If you want to live in an Islamic state you move to a Muslim country. Canada is a secular democracy that guarantees your religious freedom. No Muslim country does that unless you are a Muslim. Wouldn’t it be much better if you considered yourselves human beings before all else? It is your humanity that gives the true power of redemption and being decent, moral individuals. No religion on earth does that. Not yours or any other. Belief is not as important as knowledge and humanity. However, you must do what you think is right for you. I think it would be good for you to move to the Middle East and experience what life is like in a theocracy.

Canada then isn’t the appropriate country for a cheerful Muslim family to reside in for these essential reasons— aside from the extreme weather conditions. and the rocketing inflation. For more or less the same reasons, my niece who is a Canadian by nationality left Canada to return and live in Egypt— her motherland. I’m really curious to know where about will you be heading to! Canada is not a Muslim majority country. It was founded on Christian values and traditions. There are 48 Muslim majority countries in the world. If you want to live 'like a Muslim' then moving to one of those countries IS a better option. I commend you choice...good luck.

Is that really worse ,migrating to canada as a muslim?

I know people who immigrated from England and realised after a few years that they just couldn’t go back. The quality of life here was just that much different and they had acclimatised to it, so I can’t imagine where you’re thinking that you can go in the world where the quality of life for a Muslim family who has grown up in Canada will be better.\nOnly one of your four criteria will be satisfied. Albeit the number one criteria named; your religion and belief system. \nInflation as well as a certain level of social deterioration are rampant worldwide.\nThe only thing you will really be escaping is the winter, and there are days when I certainly agree.\n\nWherever your journey takes you, I wish you and your family well.

Interesting! Making an announcement that you're leaving a country and going to another country before you decided which country you want to go, looks a bit impetuous. Also leaving Canada and going to another Muslim country where literally 99.9% people are trying to go the opposite way makes me think this announcement is premature. \nAlso, I know lot of people that made an attempt to go to India from US/Canada for reasons of not wanting to raise the children in Western Culture. Among them about 90% came back to the West in less than two years. In my estimate it's even more difficult in the Islamic countries except Turkey and Dubai (which one may question if are even Islamic). \nAnyway, if you succeed and were actually able to settle, you're in the tiniest percentage of the people who were able do that; not a small feat! Anyway, best of luck!

Please leave, take other muslims. Iam not even canadian and I saw on news these muslims saying they need shariya law in canada. Shariya and democracy won't go hand in hand. Just leave and take that muslim idiology with you. Let canada live peacefully without your peaceful religion..

I have family in Canada, and there are pros & cons of being there, and yes, weather & inflation are two important factors. There are Muslim communities in Canada, but it all depends where you’re at. I do understand the prevalent anti Muslim attitude/atmosphere, I live in the US and there are certain areas where I would not feel safe declaring my religion and having my wife & daughter wearing hijab, it’s sad, but we as Muslims in North America have to act as the pioneers and make our fellow Americans understand better our religion & our view points regarding the political & religious differences we have.

I fully understand your decision and reasons for moving away from Canada. \nHowever, you could have expressed your choices and opinions on a forum meant for Muslims, who can benefit from it, or ask you questions. \nBy putting it in this platform and insulting the people of this country is very irresponsible. Please go back I will help you with your air-ticket if you are that broke. We are very happy in Canada and we are living a very comfortable life here. we don't live from pay cheque to cheque. We have enough money to enjoy Canada. We are not business owners or rich & famous people. We came here 20 years back and honestly thankful to God with our decision made to Migrate from Asia. Hey Saleh Family, hope you doing good. I previously watched your video on the reason why you leaving Canada. Some times i watch videos on differents experiences others migrants experiencing here Canada and we re on same boat. That s why i also made choice to move out in Colombia on the beach for my retirement.Then im here giving some advise. As immigrant myself, African from Gabon, we experiencing same realities of the West since 10 years now. At some point, i can say there s something broken in this country since last 6-8 years. As you making decision to leave Canada on the reasons you expressed, it is very important for you not be wrong chosing the wrong place again. You need to think about it seriously. Straight, can tell you 100% United states is worse than Canada as Muslim family to live in. You need to read all suggestions given in this Video. As a lot people suggested you in the comments, i totally agree with em that Malaysia, is the Top one based of the reasons you explained why you leaving Canada. Maybe Turkey and UAE as second choice. I would hope you could find happiness in Canada. One of my concerns about living in a theocratic country would always be, is this choice really your own? Can you ever be certain, if faced with violations of your rights, that the choice is really yours? And, if not, can you consider yourselves as choosing Islam, rather than being forced into it, even if in absence of theocratic rule, you would have chosen it anyways? Maybe I’m overthinking it. I have the tendency to do that. I think if I were Muslim, I might choose Tunisia. I’ve known people from Tunisia and it sounds like they’re pretty open-minded, but still obviously predominantly Muslim. I’ve been to Dubai, and while I see many people recommending it, I honestly thought it was the worst combination of East and West. All the commercialization of the West, but none of the democracy. Plus, if you are not native Emiratis, you will always be second class. I’m from the US in what I think is the mini-Canada (ok, the Twin Cities) and we have a big Muslim community, but I’m very concerned Trump will win again in 2024, and I don’t know what will come of it. My daughter is part Afghani, but raised Catholic because her father’s side is irreligious. But I still worry for her, looking like she does and carrying that last name. People are so awful.

Let's keep Canada a secular country! \nMuslims are doing their best to change Canada into an Islamic caliphate praying in the middle of busy streets blocking traffic so people can't get to long waited for doctor's appointments or business appointments. Muslims want the call to prayer five times a day to stop everything for everyone not only muslims. If it is a muslim holiday they expect the whole country to take the holiday and that all businesses must close because of their religion. The most logical thing for moslems to do is move to a moslem country that follows their moslem precepts and leave Canada so we can remain a free country not tethered to religion unless we choose that mode of living.

Before leaving Canada, you should surrender Canadian citizenship and returned passpot as well. If you realy want to know how other muslim countries treat you, travel on the passport you arrived here in canada. Acrually, you know you would be trwated better while having Canadian passport. well, keep your heads down and avoid crowds. there are many people that think canada is one of the best countries in the world. if you dont like it feel free to go. you guys seem like nice people. however you will be told what to do in muslim countries as well, more than you will know.

You need to go to a Muslim country. Canada is supposedly a Christian country but Christians are coming under a lot of restrictions with practicing their faith. Christians are also bashed for many of the same beliefs as you.

Being Russian - I really missed winter living in Australia. One of the reasons I've returned Home))) Other reasons that you guys named to leave Canada - I'd list the same for myself and my family for leaving Australia. Except for I'm not Muslim, I'm Orthodox Christian. But there are many Muslims around me here - Russia is a very diverse country.

I have no idea where these people live in Canada. Having said that, some of the comments are so cruel. These people feel unsafe and want to move to a Muslim Majority country. They do not want to live in Canada which is a country where LGBTQ rights are equal to religious rights. So fine, let them go. No need to be mean to them.

Many Muslim friends. Lived in many Muslim majority countries. I would argue that in The West u will have more advantages than many Muslim majority countries. Although I do not live in Canada I have a Muslim relative who loves living in Canada. So best u do leave as the West was built on a non Muslim tradition. That said I have Muslim friends who are happily living in Western countries.

Those countries you mentioned have Azan and use symbolic ways while they literal slaves from India. A country like Canada might not symbolically showcase holiness, but in practice, at least they don't take your passport away and take you hostage. I think action speaks louder than pretension. I think this religion thing has very negative impacts especially as each group both Christians, Muslims, and Jews believe they are the chosen people and the ticket to better life is sold thru their citizenship of hevean program. Perspective really helps.

Seems Islam is too cerimonialistic/ritualist and require a lot of structure for praticing. Clean, specific places? Headspeakers for scheduled daily prayers? \nI'm glad the Creator I believe is omniscient and I can pray to Him anywhere, anytime, at worst requiring me a quiet place and to close my eyes. A humble temple, inside my mind.\nBut one thing I find odd...if inflation is one of the reasons you consider...muslim countries are far worse than Canada..specially Erdog4y's Turkey, which is also very secular, if that means something aswell. I wish i could muslim country too and enjoy all the privileges i have. I am a a Queer muslim and it was not easy. I am very appreciative of the opportunity that is given to me in the west and not being judged at a work place how i may appear. I am glad you made this video and making the best decision for your family. Even as queer peeson i am supporting drag queen story tiem but you made it sound like it is happening every library and every where. I only read it in news paper and never actually saw it in reality. Leaving Canada doesn't do anything for supporting for Palestinians. You could have used your voice and voting power in support of Palestinians. I do understand it may be best for your children.
