The job of a business man is to PERSUADE people, NOT convince (logic, Engineers). They play with T.h.y ? emotion ! Just for information...

Putin is getting exactly what he told the moron-in-chief to do and as soon as trump manages to alienate the rest of the civilised world he will drop the sanctions with Russia and make personal business deals with them.\nThis isn't about America - this is about trump incorporated and every stupid decision he makes will be preceded by market trades by third parties that will be hard to trace back to people in his administration.\nHe's stealing from MAGA and they're applauding him.\nAlso, trump is not smart - he's a crook, and dumb as a fencepost.

I think as an American that likes Canada to a certain point agro tourist spots there a little too isolated with there tiny bridges to get in and there pathetic security at there borders so maple syrup will be more expensive it just means the rest of the states that produce syrup will profit more we as Americans can do without the business of canada but Canada cant go without American support can survive with out Niagara Falls nope

Canada, don’t work a deal with Trump, he’s a liar and a cheat, and he will be right back going after you again. You have made new allies and resources and outlets for your products. Do not screw them over while sliding back into business with a scumbag like Trump

Love this befitting reply, speaking from his heart for people of both countries and it should be coming from all other countries leadership ..they all should stand agianst this bully...\nDonald!!! is hurting USA stakes and as a business man he cannot run country.

Canada needs a new leader. Trudeau will never beat Trump. Our president is the most powerful and influential human being on planet Earth, and Trudeau is like a leader in training, with no business acumen whatsoever. Canada cannot exist without American dollars circulating through it.

Trump business minded was never going to think about the level of drugs coming into the state s compared to Canada .
2025-03-04 0
Ok? I’ll just buy Mrs Buttersworth yet another example of American business profiting
2025-03-04 0
So canadian businesses now have to pay more for american products. Trump dropped business tax to help american businesses. Canadian businesses need that too.
2025-03-04 0
Tariffs don’t help Americans, maybe businesses and corporations but not us. Americans should travel to Australia and see what they could’ve bought and how cheap they are. Thank you government for banning some countries products and making their cheap prices outta reach for the average Americans. ?
2025-03-04 0
Move you businesses to USA no tarries.
2025-03-04 0
Putin is like, goooo donald more tariffs you are a business man ?

Trumpaloonatic is hurting the U.S purposely. Even those who r right there by his side. He dont care bout u he needs u to manipulate the ppl under u so they do the same to the ones under them and do forth. Melania... she has it coming. The FB guy, he has it coming, all those who once made this FK crybaby feel bad or shamed him infront of camaras... u have it coming. Why? How? Hes big jack horner... he plays games but he doesnt get his way he makes u pay. He is paying back for being a failed business man in the U.S. Because he has failed as a business man, he has made it to where he is now because he is a very successful con artist, a swindler and a scammer. Hes a sneaky snake who has the U.S under his armpit squeezing every single $ out of it. This FKR needs to be stopped.

I thought America and Canada are close friends and business allies.
2025-03-04 0
Trump is standing on business! ? no more free handouts. He’s putting America first ? ? ?. The adults are back in charge. We sat back and let the clowns play for 4 years. Your experiment is over now. Democrats nearly destroyed our country. We will save it for you. You'll enjoy the win in spite of your whining and delusions. You're welcome. Now, go color or something. Daddy has work to do.
2025-03-04 0
Why would Trump inforce tariffs? What does he want? Is he trying to create a money or a need for his billionair friends businesses? What's the angle? He's losing his mind.
2025-03-04 0
How many business has this dude owned
2025-03-04 0
They looked scared as hell. Trudeau is like a vindictive fired employee who steals and damages stuff before leaving. People like him are why many companies have security escort them out when they leave. Canada is going to suffer just so this wimp can feel like he stood up to Trump. He isn't even in a position to negotiate anymore. He's just causing his country more pain for no reason. Typical socialist. Whole lot of people in the comments don't understand the numbers. Canada has zero chances to win a trade war. Many Canadian businesses are already moving to the US.
2025-03-04 0
What a bunch of rederick. He is so full of it. He has no idea what he is talking about. \nI guess Canadian can do business with China, and buy thier high tech from them. Good luck.\nWhat is funny? \nWe have enough cattle ranchers in this country that can provide furtalizer for the farmers.
2025-03-04 0
Trump is now behind Putin. Everything else is nothing to him. Business is everything. He should understand that he was saved from death by God. Donald Trump is not above God.
2025-03-04 0
Trump turning our neighbors and allies against us and he hasn't been in office that long. Then he has a Business man from SA in control of federal workers. SMH.
2025-03-04 0
The politicians have lost and don’t think Putin is our friend… We just want people to stop dying… War is not the answer at this point… Bro thinks the retirement stock market is inflation? ? That explains why sleepy Joe messed it all up. Canada is just mad we don’t want their candy. ? Find business elsewhere where I guess bruh. ? You don’t have to cry about it on TV…

I'm sorry our Canadian's fellows, this is not personal, it's just business. All this year the USA economy has been decreased because we buy (importing) more goods than selling (exporting). We are no in good shape economically to support other countries' economies. We need companies to come back to produce in the USA and those extra charges are an incentive to start producing again in the USA. After our economy is better, we can make new deals. \nAbout Fentanyl, it is funny that he said that it was all good and after that, saying just in the last months implemented all kinds of security measures. LOL \nHe speaks nice, but he is not a smart guy. Putting tariffs back to the USA makes it worse with Donald Trump. Donald Trump is a businessman, he can keep increasing the taxes and in the end, Canada will be hurt more than the USA. I suggest to peacefully open a negotiation with Trump, not to fight back at the same level... don't take it personally, it is just business.
2025-03-04 0
Go our dear friends and neighbors of Canada! (A 5th generation Texan here depressed by what we have become.) Trump does not care, his paycheck is from our tax money and he will just file another personal bankruptcy if he needs to do so, because he is so good at business (not).

First, the orange criminal is not a “very smart” man. At best he has, perhaps, average intelligence, but worst, he is dangerously ignorant of history and facts (how many other Americans over forty don’t know the significance of Pearl Harbor?). Sadly, for the U.S. and the entire world, Americans have seen fit to place a person with a severe case of Dunning-Kruger into the White House – again – they didn’t learn the first time.\n\nSecond, on this fentanyl thing. Are the vast majority of Americans children? The best way to keep them from becoming addicted or killing themselves with the stuff is to keep it from them? Where is the self-control…the ability of people to tell themselves no? The easiest way to kill any business is to starve it of customers.

The same idiot that called me a flat earth belivever because I didnt want the quickly pushed out covid jabs? The same moron who froze bank accounts after the fact when it was legal to give to the trucker protests? (he should be jailed just for that) The same imbecile that did nothing last year while the Canada Post workers strike before Christmas nearly destryoed my little business (just now by March 3 I've caught up ).. This f-tard has affected my life negatively far more than Trump ever has. I don't even want to hear what this black-face wearing WEF globalist puppet has to say. F off True Dope!

Trump is not a politician, but a business man. US needs to reconfigure the rules on who can govern our country. I'm embarrassed to have Donald as our representative.
2025-03-04 0
Sounds more like Canada needs the business.
2025-03-04 0
His a joke like all the politicians - no exceptions… talking about some numbers that doesn’t make sense… what a dirty way - to say indirectly to the American people to boycott their government ? trade war isn’t a war it call business - better than what any president that still support any people losing their lives in a nonsense conflict.

He really doesn’t wanna play with Trump Trump a businessman that’s what America has become a business so it’s only fair if you’re gonna charge 25 I’m gonna charge you 25 right that makes sense

Canada is in a difficult position. If they stopped supplying oil to America it will only increase the price of petrol to American consumers and maybe possible shortages, but if the stop supplying electricity many will suffer terribly without electricity as no alternative available and that includes many businesses. 2:02

tRUMP INSULTS AMERICA'S ALLIES & CUSTOMERS. BAD FOR AMERICAN BUSINESS. WHAT PART DOESN'T MAGA GET. YOU/WE WILL ALL LOSE OUR JOBS!!!

Let’s do business with China. They need coal and lumber and all the goods we got. Skrew the orange man and his mail ordered wife. Let’s get Chinese engineers and researchers to 0 Avenue and do some research on maple and pine trees. Let’s see what he would do in this situation. He thinks everyone is a female immigrant from Slovenia.

Canada’s 25% Tariffs? A Win for American Businesses in the Long Run\n\nAt first glance, Canada slapping a 25% tariff on U.S. goods might seem like a negative for America. But in reality, this move could actually work in our favor by making the U.S. economy stronger, more self-sufficient, and less dependent on foreign markets.\n\t1.\tBoosting American Manufacturing & Production – When Canada makes U.S. goods more expensive with tariffs, American businesses have a huge opportunity to shift focus to domestic markets and new trade partners. This could bring more production back home and reduce reliance on Canada.\n\t2.\tEncouraging Trade Diversification – The U.S. isn’t limited to Canada. If they want to play hardball, we can expand exports to other countries with fewer trade restrictions. Canada makes up about 15% of U.S. exports, but the rest of the world is wide open. This is a chance to diversify and strengthen our economy.\n\t3.\tMaking Canada Pay More for U.S. Goods – Tariffs don’t just hurt exporters—they also raise costs for Canadian consumers. If Canada wants American products, they’ll end up paying more or have to settle for alternatives that might be lower quality or more expensive from other countries.\n\t4.\tStrengthening America’s Negotiating Position – If Canada wants to raise tariffs, that gives the U.S. even more leverage in future trade talks. The U.S. economy is far larger and more powerful than Canada’s, and in the long run, they need us more than we need them.\n\t5.\tReducing America’s Trade Deficit – If fewer goods are exported to Canada, that means more products stay in the U.S. This helps lower dependence on foreign markets and could even stabilize prices for American consumers.\n\nBottom Line: Canada’s Move Hurts Them More Than It Hurts the U.S.\n\nIf Canada wants to put tariffs on U.S. goods, let them. In the long run, it pushes America to be more self-reliant, strengthens our industries, and forces Canada to pay the price for their own policies.\n\nAt the end of the day, America has the stronger economy, better resources, and more trade options—Canada needs U.S. trade more than we need theirs. If they want to make American goods more expensive, they’ll feel it a lot more than we will.

Trudeau control your borders, you have no cards, have nothing compared to the USA... You chose the Tariff Match didn't you now... IF you had 'border' control in place, you wouldn't be able to spend 1 Billion dollars, and you wouldn't be acting just days ago... And yes Since Trump was Elected, border crossings lessened because illegals know they better get with it. Has nothing to do with you Trudeau. ANd you do sugar coat, well lie, about everything. Oh, and Dems don't have your backs. They are busy freaking out right now. lol

If we are going to be an authoritarian, antidemocratic, fascist dictatorship, we have to shed our old friends who would get all judgy about the the human rights abuses. So, step one, destroy relationships with friends. Step two, buddy up to Putin and other dictatorships who will be glad to trade and associate with us even if we do run concentration camps or whatever.\nOr Trump is sucking Putin's butt again for mysterious reasons. He likes it so much, like a drug addict, he is willing to lose everything . If it were just a matter of his individual tastes, I don't get it, but none of my business. Except by dragging the whole country down for his kink, it is out business. So, I think we should cut Trump lose to go to Russia and run around on his knees chasing Putin as much as he likes. Meanwhile, we need a president and I can only say F-no to Vance and I don't know how many other dictator butt goblins in the line of succession, so, since Trudeau is going to be looking for work, lets make and exception and hire him for president. I'd much rather have one with a pro-Canada bias than one one who seems to think he is Putin's Elon Musk.

Thats how we get manufacturing in the U. S. Dummy. You start a trade war and we build manufacturing that puts you out of business. Thanks. You fell right into that

There it is which government can screw up their country. The fastest Trump has done more good Trudeau is making businesses not be able to continue working. Reduce how many the businesses work for us and increasing the price of everything

To Canada: Europe is waiting to do business with you, with wide open arms.

Trump needs some knitting classes to keep him busy!!! He clearly has nothing to do than making Putin happy

China has imposed a 25% tariff on the USA, which will have consequences due to Trump's aggressive moves. He thinks governing is like running a business, but the world doesn't work that way. Trump is not helping the USA but will make life more complex, and a few years later, Americans will realize.

I will miss my Prime Minister Trudeau. He speaks for me, and I know, many others . . . .we aren't interested in buying American goods. We aren't interested in visiting the states. We are focused, at this point, on our own economy. In the last month I have discovered a few gems, produced by local businesses within 100 miles of where I live. Healthier for my family, healthier for my economy. More expensive, yah, a little. But in the long run, it will make us a stronger economy, a stronger nation.
2025-03-04 0
why not just let American banks do business in Canada? ?
2025-03-04 0
I'm Canadian and have never seen our society so united. Donald is picking a BS fight. I have heard from dozens of people in my life alone say they will not buy American or visit the US for the next 4 years. It will hit US business hard to lose a consumer base with the population the size of California. Not to mention I'm sure Mexicans will do the same.
