Why do we blame other countries for our addiction problem? Why don't we take direct action to solve the addiction problem?

I am American and support Canada and Mexico’s actions wholeheartedly. That said, I feel you guys are still bending backwards. Please don’t. Talking about fentanyl is nonsense. The man child you are dealing with only understand one thing — strength and sting men. So man up and throw some punches, otherwise he will call you next to White House and ask you to rub your nose. Canadian here. There's a lot of people in Canada that don't like Trudeau for a lot of reasons, but with the recent events I think the majority of the country has come to tolorate him a little while longer until we get a new Prime Minister. Trumps actions have only united the Canadian people.

Listening to Trudeau I am truly saddened that again USA has somehow elected a man who has systematically dismantling all of American's governments that oversee consumer rights and regulations while simultaneously fiscally attacking our neighbors, closest allies on all of our borders, meanwhile speaking publicly about a globally known dictator whose personal beliefs against democracy in his own country as well as the rest of the free world. I believe that a majority of Americans like myself are left shocked after this election and do not stand behind any of these unorganized, erratic government actions as we're looking at as a whole seem to be purposely creating a atmosphere of chaos and instability seemingly without responsibility there seems to be none in charge.

As a Canadian - Trumps 'brilliance' has done one thing for sure, it's aligned all of the provinces against our neighbor and former ally the United States. It's done something we ourselves have had difficulty with - gaining support from Quebec. The overwhelming vast majority of Canadians don't trust the US anymore, as the legal justification for the tariffs is absolute bull, and is a pretext for Trumps actions. My family has cancelled all US travel, in my case 2 trips this year worth 15K to the US. I will miss Vegas for my 60th. We used to shop in WA State weekly; last year I spent 11K in WA State, and routinely took in shows in Seattle. No more. \n\nCan anyone please explain why Trump is screwing over Americans? Seriously.

Trump is destabilizing democracies worldwide per Putin’s instructions (which he is obligated to do based on what he “owes” Russia). Real Americans don’t support his actions and his communist alliances I’m at a loss on how we get this stopped.
