The problem I have with Indians is that they dont like Canadians, make no effort to learn the language and culture, are very rude, entitled and disrespectful towards anyone that dont look like them. Then why are you here in Canada? This is a very multicultural country, which is something they obviously knew before coming here. They treat us Canadians with such hatred, disdain and indifference, especially in the workplace. Indians are always playing the victim and throwing the race card around or just protesting around every corner, every damn week when something doesn't work in their favor. If you're that damn unhappy here in Canada, you're free to leave anytime. And many Indians in Managerial positions will only hire other Indians, even though a lot of them aren't quality for the job or their English is very poor. Canada has always been very excepting and tolerant towards different ethnicities, but that's because they've always put in the effort of getting to know and learning from us.

Migration is all about looking after number one. It doesn't involve loyalty of any kind. It never used to be like that, people were grateful to come and knew that criticising the place you have moved to is better than the one you have abandoned

Include the visitors from mainly Punjabis and Indians that received working letters to work while on vactions. They knew the rules before they applied to come here on a TEMPORARY visa. Now that their visa has expired or is about to expire, they want to change the laws to accommodate them.\n\nJust like India has laws regarding immigration, so does Canada. Go back, apply for the proper visa and when Canada is ready to grow and our infrastructure could handle the influx in people, then we will accept you.

If Canada becomes an anti immigrants country is ALL because of the Indians nothing else, they ALL knew when they came over and it's not to study.

Those from India are like any other immigrants. They're trying to find their way in a new society with different customs and rules. My parents came here in the 50’s from Italy and were discriminated against in the same ways. As first-generation Canadians, my brother and I were discriminated against because of our heritage in school and then in our chosen careers.\n\nIn general, Indians are hard-working, well-educated, English-speaking and entrepreneurial. In general Indians benefit Canadian society.\n\nI became friends and eventually best friends with my neighbour from Punjab. He came here with nothing and became an educator for children with special needs. He had two master's degrees. One from McGill University and one from Cambridge. He was involved in our community at many levels. We spent most evenings discussing life, and society issues and even worked together on a campaign of one of our local councillors and won. He had a positive impact on all who knew him. Unfortunately, he passed in 2012. RIP Rupinder Jeji. You are dearly missed.

Thanks so much for this video! I admire the hard working and awesome culture of most people I have met who have come to Canada from India! We definitely needed help in filling in the deficit of employees that are needed in Canada! It is a shame that ALL political parties did not solve the housing issue which we knew was going to be a problem, many decades ago, even well before the Harper government! This is not rocket surgery! LOL\nIn Northern Ontario we have a LOT of Indian immigrants. All the ones I have met are very well educated even though they are working in the service industries! I know several Indian Canadians who are Doctors, Teachers and Engineers! Almost all of my experiences have been positive! Of course it is human nature to always highlight issues, for example: I caught one group of people throwing garbage in a parking lot, and immediately notified them that they had dropped something, and even followed them with the garbage. One of the group stated, it was just trash. I told him there was a garbage can right over there, and I just KNEW that they did not want to throw it just lose on the ground, and wanted to help keep our town clean. They said sorry and politely picked it up and placed it in the garbage can. Hopefully lesson learned! I politely and respectfully spoke out, to a good resolution.\nMy parents were immigrants from war-torn Germany. I know ALL about prejudice for new immigrants. Our parents being German-Canadian at a time right after WW2, where MOST Canadians had an Uncle, a Father, a Grandfather or someone they knew who had fought and some died because of Germans! Although I am not a person of colour, so I personally do not know that side of prejudice. We all need to treat each person as an individual and try not to paint all peoples with one brush! It’s about time. Canada has the largest population of East Indians & they have to go. They are a BURDEN on jobs, housing, healthcare & social services. As what experienced, i knew so much international students from India, Nepal who are students here, some work with them having a lot of issues now. Not enough money to pay their tuition/rent/food. As when they enter, parents support them and after months or a year , they stop sending money. It affects student as can’t really afford to support themselves, having hard time to find job as there are limit to their work hours. It will not pay off their bill entirely. It end up looking for cash job everywhere. There is no much cash job anymore. \n\nGovernment should take action to this!!! \n\nLucky those who came years ago as they were not much international students as to compare today. \n\nI feel this students but government keep bringing them to Canada without checking this situation…. Unemployment is real!!!

Immigration is supposed to HELP a country. A country is not supposed to HELP immigrants. I came here as an international student, and knew it very well that becoming a permanent resident was NOT a guarantee whatsoever! Entitled Indians demanding work permit extension or permanent residency is such a disrespect to Canadians! They need to leave.

It not anti indian policy.. international student are not all indian .. there is other country citizen that are also not allow to get work permit as well . let not play the race card now.. indian act like you are alway are special.. when apply for your student visa there were term and condition.. and one of the term is that once your visa expires you must LEAVE the county. You guys are not entile to any rights because you guys are a guest in the country... if you want fair treatment maybe stay in your country and study there because your a indian citizen ... nobody care about how much money you lost .. it was a gamble and you knew the risk and once your visa expiry you must leave.. there is no where in your student visa that states that you will automatic PR once you finish.. also the government of canada has the interst of the canadian citizen FIRST because we been paying tax our whole lives here while you guys only be paying for a year or two and you think u shoukd have all benefit that canadian is entiled too. I'm 54 years old and i moved away from my beautiful Canada over 2 years ago. I knew when Eastern Welfare Canada voted in Turdo that he would destroy it and put us in debt like every Liberal government does. I hope everyone who voted this POS in office is enjoying the high prices and the struggles you are going through everyday, because its here to stay for the next decade as that POS will leave Canada after leaving office with 100's of millions he has stolen from us.
