Why don’t they investigate those busing companies, see who’s paying them, trace it all out, because these people are getting help from an organized system of getting people there. I very much appreciate your reporting of the seeming cognitive dissonance of the pro immigration stance of activists which is the general narrative nationally, in mainstream media, and even the Trump Administration BUT the elixir to break the spell of the cognitive dissonance is to call this whole situation EXACTLY what it is: the anti-Constitutional Republic of America / pro-socialist march towards communism. Do not forget that you are able to do that largely due to the fact that you are a Canadian citizen, holding a Canadian passport. I am Québécois, and things here are quite different from the rest of Canada. For example, we have a law here that clearly forbids wearing religious signs when in a position of authority. Even a teacher, because they are a figure of authority for their students, could not wear the Roman collar, a cassock, a hijab, a niqab or anything else of the sort while in school. In the streets or any other public place, there is no problem at all. Everyone is welcomed to express their difference of culture or religion in the way they dress or in whatever other way. They are treated with the same respect and kindness as anywhere else in Canada. It is only that the separation of religion and state, and religion and authority is paramount here. Everybody is free and can express themsleves freely. But don't use that freedom to impose your views onto others. \nSo, when American judges are chosen for the federal court specifically because of their christian fundamentalist biases, it doesn't resonate well at all for me or the majority of Québécois. When the rights of the LGBTQ+ community are being questioned or jeopardised. Or a previous federal judgement like Roe v Wade is being overturned for religious reasons... it is a definite turn off for all of the Québec people to even remotely consider the United States as a destination to emigrate to (supposing that one would want to leave our beautiful country).\nMore and more, America, that used to be recognized as the land of the free, appears to be retrograde and restrictive and definitely not so free.

I have a question for all ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS who want to enter the US: Okay, if the country opens the borders for you, what/how will you serve the country? With what resources? With what money? With what education/talent? And how can you be sure that you are BETTER than the people who are already there? I mean, there has to be a benefit to taking you in for FREE.

My dad is an Indian migrant to Australia. He came here legally and worked his butt off for 40 years. To people commenting in the section about how this is unfair and complaining about it. Legal migrants don’t want you in their countries either. It ruins everyone’s reputation. Indians have largely been known to be model citizens. Participants in the western traditions and economic development. By going somewhere illegally you break that trust and let’s be honest the only ones that travel illegally don’t have an education nor considerable skills.
