Considering most individuals will never serve in the military, much less risk their life for their country; accordingly, they have no business pointing fingers at those who do place themselves in harm's way while serving in the military, irrespective of sexual orientation .

The military is not the place for social experiments, playing dress-up or confused mindsets. It's for preparing for and executing war. Everything else is a distraction. That's it. The 95% of the military that understand this is so thankful for SECDEF Hegseth today. The other 5% don't matter.

The people are tired of the smug condescending superiority complex having place that we call home. Things like this will continue to increase and get worse until what we say matches what we do.

People mad that we are going to tariff (tax) other countries who benefit from doing business with the U.S. but okay with the government placing tarrifs on our own peoples income for working and contributing to the local economy through commerce. Tariffs seem more fair. At least if they want to reduce the spending they do less business with the U.S. we have to work for an income to even live here. We have zero choice about income tax and in fact, can be jailed for being unable to pay it.

This is the Military, a lethal fighting force to protect your country and for war. There is no place in the military for these types of people and or behaviors. There is no place for specific gender flags and all this crap in what is meant to be the most lethal fighting force on the planet. It has no place at all within the walls of the military, and you do not want other countries to see you as weak, because it upsets these types of people who have spread like ants since dumb joe ruined the country over the last 4 yrs.

They have no place in the armed forces.

Recruitment is not down because transgender people/DEI is not allowed. It is down because the opposite is happening. DEI/Alphabet people are being shoed into places where they do not belong over more qualified other people. This process of putting less qualified people into positions endangers everyone else. Just like female lesbian firefighters in LA who are not strong enough to carry a person to safety think this is the fault of the victims they might encounter and not be able to save. This lowers morale and affects recruitment. If a transistor can meet the current requirements, they should be allowed to finish their time, but nobody else gets a free pass.

the fact is that those who transition have to take hormonal treatments for the rest of their life. regardless of the qualities someone who is trans may have placing them in military units create problems. in addition there is the fact that transitioning may have other long term health effects that would raise the cost of medical benefits for our soldiers and veterans. this is not the simple issue of discrimination based on sexual identity that CNN wants to portray it as. whether we have a tax based economy or a tariff economy in the future up until now it is the American taxpayer that has had to fund military expenses including health care for our soldiers and veterans.

Trans has no place in the military! Period!\n Nothing against anyone Trans. Be whoever you want to be. When it creates an environment where military members may be uncomfortable or have to share a living space hater or bathroom with someone of the opposite sex is WRONG!

Your average soldier is not going to respect a leader or want to follow a leader who used to be a man and is now a woman and Vice, versa! I agree with Trump and Crenshaw even though I don't Crenshaw. There is no room in the military for this BS. I served 10 years and this BS is nothing more than a huge distraction. You have people who were going in just to get the operations. They spend 4 years in the military changing gender on tax payers dime. Out of the whole 4 years they may be deployable for about 6 months and that ain't all at the same time. When I was in this stuff was not an issue! They were not allowed to join and neither were gays.\n\n Think about it everyone is so bent out of shape over sexual assault well if you take a couple of gay guys and put them in an infantry unit they are going to look at all those men the same way a straight guy would look at all the girls if he was dropped off in an all girls collage. There is nothing about not having trans in military not having value. The Navy trans as a woman is not a woman so when did he/she transition, Before or after. She can look female but he is a he with all the advantages of muscle mass. Since he actually passed the physical stuff indicates the maleness prior to transition. I’d like to see the requirements if mental fitness before the transition and after. Beside getting breasts did he go all the way with removing male organs? If not then it’s more a dress up issue. Being in the military is probably not really a good place for trans. Is he now a lesbian as acting a woman? So many questions with few answers.

Just because people are born different, does not mean that they cannot be productive members of society, for we are all God‘s children, and individuals will always strive to be the best at what they do, regardless of sexual orientation.\nIt’s just another form of discrimination and in the future bigotry and all forms of discrimination have no place in society today or in the foreseeable future, we must all work to get along with each other and love one another as God intended his children to do so, and remember Jesus and all the angels in the heaven Also tells us that we should love one another for we are all brothers and sisters, just because someone is born different or with a handicap or a disability they still have the ability to contribute to society in a positive way.

I have to question someone who does not have a proper grasp of physical reality as to their grasp of reality in other areas. How can I be sure that the mechanism responsible for properly understanding reality is not so broken that the individual is not able to properly assess military situations on which many lives may in fact depend. We need people in the military that have a properly functioning reality assessment mechanism in place, not broken machinery.

Was all 20 years of “her” service as a transgender, if not, then her case has no ground to stand on, because its even worse for the soldiers around “her” to have to deal with that shit. No place for transgenders in the military, cause now they’re asking to be included, next they’ll be crying about their own toilettes and barracks and everything else. All soldiers left their life behind to be part of the military, and they wanna allow this. Dont care how good they are suppose to be, they are a distraction, and the military is the last place you want people distracted. They dont have so many transgender troops that it will take decades to fill their place, STOP WITH THE BS. 1 person being successful, mainly because of what they did before the transition, does not make “her” proof that its not a problem. Thats like in the middle of corona and i stand there and say “corona isnt a problem look at me, im healthy” while other people are dying. 1 person can equal proof or can equal an anomaly. Espically since most of “her” success came before the mental illness.

Trump is totally right to do this being in the military is a big responsibility. And for the job, you must be qualified according to your skills...not on gender or what, I would have done the same in his place.

Colombia has taken so many evil people and poor destitute people from Venezuela as refugees and it can’t absorb them but Colombians normally come legally to the USA and make great Americans my family in law for example are good conservative people who support Trump and I’d like to have my family in the USA all in one place especially is colombia will turn into Venezuela under a corrupt regime who has ruined everything and hurt most of the citizens idk how he won if he did even win but the USA came into Colombia before to stabilize it and it worked for a long time and there are 30,000 U.S. expats here or people with family ties or like me who happened to marry into a Colombian family. My sister is elderly and just getting well from cancer and she can't find or afford a place to live she is staying with people that she doesn't need to be staying with they are drug users and I worry about her. I'm sure if it weren't for the illegals she could find a place to live.
