If you are in America and you are a citizen enjoying all that America has to offer and you hate our federal immigration law and you hate police doing their jobs and you hate whatever wrong America has done in the past, I challenge you to leave and go find that perfect county that can offer you all that America can and will live up to your ideals of perfection not just now but through everything they have done in the past. Please find that perfect country that has never oppressed anyone and doesn't oppress anyone now and see if you can f off to that place and I am positive they will be happy to give you other people's wealth to make your stay wonderful and if they don't, hit the streets protesting and get them to change if you can stay out of jail. Stand in their streets and scream that that their laws are unjust and the whole place needs to be brought down because it isn't perfect in your deranged mind and never has been and then see how many countries will entertain your ideas. Don't listen to that garbage right winged fox media. Canada was dealing with this well before Trump took office again. As a Canadian, I can tell you our government failed us too. We took in well over 5 million immigrants (documented and undocumented) over the past 3 years. Like New York, many of our cities are overwhelmed with this influx. We don't even have the resources to track down expired visas, overstays, or asylum cases. Last year our government admitted there was a problem and decided to start taking action. The biggest issue is people claim to be tourists with no intent of leaving. The Canada US border is far stronger than our international one.

As a Mexican American who was born here in the US. This is just ABUSE of the system by many people immigrating here. It’s plain ABUSE. And the government is responsible for allowing it to get this bad.

I am born and raised in NYC. In Queens many businesses are now suffering with lack of staff and the owners or their family members are now doing the work they’ve been paying immigrants that don’t have their paperwork together to do. It is sad so many people trying to start over and get treated poorly! As a community member it is also annoying having to wait much longer for food or the quality of atmosphere lacking now etc I know something needed to be done in regards to the immigration issue but at the same time it sucks to realize just how many people were being taken advantage of in ALL the local businesses smh. The CITY voted for Cuomo and then Hochul, the rest of the state did not, but the rest of the state is so rural that the population of the city outvote the entirety of the rest of the state. That's why they pushed so hard for their sanctuary policies and providing IDs to illegal immigrants and allowing them to vote. This guarantees they keep getting reelected and increases over all state population which is used to determine how many congressional seats a state has and how many electoral votes, so more people would mean more political power.

I am always amazed at how these poverty stricken people have so much funds to enter the US illegally but somehow don’t have the funds to follow immigration laws, complete the documents and pay the filing fees. People can come from all over the world to enter illegally yet how many Americans can afford to travel to a foreign country?

Well, as you might known, those people are from countries that have visa to Canada, like most of middle East Muslim population even so call Palestinians, few latin American countries because Canada doesn't allow them, they love Muslim, so as you can imagine many terrorism, so that's an loophole there, because at the south no more illegals at least 95% down illegal immigration against 60% or so, so it's clear now.

I sincerely don't understand why people have an issue with people who came here illegally getting deported. It's not at all racially motivated or discrimination. Whether they are serious criminals or just entered illegally - it is not right for them to be here, or be provided services paid for by tax paying Americans. As an educated American citizen, If I want to move to UK or European countries I have to jump through many hoops, prove I have my own money to support myself, and possibly meet a language requirement. Why is it that we just accommodate anyone who wants entry to USA? It baffles me. I have friends all upset about deportations and it's ridiculous. I can't understand why we bother to have any laws if we don't enforce them? I have 2 family members who immigrated here LEGALLY. While I don't approve of giving low tips or being rude, a problem is we have an over immigration problem here with the same number of Indian immigrants coming here as in the U.S despite 10x less people and tens of thousands of less towns. So it's getting hard for Canadians who were born or grew up here to find jobs and many are upset and some will take it out in inappropriate ways. They need to understand that rules and laws apply same to everyone. Getting degree does not mean immigration, internet is ubiquitous and they should have to read first before making decisions, what are rules, regulations and what to expect after getting degree. Many other nations get degrees in collages and universities in Canada but do not create chaos, disturbance in parks and city centres, and do not go on attack.

Canada ?? is losing it's reputation as a welcoming ? country for international students/migrants, particularly to Indians, due to high inflation, lack of accommodations, lack of jobs, Racism etc .
