We dont hate Indians, theres just too many coming too quickly, contributing to rising rents and an over saturated job market. If we were being flooded with Estonians we would be having the same reaction.

Because there are not enough jobs and housing to go around but also there is a great deal of crimes by people from the Punjab etc. The pooping thing is true and they refuse to adapt to the culture. Indians need to build their country and stop fleeing. This mass migration has made people hate all Indians.

I have to say as a white Canadian i have met some Indian people who are the nicest people but I have also had some that were the worst kind of people personally from my experience it has mostly been those who have come since the pandemic which is due to our government not properly screening people. As for brampton I was going to school and my instructor was Indian and I was surprised when he started bragging about when Indians first arrive in canada that they are taught by there church how to take advantage of the Canadian government systems and legally sue people he literally told me that and i was shocked that he actually bragged about that and thought it was perfectly ok i don't hate him or any Indian people but that kind of thing does happen alot in brampton and it definitely doesn't help Indians in most people's eyes especially when there's some bragging about it .and frankly same with the YouTube videos talking about taking advantage of our food banks not good at all especially when people are relying on them to feed their children.It also doesn't help when someone states there opinion and automatically it is called racist.

Everything Indians took over here in Canada sucks now, from nice roadside hotels turned into dumps to making sh!tty burgers/pizzas/everything else, giving TERRRIBLE customer service everywhere, while driving flashy vehicles to deliver food with stupid personalized license plates. Arrogance beyond recognition. So aggravating, I hate seeing my country turned into India.

As an Indian living in India, I also hate Canadians as well. They stereotype whole India without realizing the diversity of India. They are putting the blame on Indians, but not ready to acknowledge their immigration policy is poor. Your immigration policy should encourage bright minds to move there, but their selection criteria favours particular religion, area and people. Punjab is only a small part of India and so is Gujarat. Majority of Indians don't care about Canada.

Don't hate Indians at all - I hate the fact that our government has allowed extensive enclaves to form which make it more likely that they resist integrating into Canadian society. This puts enormous strain on Canadians, especially those left living in or around the enclaves.

Indo Canadian here, there are sure a lot of Indians here. I'll be very candid with my opinion, it's not hate as much as it's fact. And this doesn't just apply to Indians but South Asians they refuse to assimilate, don't understand social cues, are very misbehaved and now it's like there is a wave of anti Indian sentiment (mostly from Anglo Canadians).

There was an incident were a cricket match was going to be shown in the mega plex put they did not show it something happened that was not mega plexes fault that it was not being shown there was a group of Indian students who started screaming at the ticket counter. It’s because of behaviour like this Canadians are hating international students from India .?. The 2022 -2023 batch on international students are a disgrace not saying g all of them are bad just most dont come to study just a back door into the country they see one of there family members went to Canada and they should to ?‍♀️. I live in Scotland for last 5 years, moved here because I was tired of India. Its corruption, polarized politics, and also how people behave. I have been welcomed by the Scots here, treated with respect and made many Scottish friends and know families who are some of the kindest warm people you will meet. \nI also know lots of Indians who are well behaved and good residents of Scotland. But sometimes I see Indians who simply take advantage of the Scottish hospitality. These Indian abuse the honor system to the point that it has become less prevalent. I once seen some north Indian guy singing vulgar Bhojpuri songs to a white girl when on the sidewalk in a manner that can be called eve testing, that made my blood boil. I absolutely hate it and avoid some Indians unless I personally know them. Being and Indian I dont want to be associated with Indians abroad because these 1-2% Indians have given the rest of us a bad name.

100% agreed. I have seen one lady(indian) helping her 4-6 yr son to pee in the school playground wall . My kids go to that school . I informed the school principal. But they can't control anyone after school hours. They asked me to call the police if i see anything in the future. It's so shameful for me because everyone hates us because of this public pee and poop issue. My wife told me she also saw a few Indian/Pakistani mothers doing the same. When she asked one of them . Her response was its school responsibility to provide the washroom even after school hours. They are not even accepting their wrong doing.

As an Indian student, i would like to share with you my perspective \n1) you will never see me dancing in public, blasting music and littering \n\nI actually spend my sundays cleaning plastic from trails \n\n2) i am a full time student for 4 years funding over 90 grand for a bachelor on top of that paying my taxes and paying 1100$ a month for rent being limited to 24 hours a week I do not work outside campus I work the job the college provided to me \n\nThe problem comes up when people use the 1 year and 6 month diploma program to enter the country and work here full time \n\nThey associate themselves only with indians mainly because they cant speak the English language fluently \nTherefore they associate with the exact people they associated with back home \n\nHow will they adapt to a new country if they hang out with the same people \n\n\nI came to canada with a goal \n\nTo make Canadian friends \nLearn about Canadian culture \nStart a new life \nAnd work my ass off to get my degree \n\n\nMost people move here to make more money \n\nThey sell their land and do so \n\nPlease do not associate hard working indians who adapt and leave their past behind with these people who have come here purely to exploit the system\n\n\nTrust me I know it's hard to hear this but good Indians do exist. As a international student who just came to Canada last year, I understand how extremely bad the cultural bubble is that is created by Indian people, you have to understand that for even someone like me who wants to adopt the culture here and explore other cultures, its not easy. Generally I have faced concealed racism when i try to interact with people from different cultures (latinos, white and especially asian people). Regardless, Im trying to still get out of the bubble and have somewhat managed to do so, Im just trying to explain my point of view. Im also not denying that the majority of the people in the bubble are not trying to get of the bubble ( I hate this mindset too)

Just wanna present some of my views on this topic, as a indian living in Canada, a lot of points in this discussion are pretty valid. Although, the hate is also in my opinion a little misdirected.\n\nInternational students pay three, maybe even five times as much as domestic students in terms of tuition fees, and while I 100% agree that not everybody even deserves to stay here, a major portion of fault is on government. If you want to make an argument, that government or the country in general never promise the residency status in Canada, then regulate the tuition fees, make it manageable for everyone.\n\nIf you don't want to do that, fair enough, then provide opportunities, there 100% are bad apples in the population, I will not deny that! But you called them, you took the responsibility, you promised the opportunities and students paid for it. Now you hate us for that, either build the bridge both ways or don't hate.\n\nI am genuinely more frustrated with the system rather than immigrants, it is becoming a widespread trend to hate immigrants but I believe the government is just as much at a fault. If you think I am wrong, I would to hear your views on the topic, it is a pretty complex one, just be respectful.
