volodimir Zelensky that just transpired on Friday at the oval office...and that idiot Vance is the one actually that has started that little debacle....I don't know man I thought these guys had more sense than to do this kind of shit.... But see this kind of situation is not going to affect him or his billionaire buddies because they have so much money they can cushion themselves until the cows come home....these assholes don't have nothing to worry about except the American people finding an emergency way of getting his ass out of office unless he changes course on all of this... It's either invested in America now and built your products in America or pay the tariffs. Your choice... oh, and for eggs, the US spends $110 million (2023) in eggs from China... As an American, we don’t want this either. I don’t understand what and why to be honest. All I know was in November 2024 I woke up to the worst feeling I have ever had. First time woke up ashamed and shame and fear to live in the United States. I never in my 60 years thought that hatred hiding behind Christianity would prevail. Don’t be fooled, Trudeau has made the opposition in Canada much more popular with his “good talk/ opposite results. The Dems lost for this exact reason in the US America will be strong either way.
