Now I know how decent Germans felt when the Nazis took over, only in the USA it's MAGA. This is humiliating to watch. And it is over. Trump will never allow another election that's not rigged. Trump controls ALL the enforcement agencies in the US government, he's put traitorous dirtbags in charge of all of them, and he's purged or is purging anyone who opposes him. It's already over. IF the Democrats win the next mid-terms, they will be POWERLESS to do anything. The USA is now under control of Putin/MAGA.

As a Canadian I’m so proud of Prime Minister Trudeau and our country! We all know that the tariffs will affect our Country too but we are willing to stand shoulder to shoulder and help each other out. Thank you to all the countries that stand with us and to the Americans that didn’t vote for this nightmare!

I am Canadian, and I want to speak to the USA, as a concerned citizen who valued the relationship that we once had between our two countries: please realize that we do NOT want to declare this as any form of “attack”, that these are solely defensive measures against your current administration’s lack of respect towards us as a people and as a country. \n\nPlease rest assured that we KNOW that not all of you voted for Trump, that there are those of you who realize what your current president is truly doing and do not support it. This is NOT about fentanyl. This NOT about money and how much each country was giving whom. We had a respectable trade deal that we were following, previously signed by Trump. We have always had a positive relationship together, business-wise and friendship-wise. Please also realize that, once your administration is no longer in control of our narratives in such a destructive manner, or it gets replaced by one that reverses this destructive policy, we will definitely reconsider our former relationship and we will work towards rebuilding it. \n\nIt is unfortunate for both sides here. We are aware of that. But “Canada Strong” is our way to remain forever a sovereign and free nation. Nothing more, nothing less. Always remember that.

For all the American's siding with Canada. Did you know Canada has never fulfilled its obligation to Nato. they only pay 1% of its gdp. They are supposed to pat 2%. I used to think that the idea that Trump is a Russian asset was just a conspiracy theory. I am not sure of that now as how else to you explain why Trump is doing everything he can to undermine the USA? Why else would you cause a breech between the US and our allies Canada and Mexico? Why else would he destroy the infrastructure of our country through Musk and Doge? Why else would you stop all aid to Ukraine? Why would you stop cyber operations targeting Russia? As an American who opposes - STRONGLY opposes - the Trump administration and everything it stands for, I am sorry for what our country's government is doing to the rest of the world but especially to our oldest, closest allies. \n\nThe MAGA faithful will remain faithful even as the prices of virtually everything goes up and up and our economy tanks. Trump . Hey I know how we can all get rich. World leaders we are all in. America raise its Tarrifs everyone else raises their Tarrifs. Only Americans , Canadians and Mexicans pay the price . Not the Billionar oligarchs in control of are govronments ! Everyone in the US Congress are multi millionaires. Including Trump and Musk. They don't give one fuck about raising prices or inflation ! It just makes them richer.

I know reality is so much more complicated than most people are capable to understand, but we need to stick together no matter what.\nThe 'elites' are constantly bored and they are playing their nas ty little games with the rest of the planet, like always it's the most disadvantaged and vulnerable who will suffer the most.\n\nRussia and China are destabilizing the 'West' with everything they got, they are using religious institutions, they are spreading misinformation online, they are financing corrupt politicians and even more corrupt institutions.\nThey will keep doing that until our systems start crumbling, first we will lose our democracy, follwed by basic human rights and the freedom to choose anything concerning your own life ... history is once again recycling itself and the reta rds among us will drag us down with them, we need to push back, no matter the price, we need to protect our values for future generations.

Half of the American population has fallen victim to this man and his lies. As an American myself, please know that there is still another half of us out there that stand with Canada (and Ukraine).

I've never understood why anybody thought that he gave a damn about anybody but himself or was capable of doing anything that would benefit the American people. But here we are.. there was voter suppression at the very least. It's hard to know what to believe about all that. But I do know many people regardless voted for him. 30% did not vote. Which I do understand. As there is a genocide happening.. but at this point, I have to believe that even amongst the majority of his supporters he is not supported by the majority, major majority of the United States. The republican Congress has shown their true colors of being anti-constitutional . But they are redeemable. Do the right thing if you are in government if you have any power at all, stand up. And for the rest of us, Americans including the ones that voted for Trump let your voices be heard. Before we become something similar to Russia. And I go to prison for this comment.
