every time a new indian comes in through those airport gates I always say ah yes another worker for timmies or truck/uber driver or wifi technician or another mechanical engineer that will end up in a fast food restaurant

People who migrate from countries like Pakistan/India to western countries like US tend to follow their culture more than the people in their respective countries. Take a look at youtube videos from Pakistan and notice what % of women wear traditional head gear. The percentage comes down drastically in the case of educated/middle class people. Same goes for Indian people in US. Almost everyone teaches their daughter traditional dances from India. If you were to go to India, hardly anyone teaches their daughters these dances. Hardly 1 to 5% people whereas its kind of close to 80% or even higher in US. They think they are missing out on the culture and overdo it in western countries. Grass is always greener on the other side. Good luck.

Why do airplanes always experience turbulence when there is a bunch of Indians onboard?

I criticized the genocide of my Sikh brothers, sisters and children in riots in Delhi in 1984. That incident is the one that led few sikhs but not all to ask for a separate nation that should be named Khalistan and I want the media to not to call those sikhs “extremists”in foreign countries, we can call them Sikhs asking for separate country, they can not be called “Khalistanis” either because Khalistan doesn’t exist. Also, sikhs and Hindus always got along well. In all India, there are sikhs living everywhere just like Hindus. There was never a conflict or dispute between them. I grew up in a society where my neighbors are all mixed Hindus and Punjabis. As much as Sikhs visit Hindu Temples same goes for Hindus visiting Gurudawaras. How about our film industry, there are so many sikh Punjabis like the Kapoors, the Malhotras, they don’t want to leave India also. I don’t want to my Indian sikhs to make a separate nation. I want the Indian police not to discriminate against certain religion and not be biased. If a Hindu policeman saves a Hindu criminal and wrongfully and falsely put a non Hindu person in jail then it’s purely wrong and discriminatory and same thing goes for a Sikh policeman. How about our soldiers, majority of our soldiers are Hindus and Sikhs, they are protecting India and it’s citizens. I want people of all religions and backgrounds in India to live peacefully and get along.

Canada and the US only became FAR more developed in the 20th Century compared to all other countries because of their geographic location. They were able to develop with all the wisdom and knowledge of the Old Continents (Africa, Asia, and Europe) but without their total wars and upheavals to fuck things up. Canada and the US got two centuries of unmolested development. So as the rest of the world catches up, we come to realize just how mediocre Canada has always been. We're a less competitive people. We are not polite, we're just less direct and more passive aggressive.\n\nAny smart Chinese or Indian immigrant with genuine degrees knows how easy it is to out-compete and overachieve over the locals.\n\nCanada has third world public transit, infrastructures, and technology.

Situation of the attitudes of Visa officers and other officers in China is horrific. You don’t get visa or other certificates even after you submitted all. Just they tell you to apply and take Visa and other fees but later deny it and take 6-8 months To even deny. You feel stuck, and helpless. You don’t raise voice otherwise they will anyways not entertain if you say a word. Many times you feel stuck to be Indian Citizen. I love my country and always fight others for defending it on many issues, but what’s my mistake to suffer and feel stuck just because of being Indian. Why I am not getting simpler documents easily, which is my right. Is democracy a joke? They told to get single status certificate but in India so called IAS officers don’t know about it and throw us out as soon as they hear it. Even before throwing us out they let us come multiple times to their office to just meet them , so that they can throw us out by demeaning the integrity and regret being Indian Citizen.

what has been shared in this video is nothing that people are not aware of. Everybody knows that you have to do all the work yourself,no maids, cooks, etc. like India.These facts have been there for years, nothing new about them. If people want to got there for further education, it is different, but then Canada is not all that good as far as higher education is concerned, there are better countries to choose from with better weather conditions and better lifestyle and high class education. Who would want to live in a cold and inhospitable country, payig through your nose. Here in India, if we fall sick even with just cough / cold, we can go to the nearest doctor and get medicines, sometimes we can even just ask the pharmaists to help us to choose some medicines for pharmasist here are half doctors.\nEven our standard of living has become so good, that we don't even feel like shifting to a new country. We have metros, good buses both AC as well as non AC, good trains, good resturaunts, hotels, what is it that we don't have here?\nIt is always better living as a first class citizen in our own country, than living like second class citizen elsewhere. The attraction and the charm of living abroad is no longer there.\nOur country has improved so much and so fast in the last 10 years, we have good bathrooms in schools and other public places, which was not there previously. Only drawback in our country is the traffic and infrastructure, which will also become better, but will take time, because of our country's population.\nIn fact you will find servants and watchmen all coming to work in a bikes or scooters, which was unthinkable some years back. Their life has changed for the better, they live in rented flats/or on lease, their children study in good schools and so on, and they dress also so well, that you cannot differentiate between them and the people they work for.\nMany of the so called advanced countries do not have many well educated people like our country, the children there are not as knowledgeabe like Indian kids, their knowledge is limited to the town they live in, they don't know anything about the world outside.\nAnd now with the Khalistani terrorist living freely there it is all the more dangerous. And on top of it, it is a country ruled by a dumb Prime Minister, who has to give asylums to all good for nothing, ( and all only for votes) uneducated people whose only job is to sell drugs to kids and indulge in terrorism and threaten people.\nGood thing, you have come back, for there is nothing like sweet home.

Indian government is not honest and never be honest in future, because the leaders are uneducated and selected from the gangs not from the universities. There are most difficult entrance tests for admission in IIT and AIIMS for developing a good engineer or doctor but there is no such test for selection of leaders of the countries. India is not growing but it is going down year by year because most of the citizens has been lost their culture. Today you are seeing one Khalistan demand in future you may see such voices from other states also because there is always injustice from the government side. The biggest problem of Punjab is drugs not electricity or good roads , there is no single institution in the country who is educating the teenagers about drugs with a dedicated one hour class in a school. I lived in Brampton for six years, if you really want to eat a great non-veg then only try going to a Pakistani Restaurant (restraun)....... you must know one thing for sure that any non-veg (Goshtt) bought by any Indian Restaurant is always always Grade-3, the lowest grade and of course the Cheapest.\nIn Pakistani Restaurants in North America (I'm saying anywhere in North America) the Goshtt is always Grade-1 (the best)..... not many people know this...... I live in Canada for 26 years and seems like you guys are educated people and that’s main reason why you got direct PR. But I like to tell you that 2.5 months in Canada is not enough to explore. Also, if you keep Indian job options open, you’ll always go back. I have my brother in law who went back after 2.5 years just because he couldn’t take winter ?…and also, there are lots of veg options here…I don’t agree with you on that point. Well researched video. As far as i have observed, most of the comments that I see in Indian and canadian channels on this topic, most Indians don't consider all Sikhs to be radical, in fact, most are quite respectful to them and everybody is aware of them being loyal to the national sentiment. Some bad elements would always be there in all sides, and they feed from conflicts, we should ignore them with facts, actual data, understanding and compassion to each other, which this video had done succesfully. Racism happens to a lot of races here in Canada and around the world and I think will always be the case. My mom came from the Philippines and worked two jobs back to back for 17 years and was bullied so badly by East Indians because they ran her work place but she had to stay strong and deal with that among other things while growing up but is still grateful to Canada until this day. My ex girlfriend of many years was Congolese but grew up in Kenya and yes I felt racism on her part when we were together and it was frustrating and sad but again it came from all races not just white people. She is still grateful for Canada and always stayed strong and didn’t let these idiotic attitudes tear her down.
