Canada Mexico was simply put tariffs on everything imported by the US, and it's going to be hilarious to watch Trump voters suffer because they're just going to pay skyrocketing prices

Coffee, chocolate, palm oil, bananas and much of our produce that comes from Mexico and S.America will increase in price if Trump puts tariffs on Mexico.

Homan and Miller don't plan to deport anyone. They plan to put them in work camps. We haven't seen anything yet when it comes to Trump's sociopathy. Hang on, America. Annnnnnddd...of course, Trump's business investments can get tariff exclusions. ?

The U.S. will learn a lesson soon, You cannot impose tariff on all products coming from Mexico without hurting your economy. The U.S. citizens will pay that decision without a doubt. Trump has no idea of how an economy works. In my opinion he should resign as a president even before he takes oath on January 2025. He should be put in a mentally psychiatric institute at least for 4 years until he learns his lesson.

We understand that the company that outsources labor and buys foreign goods pay the tariffs completely. The idea is to put those businesses out of business for ones that manufacture/purchase in the US. If you out source for personal gain while hurting our economy you shouldn’t be in business. Trump doesn't realize when you put tariffs on other countries they raise their prices which in turn affects the consumer price which is the citizens of this country because we have to pay more for the products we buy????

Tariffs have not been fully negotiated. But it’s a brilliant strategy, Americans spend billions a year towards migrants and millions of Americans die of drugs, then there is the crime from migrant gangs. America is paying in their blood, treasure and also is getting polluted from human trafficking. So… if tariffs will put pressure to solve these complex issues. It is a start.

It won't stop with the illegals. A mass round up and deportation is just phase 1 of Trumps plan. He will go after legal immigrants in phase 2. What maga morons dont understand is that illegals make up a pretty big part of the labor force in America. Mass deportation and the 60% tariff of anything from China (which is 90% of all goods sold in America) and 20% on everything ( food, oil, etc) will crash the economy and send us into a recession. You can't put high tariffs, which the end consumer (us) will end up paying and make things cheaper. It's like all common sense went out the window.

Get ready for high soaring inflation because of the Tariffs and Labor shortages for the jobs that nobody'll want to do - picking vegetables, fruits, berries, +, and it won't matter what the price of gas(Which during his administration gas was down because not as many people were traveling like they were before Covid.) because not many will be able to afford much of anything else, which under President Biden inflation was falling and was going to be reduced even further and fuel prices were dropping - and money was coming into the Country from Arms Sales which helped lower inflation and taxes, now the next Countries will only have to build Arms that don't have to be as good as the Country's but just better than the Pariah Countries and they'll pick up the Sales that'll be dumped from the Country and jobs will be lost - leading to higher prices again and lower wages for many workers because many people will be unemployed and they'll be willing to take lower paid jobs which will lower overall wages and the quality of merchandise will drop - people really didn't think before putting that checkmark ✔️ - not to mention the ladies and their families that'll be effected some horrendously and chances are that eventually it'll effect the majority of families and then the divorce rates will rise and crimes will rise out of desperation - but the thing is - is that the criminals will be able to afford gas to travel around more to commit more crimes - - -,,,.*

When produce prices jump in the stores because a lack of labor? When building contractors lose a portion of there labor building houses?? When the meat processors like tyson meats and others have illegals working through labor contractors!!!! Yes those of you who say how can they work? I think investment should be in a think tank to train Americans to be better and for us to produce superior technology in every area. Tariffs and other stuff to give people an advantage is not going to put us ahead. Competition is good because it forces one to have to get better.

So this mass deporation will cost $100 bil to achieve (some estimates put it at over $300 bil) and those immigrants pay approx. $100 bil in taxes (including paying into SS, which they can't use) and many of them do menial jobs for low wages that citizens do not want to do (unless you pay them more, which raises prices)... combine this with potential tariffs and this sounds like a foolproof plan for a recession with stagflation. I want to say Trump voters can FAFO, but unfortunately they are going to bring everyone down with them

Why can't the Canadian government commit to a fair trade agreement with China? The current trade deficit with China exists largely because our Canadian govt and business leaders have supported Chinese imports into our market. This isn’t China’s fault—it's a consequence of decisions made by our own Canadian politicians and business leaders. Now, with increased tariffs on Chinese-made EVs in favor of American-made brands like Tesla, China is responding by reducing its imports of Canadian canola. Why we need to favour american company to chinese company which by the way provide better technology with less price tags. Who bears the brunt of this? It's our Canadian farmers who will suffer the most. It’s concerning that our government lacks a strategy to truly prioritize Canada and put Canadians first in its economic policies

Maybe if we stop putting sanctions and tariffs on these other countries, this wouldn't be happening. We sure do like playing victim a lot..
