We have a culture.. its being changed.. you come and want to do your same as in your country. Come to Canada to be canadian not indian .. canadian Indian. Not what has happened to your overpopulation . We are generally until provoked We are not against your culture we are against changing ours. It's not India. Stop it or these are the consequences but on your side..Trudeau has taken advantage of you. He's evil globalist and you need to pass that on. But in general you have a good handle on the issues. Bit you did not talk about the younger generations that have been born her and spoiled. As they do act horrible. Like Indian thugs. But this needs to be rectified within your homes. I was never racist or taught to see people of other ethnicities or religions as inferior so I don't hate Indians, nor do I show them disrespect unless warranted but the rampant abuse of our systems has messed up so many things. I know of large families of Indians who came as asylum seekers who'd come over separately while claiming different names so when they all come together some families are getting $30k or more per month just for being here. They drive expensive new luxury vehicles and mostly wear expensive designer clothes and are given homes while at the same time us Canadians born and raised here are struggling to even get to eat well every day or have a home to begin with. It's not entirely the fault of Indians, the blame also needs to be shared by our gov't as well since they opened the borders and have mostly waived the process of vetting who comes into our country. It's never a bad thing to have people who genuinely add to the collective greatness of a country but we have let in too many freeloaders and even criminals, the Indian gangs extorting businesses for millions in BC and Alberta for example. Nothing wrong with Indian immigrants as long as we can balance the needs and safety of everyone involved as well. Right now there is no balance and the results are catastrophic. Canada never used to be host to so much divide and hatred as it is now, we can thank Trudeau and his people for that.

I'm thinking that the next government which I hope will be led by Pierre Poilièvre, will seriously opt for a solution like opening a Canadian school in India and in other countries so that people don't have to come here to study in a Canadian school/college/university. That way, they could study in their country without having to move and face difficulty in living abroad which for them should be only allowed for a certain number of years and then that they have to return to their country of origin. Once back in their country of origin should they want to immigrate here, well there is an official process for immigration that needs to be done. No skipping steps and that has to be done from outside of Canada.

Canadians are homeless, jobless and struggling to survive. Years of overpopulation by our currant government has resulted in Canadians becoming second class citizens in their own country. Stop ALL temporary visas, be it for students, workers, etc until Canadians can once again stand on their own two feet. I dont care where all these temporary people come from but it needs to stop. Already universities are complaining of losing business but who cares. Where are universities when Canadians are sleeping in boxes on the ground. Stop it all for a period of 2-5 years. Our homes which should be used by young couples to raise children and build communities are being occupied by up to 10 at least young international students and the communities are being eroded.

I am constantly annoyed by the following, but because I was born in Canada, I would be cancelled for saying the things you can. I am also Indian. Here’s the list that comes to mind. I might come back and edit this because I am sure there are things I am forgetting: \n\n- coughing into your elbow instead of your hands (literally watched a guy yesterday on the bus cough into his hands then put his hands onto the support bar)\n\n- Standing to the side and letting people off the train so you can get on instead of trying to walk through people who are trying to get off \n\n- Standing up and moving to the side to let somebody off on an inside seat of the bus. I have a butt. I don’t want to be squeezing by you \n\n- Taking off their backpack while standing on the bus and putting it between their legs\n\n- Moving to the back of the bus instead of crowding by the doors\n\n- Standing in lines to get onto the bus instead of crowding\n\n- Not littering. Either put your garbage in the bin or take it with you. Stop leaving it on the beach or on hiking trails.\n\n- Learn about hiking before attempting it. We have people going up in jeans and flip flops in the evening and getting stuck on mountains or injured. Some wear running shoes but they don’t have enough traction for the trail\n\n- Shovel the sidewalk in front of your home when it snows\n\n- Stop dousing yourself with axe body spray. \n\n- Understand that Indian food makes your clothes smell. It gives off oils that get stuck in everything. Open your windows and doors when cooking to minimize this as much as possible. You won’t be able to resolve this entirely but do what you can. The skytrain now smells like Indian food even when empty. \n\n- Stop riding your bikes and scooters on the sidewalk. It’s illegal and you have a responsibility to learn the rules \n\n- Stop hiring everybody that you know. Before nepotism was all about networking, but nowadays, it seems to be about hiring Indian people that you know. I am being discriminated by employers because they think I will do the same once I am in. Diversity in teams matters. Indian immigrants don’t seem to believe in this and think all that matters is the most qualified get the job. This is how you end up building facial recognition models that don’t recognize Black people. \n\n- You work at McDonald’s. Stop blasting Indian music. The McDonald’s by my place is blasting Indian music from the back and it overtakes the restaurant music. \n\n- In a work environment, even if it is all Indians, speak English. You ostracize your fellow colleagues and customers. You are also not improving your English skills by speaking in your primary language.\n\n- Make an effort to make non-Indian friends. It’s really intimidating even as an Indian to see large packs of Indian men\n\n- Learn how to swim. Every year we have multiple drownings at a lake because Indian people are unprepared for the reality of the water. This is a basic safety skill.\n\n- Stop staring at women. Even as an Indian woman I get stared at by these guys. Just stop. \n\n- Get headphones. Playing music or having conversations on speakerphone in public places is rude and very inconsiderate of others \n\n- Stop cheating. Whether that’s cheating the system or during classes. We grow up here and environment that even though we can cheat, the culture makes it completely unethical and you just don’t. The consequences are significant. I get it that you come from a country that doesn’t have enough resources for its population, but you give the entire Indian community a bad name when you cheat, lie, and do other unethical things.\n\n- Learn about Canadian values. The Canadian charter of rights and freedoms exists. Under it cases were won supporting equality for women, LGBTQ rights, etc. this is built into our constitution and it’s so ridiculous to come across people who don’t adopt Canadian values. Why choose Canada if you want a culture of what’s back at home. \n\n- I get it that our healthcare system needs to improve but am disappointing reading advocacy for private healthcare in Indian Facebook groups in Canada. Tommy Douglas was voted as the greatest Canadian. He is the founding father of our nationalized healthcare system. For the most part, Canadian are happy that we don’t have a healthcare system like the United States, where your access is determined by your employer or your income. We don’t go bankrupt when we have a health emergency. Go back to India or go to another place where you can pay for private healthcare, but stop advocating to transition our healthcare system to a private system. While you’re at it go look up who was determined to be some of the greatest Canadians.

But this recent mass immigration by a people who are very racist and arrogant even when they come to our country for a better life. The arrogance and lack of customer respect at most places staffed by Indo immigrants. Just look at the Khalistan issue, The fact that there was a referendum held on OUR SOIL is an affront to our sensibilities. If you come here to live then leave your issues back home. The Indian population has brought assassination to our land ie: Nijjar. The Indian issue is mostly due to the Sikh population. Here another afront to Canadians is the event that was held in Vancouver where approx. 1000 of Chinese descent were celebrating 70 years of communism in Beijing. Those 1000 should have been all deported as they were obviously not ready to live in Canada. There are many more examples of how immigrants are ruining our budding culture.

The caregiver program should go through reform. With the current immigration law with giving the caregivers Permanent Residency putting a lot of pressure on the employers who are working hard and paying taxes to bring the caregivers in Canada. The caregivers are taking advantages by exercising their rights as soon as they lands in Canada. Where is the protection for the employers who are working round the clock to bring the caregivers but the caregivers are abusing the systems and goodwills of the employers. The caregiver program should be like it was before when the caregivers needed to work here for 10 years to get the permanent residency. Otherwise it is becoming difficult for the employers to retain the newly hired caregivers under the new program as the caregivers are getting PR as soon as they lands. Employers need protection. Employers brings caregivers from foreign lands and as soon as they arrive the caregivers can quit and change employer and start exercising their rights as PR - it has to stop to protect the employer because of the employers hard earned money and goodwill they can land here, employers should not suffer for their goodwill and needs.\nWe Canadian employers need workers not the abusers.\nThe caregivers should be brought in temporary work permit and sent back or give PR after 10 years after they contribute to Canada but not award them with PR as soon as they land. Otherwise the lack of workers in this field will never be fulfilled. Many people from poor countries like Philippines are waiting eagerly to come even with low wages, because the money they get is huge compared to any third world countries.\nThis is not justice to indian students who came here to study are preparing to contribute are being sent back.

Get the right people for the right jobs, if you MUST bring in immigrants!\nThere are plenty of Canadian people who can do low wage jobs. Besides, low wage jobs are a good opportunity for youngsters to learn good skills while earning some money on the side to save for college. They are NOT, and I repeat, NOT for immigrants who have other skills to bring to the Canadian market.\n\nThe IT sector needs a serious overhaul. You need people to fill up roles in corporate jobs to boost production, because Canada is seriously behind in technology. Healthcare needs serious people too. There is no point in bringing promising doctors and healthcare practitioners who can improve healthcare services and the number of capable doctors here, but have them working low wage jobs instead to make ends meet. That is unfair to those people and unfair to Canadians who need good medical services in lieu of the taxes that they pay. Canadian Experience is a joke and a very cheap trick played by the incumbent government to swindle good, deserving people of their hard-earned money.\n\nEnough of bringing in refugees into Canada and destroying the economy by giving them handfuls of money paid by Canadians themselves. There is no such thing as a free lunch, and whoever gets these handouts needs to understand that they need to return the favour with hard work and a sense of contribution towards the country that gave them hope.\n\nI am an Indian, but I still say that Canada should come first. If a government cannot fend for its people, and give them priority, then that government is a failure.

I'm 52 years old and a Canadian citizen my whole life. Canada has always been a welcoming country. I have friends from every part of the world here in Canada. But in the couple years there has been a brutal influx of Indians in Canada. My build alone had maybe 3 Indian households. Now more than 60% of the building is indians. And the problem is 6 to 8 people living in a 2 bedroom apartment. We use to have 1 garbage bin in the basement. Now we have 3 and they are over flowing and they leave garbage everywhere( I've watched them do it). Not everyone has house keys so they leave the security door open all hours of the day allowing criminals to get into the building. They have shit in the laundry room and the garage(I have seen this happen). They smoke in the building halls and lobby. They Dont use laundry detergent when washing their clothes so the laundry machines stink really bad. I have to was the laundry machine before even putting my clothes in.Also they have taken every job in the business in my neighborhood. They aren't very friendly. They come into my restaurant and act like entitled brats and hang out for 6 to 7 hours in groups of 20 and don't tip. They're loud and demanding. Now our regular client's have stopped coming. Since these new Indians have come here they have tainted everything. I have never been a racist individual in my whole life. My family is very diverse. We are white, black, packistan, and Asian. In the last 3 years I am so disgusted in the quality of people that have been coming to this country. The biggest group is Indians. I'm sorry but be don't need any more of these assholes. We have enough of our own assholes

I am an Indian and I am disgusted to see what fellow Indians have done to Canada! They come here with their total lack of civic sense! I was born and raised in Calcutta as we navigated daily through filth and dirt on the streets - not only because of the poor on the street - but bec of everyone else who walks around and thinks nothing of throwing their garbage on the streets, spitting and blowing their noses on the streets and even in buildings - stairway landings, or peeing in the open - in public spaces or against building walls, etc.. Narcissistic, selfish drivers who cut people off, break the traffic rules, grab parking spots, etc.. They come here and make every effort to Indianize Canada - to make this into India instead of respecting this country that has generously and (ignorantly!!) allowed them in!! If they want to live their Indian culture in an 'Indian environment' - then for goodness sake - GO BACK TO INDIA and clean up that country your call your 'matri bhoomi' - your Mother!! The presenter is right - Indians (and Sri Lankans, Bangladeshis and Pakistanis too included here - all with the same mentality!) have dragged down the customer service experience in stores and restaurants. Indians are usually polite but they are not good at maintaining a high standard of customer service! Employees in Walmart, Costco, Tim Hortons (especially!), etc., are seen standing around, chatting with each other in their Indian languages instead of being professionally attentive to customers. The shopping experience is not pleasant like it was 25 years ago!! Your remarks are not harsh and Indians NEED to take it personally and be embarrassed into doing the necessary to make the changes they need to. Listen I have nothing against Indians. The problem is this. This is our country. You come here and take our youths jobs, take our housing and healthcare. Also I am going to be very honest at fast food places like Tim Hortons and KFC as I have had these experiences they are rude to women. I am 63 years old and have been smirked at by two young Indians at Tim Hortons because I complained they got my order wrong. Another time at KFC my granddaughter who is 9 asked for something and they treated her rudely she started to cry. We don’t want you here. I think the immigration laws need to change in most countries. Things are no longer the same in the world after the pandemic. The UN rules need to change also. They should not be that a country suffers at the overwhelming amount of immigrants coming into their country. We all have economic problems.

As a Canadian citizen from an Immigrant background myself, I’m all for Immigration. However, Immigration cannot be coming for the vast majority from a single country, which is India, as per Immigration Canadada own stats, 70% of international students visa were delivered to Indian students, what about the rest of the world ???? Everywhere you go you see indians, dollarama, tim hortons, walmart, and indians are not discrete. There should also be rules of how many foreign students should be allowed. Many Universities have more foreign students that domestic ones because Universities are a business and foreign student are big business. Also caused a housing crisis. It is immoral to use the Canadian immigration system to suppress wages and inflate housing cost’s of home and apartment rentals. \n\nCountry’s that have population’s of close to a billion people, need to step up, and better develop their own economy’s and education institution’s. Stop with the expectation that country’s like Canada, should always carry the burden and responsibility, to educate a continual portion your one billion citizen’s, or your even your hundred million citizens. No good can come from Canada, continually carrying that load. \n\nIt isn’t about being anti immigrant or being racist, that isn’t the issue. It’s about being fare and cognizant of the people in Canada, who aren’t just passing through. There are people that came here to stay, and whose ability to rise, is being stifled and sabotaged. These whole Canada thing was a Scam from both sides. Canadian University needed Dollars from foreigners and the foreigners needed Canadian residency. Both sides never focused to develop any skill which can then prepare these students to participate in the development of the Canadian economy. Indeed most of them landed as low pay unskilled labours who then became liability on Canadians rather than any asset. These days you do not need a degree to develop any kind of IT skill. One get develop IT skills online free of cost or at minimal cost. Come back to your country and focus on developing any skill or if not interested in studying then do some business.

We need alot more then that sent back. Canadians are sick and tired of our governments allowing this to happend. Why are they protesting? When they come to the Caribbean university they return after they finish their program. So why is it different in Canada? They should be grateful they were given a chance to come and study. They have a country who needs their degrees.

So no, not ALL semi-automatic rifles are banned. Same thing with shotguns. \n4. Non-semi automatic rifles and shotguns have no magazine capacity limits.\n5. There is an urban vs. rural misconception among Canadians. Those who live in the big cities do not understand the reasons to own guns, while generally those who live in the country and isolated areas have many reasons to own guns, such as hunting, pest control and predator defence.\n6. Canadian gun owners do not have the right to carry handguns in public. They can only be taken to the range and then back home. They have to be unloaded and locked the whole time. You can only load at the range.\n7. Canadian gun owners do not have the right to carry rifles and shotguns either, the same way as in the US. When transported, they need to be unloaded, locked and hidden from sight in your car at all times. \n8. Finally, fully-automatic/assault rifles have been banned in Canada since 1977. \n\n\nHaving put this case aside, the majority of gun crimes happening in Canada come from illegal guns smuggled from the United States, not by law-abiding licensed Canadian gun owners. \nHopefully this will help understand the difference in culture between the two countries.

Unfortunately Germany is not a very attractive place for immigrants for the reasons the guy mentioned. The bureaucracy is incredibly frustrating and it's not only for immigrants. I got offered a job by a very well known multi international company here and they expected me to do the visa application by myself, because they haven't dealt with it before and evidently not enough information was readily available for them to take on the process. Those who are planning to come to Germany I would say spend a lot of time familiarizing yourself with how taxes will impact your salary. Insist on getting a dummy payslip with estimates of what your take home will be (because in Germany there are variables that could make an accurate estimate hard), research the average median expenses in the city or town you are moving to and be preperared to be the person who initiate contact with others. Learn the language which will make it easier to make friends (this will not happen over night as Germans by nature are not the warmest people), but in time yes. Find out whether your qualifications are comparable to those in Germany. You will be so surprise how many people don't do this check and waste their time doing courses that will not benefit them. I know it's incredibly hard to find out about this, like with everything else in this country, finding information on things isn't easy. You will need to speak to 4/5 different people, but it's worth it in the long run and saves you a lot of time.

Maybe they should break down the number of immigrants by country. It's mainly Indians coming... Have you ever seen any Swiss, or Norwegian people looking to move to Canada? They need to cap certain countries because diversity is disappearing

I feel bad for those who were duped into coming here to Canada. They had big dreams of becoming successful here, instead not being able to do that and being forced to live in cramped accommodations. I work in healthcare, and a lot of people who work in the facility in which I'm employed were brought here from the Philippines and India, mostly. Some were hired directly by this employer, while others came here some other way. Those with professions like being an RN were under the impression that it wouldn't take that long or be that difficult to get their Canadian certification to work as RNs here. Instead, they found out that the process for that here in Canada is a lot tougher and takes a lot longer than they'd been led to believe. So many are left not being able to use their education to its fullest, instead working as care aides until they can get the proper certification. I know that this has also happened with doctors and engineers and to many in other professions for which they went to school for years. It's a real shame.\n\nThis massive influx of people coming from other countries, though, has been really tough on those of us who were already living here. It's been way too many people, and we just weren't prepared. It's been one of the biggest factors in the huge increase of cost of living and, of course, it's by far the reason we have an enormous housing shortage.\n\nI'm not completely anti-immigration, but I think that it needs to be stopped, at least for a while. Let us deal with what's going on now instead of bringing in more people that would only help to make things worse, through no fault of their own. There's no reason that we need to have more people coming here right now. We have way more than enough people here right now.

I am from India and been living in Canada for 18 years. I am living here with my family and I am so grateful to this country and respect the country and the freedom I have. The thing is homelessness is a fact that is coming from the most broken families. And here cannabis legal. I could see most white peoples don’t want to go to work, even there is enough work for them. And as a country to grow, they need youngsters for the workforce, but unfortunately Canadians people don’t have enough kids to support the country. And the kids are grown from the broken families maybe ending up in the streets. Indians are most of them only marry once and keep their marriage life till the end. So many divorce can ruin the life too. So the students coming here in Canada, how they get visa, Government don’t know that. We can’t blame them, because this is the offer they get from here. \nBut even though I am from India, I have enough from Indian people here in Canada. I always questioned the people from India either you guys respect the culture here or please go back. The reason I love Canada is Canadians are so pleasant and so helpful. I don’t like not only Indians but anyone who is coming to Canada, if you love the country that the country you are not living please leave and don’t mess up this country. Leave your Culture back home. Your festival do it inside of your house don’t block the streets. Keep your Gods inside your home, everyone is not enjoying that what you doing. The worst thing I felt, no respect nowadays and nuisance, late night parties no respect for neighbours and no cleanliness. Because of some people we all are get treated same. Hindus wanted to bring their religion here, Muslims wanted to bring their religion, buddhists wanted their religion here. Can’t blame Christians because Canada is a Christian based country and I never saw them blocking the Road or streets. So anyone so obsessed please leave and enjoy your religion at home where you born.

Why is this even a question that needs to be asked? Even if you ignore the cultural, social integration issues, it's a simple numbers game. Too many people with an infrastructure that cannot support this sudden influx. Immigrants were not betrayed, they were not forced to come to a new country. It is not a guarantee or a given for someone to live in a country that they were not born in.

Sad about leaving Canada? You get taxed up the….., it’s frozen for half of the year, the people are also frozen and they try to stab you in the back (especially in Quebec). A childhood classmate of mine visited Canada and these are her impressions: people are fat, disgusting, it’s boring, depressing, cold, gloomy; every second person is in a wheelchair but they don’t have to be, pretending to be disabled because the government pays them for disabilities, etc. After going back home every person that she saw on the street was extremely gorgeous in her eyes after the horror that she saw in Canada…. This is obviously a little exagerated and coming from someone whose expectations were high but you get the point.\n\nWe don’t need to be driving brand new cars all the time, live in brand new homes and spend thousands of dollars for the services that we don’t really need… life is all about simplicity and being able to enjoy every single moment: so many countries in the world offer that: not Canada.

Most of the people in our country ?? have had enough of all this and our pathetic government needs to step up and do something asap as if not the people of our country will, it’s just a matter of time well it’s already started. Im moving out of germany, one of the main reasons are, besides taxes and language, etc that people complain about:\n\n1. Worst food in the world, if you don’t eat fast food you will starve, I need to cook my own meals every single day because there is absolutely nothing decent to eat. Only things I can eat here are schnizel and sushi. \n\n2. Unless you come from a rich white country (USA, Australia, Canada, Japan…) you are not allowed to drive unless you do the test etc again even though as a tourist you can drive. This is just a plain racist law. Uber also sucks in Germany because they over-regulated it. So you cannot get around if you don’t live INSIDE a big urban center.

I left Canada finally after many many years of debating for myself. It’s the best thing I ever did. I have a really good job, that pays me more than three times my monthly overhead. After literally struggling in Canada for 30+ years as an adult trying to keep a job amongst colleagues that hate you for everything that I was and wasn’t, had and didn’t have. I’m very happy that I left and can go to work peacefully everyday, without needing to feel like I’m a piece of crap that doesn’t have the right to exist. I came to Canada at age 12 with my parents. And was always called names, always under minded, overlooked, put down, bullied and never had a single job that also contributed to my pension. When I left Canada, immigration Canada emailed me daily for three months telling me to come back to Canada IMMEDIATELY lol. Because my home country wasn’t safe enough to live in. I’m from Belgium. It’s much safer, friendlier, empathic and prosperous than Canada ever was

The racism against Germans that is so openly expressed in the comments here is unbearable. Yes, there are some bad people in Germany (basically in any country on this planet, unfortunately) who are themselves racist or discriminatory. But that is by no means the majority of Germans. I have lived here for decades and have met the most warm-hearted people. From the comments I rather gather that many who come to Germany simply extremely overestimate the demands they can (and may) make of Germany (or pretty much any other immigration-friendly country). If you come to Germany it is obvious that you have to learn German (or the local language). That is the case everywhere, including France, Italy and Korea - you name it. And if you can't do that straight away that's okay too, most Germans speak English and are very forgiving when it comes to language learners. Nobody shouts at you for not knowing German. Furthermore, Germans are very direct and don't care much about artificial and feigned friendliness. What you see is what you get. And I think that's honest and quite refreshing. \n\nThe thing is, YOU have to approach Germans and can't just expect them to roll out the red carpet for you just because you think they are in need of your workforce. The simple truth is: the standard of living in Germany is very high. The culture is diverse, and anyone who doesn't recognize this should broaden their horizons. Cities like Munich, Berlin, Stuttgart and Hamburg are beautiful, extremely multicultural and anyone who describes them as 'dull' will probably not feel at home in any city on this planet. The people are also nicer than many non-germans claim - that's obvious, because if that weren't the case, Germany wouldn't be the most popular country to immigrate within Europe amongst immigrants. Of course there are problems on the German side too. Bureaucracy, language barriers and discrimination. But they definitely don't deserve the unreasonable racism they face here in the comments. You can't criticize Germans for their alleged discriminatory behavior by unreasonably attacking and generalizing Germans themselves. Anyone who approaches Germans with prejudice and racism should not be surprised if they do not receive a friendly welcome there...

Before coming to this amazing country in 1990. I had tried living in Germany and the United States but nothing was much opportunistic about the Northern Canadian Territory. As a refugee, there were no better choice but now the lack of accountability with realestate and common day actions, makes me think that the country is another Banana republic and needs to counter corruption on the way the system runs unfortunetly to say.

I'm amazed by the check list that goes on in people's minds. You can't predict the future and even your Soviet union stopped at 5 year plans. I left Canada on a whim in 1994. I never thought I couldn't come back if I wanted or needed to. My bet is you met a guy in Serbia (let's say) and want to be in a reasonable place where it's financially possible to build a home and start a family. I am a Serbian and Canadian living in Canada for the last 24 years. I love \nthis country I respect this country but my God is so much different than it used to be or it is me. This summer I went with my kids and wife to 6 different countries in Europe Eastern Europe and Central and have seen 2 alcoholic then I come to Canada I see thousands of drug addicts on the street. everything is overpriced ppl do not enjoy in here. When I came in 2000 Serbian economy was low due to the war now it is better and Canadian economy is worse so the gap is very small. you need to make 6000$ to live just ok and I do live well but there is always but. I call it a pressure cooker, I wish all Canadian travel abroad a bit just to realize that they were lied too and that there's a lot of bs. I can give you an example: Condo in Belgrade same size property tax is 200$ per year condo in Qc Gatineau 2500$ plus condo fees 400$ per month basically 7000$ wasted for what? no dr wholes on the street broken system. It will be for sale. I agree paying taxes on my house where I live but for rental property when you deduct all the expenses you invested so much money without any profit. the one that works and the one that scams the system make the same amount of money and we live approx the same. something is wrong there. I will live for many years to come but definitely not spending my whole life here due to many circumstances and expenses. Family values are getting killed and I have issues with that. The more I was pushed to change the more I went to church and believed in old fashioned traditional values. As you said I will always be grateful for what I made but working hard for two jobs in the last 20 years I would make that somewhere else too. Canada has changed too much since I came that's for sure. What triggers me the most fake approach when ppl say I make 100k wow then you didn't get that, that is only on the pay stub. how much did you get 50k that is the real money then you need to add deductions house tax this tax, sewage, water it comes less and less and then you realize that in reality you make more but you spend so much more with less quality of life. who cares how much you make the question is how do you live with the amount that you make.?

Sorry to say that but Indians are very corrupt, they are trying to cheat any system or any rule. They are the ones behind all kinds of illegal implementations on: Immigration(selling jobs which is illegal), banking system(forging income documents to get high Mortgages from banks), cheating on documents(like fake school letter of acceptances or fake banking statements) and exams(offering to enter exams on behalf of others with a charge). These are not general considerations, I personally am in the know of all these examples myself and I am hearing many others. \nAdditionally they are disrupting the labor market by lowering life standards. To be specific, there are many indians, living 10-20 people in the same home, lowering their life costs, then going to businesses offering for a much lower salaries, hourly wages since their living costs are considerably low. This is not a fair competition, you can not expect people to live in barracks, just to be able to compete. this is disrupting social life.\nThe pooping and these kinds of senitary examples are just the icing on the cake. \n\nFinally, the indian community are not trying to come in to Canada and be a part of the community and the system, instead they are trying to turn this country into India, which they are running from in the first place. \n\nCanadians are nice yes, but any sound person should react accordingly if their kindness is abused. \nOfficial are needed to take actions on this, since I don't expect the Indian comm unity to behave.

Ultimately, Canada is being taxed to high heaven, with little to no benefit coming back to citizen. We need to cut government, lower taxes on everyone making under 100k. Tax the asset class that is causing the most pain to the country, so homes. Tax the 3.4.5.6th property in a higher progressive manner. STOP PRINTING MONEY. \n\nThis is the solution Canadians, if you choose not to accept it, and we vote for liberal party again, what occurred in Venezuela, Argentina, may indeed happen here if we do not pivot politically.

I lived in Germany for my masters and found it to be one of the most hostile and aggressive places to land yourself in. I made up my mind at the end of the first year to leave this land forever after my masters, to never come back. This country needs a lot of skilled immigrants but the society is not ready yet and that you-know-what-I-mean feeling from age-old times still runs deep. It only deserves unskilled asylum seekers.

Well, I am leaving, yes. Although I am very grateful with Germany, I work in IT, and I don't hold a diploma, but I have more than 20 years of experience in the field, I always been offered jobs beneath my experience, only because of a paper. I am Italian and was very enthusiastic when I arrive 4 years ago, but the way I was treated was mostly bad, that led me not wanting to study the language anymore, people were so agressive in the streets. When I needed the back of the justice, it was never on my favour, even when I was right, as I was hit in the street by a stranger who made my face bleed, police said that it was nothing and that it was the opposite, even when they had evidence. I was mistreated at a hospital in Schwabing, München and medical attention was refused, police didn't help and they requested my to litereally scream for help, and I did because I was bleeding on a place I didn't know, with -4 degrees, without any jacket. I even tried with the discrimination line, which doesn't work, and if you write them an Email, they will say they cannot help. I Will never understand that level of cruelty, not to mention 5000 Euros I had to pay for a ticket, because I suppousedly scratch the car of a person and because my Kaution was never returned, tried, but never got a lawyer, because you need to pay for the air you breathe in this country. ARD, what is that? You pay for the right of internet, and you pay internet as well, the desorganization with the states is massive, and often times, you will get a letter in your box post having to pay somehting else. My energy and money was completely drained. I just had it. Despite of everything, this country tought me great things, like discpline and hard work which I really appreciate and will take this knowledge...somewhere else. I also became better human being as a result of being exposed to all of the bad things. But I am isolated case, not everyone goes through these things, I did, and to me it was more than enough to wanting to Auf Wiedersehen. Unfortunaly Germany prefers to keep people who did not come to the country to add something, crazy as it seems, they would allow more people who rape, do not respect their culture and commit other crimes, instead of really welcoming people who came here to have a better life. Germany is currently too focused on other countries problems and failed on attending the needs of their citizens and the citizens who came to live here, including europeans, as myself. I truly believe that Germany is a beautiful country, München is one of the most beautiful cities I have ever seen, and has astonishing landscapes and vibrant nature. But...

No need to demonize Canada like this,it might not be the perfect place to be and yes this crisis exists,But there are people who work their way through the system, Canada presents a great opportunity for a far richer lifestyle than in India,Of course there are a few downsides but not everything.I have been living in this country for the past 5 years and there is a huge potential in this country.Just need to be careful,And not everyone in Canada is injecting or investing drugs,Buying a house is expensive,That doesn't mean people live on the streets,They rent out.Due to sudden influx of immigrants and refugees there is a housing and job issue,But eventually due to measures in place this will be revolved Im sure Canada will bounce back and create more opportunities and affordable housing in the coming years
