Just wandering how may of the folks commenting to allow the illegal immigrants into the US have or are living in the El Paso area?

Recent Indians, in the last 10 years, are disrespectful and not even attending school or school visas. Some estimates 50,000 never even enrolled. That's fraud. Canadians are sick of the scammers, people living 20 in a house, the garbage, the illegal truck drivers, the filth, and the blatant disrespect for Canadian values. Go home and leave. Service workers are among the most arrogant and can barely speak English. Why are they here? They are not good candidates for immigration to Canada.

For anyone feeling empathy for the people trying to force their way into our country, I can understand that, intellectually, but imagine this was your individual HOME. Imagine a family of 5, who you have never met before, shows up at your door and just pushes their way in, with every intent on staying there for the rest of their lives. No, that is not how immigration, or house guests, works.

Housing crisis for 30 years at least. Native born Canadians living on the street. What's the solution? Bring in millions of immigrants, that'll work. If there was no housing crisis, okay fine, but there is a serious problem, and the government continues to drag it's heels on finding solutions. Who has no problems in life?, it does not mean that you will enter any country by wrong path, you will do anything to reach the great aspiration. Most other countries in the world will utilize deadly force to protect their borders. The free ride is over. They are all living here on U.S. citizens backs. I'm all for legal immigration but I don't think the US can handle any more people at the moment. I don't know about anyone else, but it's been brutal for me personally to find a job for a couple of months just to get by until my other job is good to go for the season. I've never had to claim unemployment (I always found another job within a week or two), and I've been suffering for the past 6 months. I'm more than qualified for some of the applications I have filled out, but yet I feel like just because I'm a white woman, I get skipped over. I've applied to around 50-70 jobs and only had 2 interviews. Thankfully, I still live at home, but if i didn't, I'd be wayyy more screwed. I believe America needs to take care of it's legal citizens first, then we can worry about others.

Canada is full and can't handle more people, the infrastructure which was built until 90s can handle 50 people but there are 100 now. There are no opportunities - cost of living is the most highest on the entire planet, you'll lose a LOT of money. Economy is bad. I have no issue or problem with the roundup & deportation of illegals who are criminals but treating all illegals in this manner is inhumane & unconscionable. Many illegals have lived & worked in the US for years paying taxes, are unable to file tax returns and unlikely to collect social security if & when they reach that age. What the country needs is immigration overhaul & reform.

Just ask the people of Canada specifically those living in the City of Brampton. Been to Canada plenty of times. They used to be warm and friendly to immigrants. But the behavior of the Indians has caused so much controversy. There is now resentment towards Indians. Their arrogant and entitlement behaviour is now causing backlash towards immigrants.

Well nothing like that, I live in Canada and can verify that. Problem is quality of immigrants, especially student is trash in Canada, Australia and Europe. They come to shady universities for studies, work full time both legally and illegally rather than studying and at end of their education, they have a fake degree with zero value. Just like most of the new graduates in India who have a degree with no practical value. \nIf you have a good degree, right skills in tech and some experience, there are tons of opportunities in Canada. I cuss Canada everyday but that's because I lived 10 years of life - studies and work in USA. So whether I move to Canada or any other country in the world, I would do the same as US has no equal in the world. I lived in US for 10 years, then India for 3 years and came to Canada 3 years back. I would still move to India after getting Canadian citizenship, but not because Canada has something bad or India has something exceptional to offer, but because I want to live with my parents in India. Thats the reason I left US but came to Canada to get a backup.

The problem is throughout the Anglo World, USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and New Zealand, we are allowing millions of immigrants from the third world, when in fact if AI is going to take 70/80pct of jobs in the future we do not need immigrants from the third world at all. We are not and never have been nations of ''communities'', we are Canadian, American British, and Australian, but we are all connected in our Judeo-Christian roots, values, culture, and way of life, the vast majority of these third-world immigrants can never be part of what we are. We have had immigrants at our borders before. Don’t believe Felon president’s mass hysteria. I live in Texas. We’ve always deported illegals when caught and they are frequently deported. We have had border patrol and a wall for decades and decades . We have the military if necessary. Legal immigration could help the USA......Bring back some of jobs most people who live in the USA don't want to do.... increase our tax base. Lower our food prices.... Help build more houses. Factories jobs will not pay a lot for manual labor again, those days are over ... but we will still need engineers.... computer IT people.ect..If young people don't get an education or get into a trade you will be out of luck.

I've been surviving on side jobs . I can't get a factory job because their full of immigrants. I've been homeless for almost a decade now. I won't get food stamps or medicaid. Lets keep i real. The desire that most immigrants have is homeostasis which is the familiar. All humans do this. Individually indians are usually smart and decent people. Very conservative video, coming right in time for the election. Immigrants are always an easy target, as this video shows well. At this point - Feb 2025- a lot of condos have been built in Toronto and guess what, nobody is buying!! The economy dipped with the pandemic as it happened in many other countries! When I immigrated to Canada - and I had nothing then, it was impossible to even think of buying a house, under a Conservative government. About 10 years later I was able to purchase my first home and am doing well, thank you. So are the builders in this beautiful province, close friends with the premier. This is the look of freedom. This is the human spirit showing us that the will to live, to be free takes precedent over nationality, culture, etc. The United States NEVER stopped being an oasis in the world’s mind. Many immigrants I know are now realizing that you just can’t come here and live a life while sending money back home. Most of us are living paycheck to paycheck and they are finding out that this is not the land of milk and honey they thought it was. It needs to be understood across the globe that the United States is not the country you want to be in if you are trying to help your family back home. There cost of living vs the pay for most immigrants is proving that it’s not worth coming here anymore.
