You don't want to get berated, don't try and steal from people.Every delivery service I've ever used.Always had change for me Oh no he said something I didn't like after I tried to steal from him. Now I'm the victim like f*** off.

Gives them money,& services like medical and education in Canada yet Trudeau gave Khadr $10 million to the enemy who killed & injured & nothing for veterans or victims ! Investigate Trudeau foundation and taxpayer money he spent ?

I don’t agree that all students came with a fake letter. Changing the rules in the middle of the situation is a true concern. This is a government mistake who puts a lot of people’s lives and finances at risk. Students are victims too, not only Canadians!

In minority they play the victim card, asking for asylums, food, shelters, education and protection BUT once in Majority Islam will immediately demand for Sharia laws, caliphate Islamic State, more mosques open so their imams sermons can spread their poisonous radical ideologies, their hatred, calling for jihad, calling for the fall of western civilization.\nExtremist islam are the snake, moderate Islam is the grass that hides the snake.\nBe very careful folks.

A show case of how the law and judicial system completely betrayed Canadians, a massive murderer to be given parole and had used millions of tax payers $ to file for permanent residency again, and continued to spend on his son by tax payers, and continued to insult Canadian victims families, this is why the West has failed democracy, is this Donald Duck??
2024-05-26 0
You kill 16 and you are still the victim. Canada.
2024-05-26 0
What is the most honourable thing you can be in society today? A victim ... and that is the lowbar that Sing SIdhu and his lawyer are reaching for, playing him as the victim. It's the ultimate insult to the families of the victims - the true victims.

The shame on the Canadian justice system for taking this long to make this move. Think how the families feel having this over their heads for this amount of time. I have no faith in the Canadian Government or Justice system, this is a broken country that puts offenders first with no regard for victims.

Honestly you should have to drive 10 years in Canada with a G class licence and safe record in order to get your AZ. I don’t think deportation is the answer but he should have had to do a longer prison sentence, 2 years community service, never be allowed to drive that class of a vehicle and wait 5 years once released to reapply for a drivers license. Too much tax dollars already spent behind this man. The real victims will never have a voice and their families will never have closure.

DID THIS GUY CONTACT ANY OF THE FAMILYS TO SAY HOW SORRY HE WAS? \nNO, I DONT BELIEVE SO, BUT HIS LAWYER WILL POINT OUT THE PERSONAL HARDSHIP HES EXPERIENCED? \nYHA..OK\nNOW PACK YOUR BAGS AND GET OUT OF CANADA.\nGOD BLESS THE TRUE VICTIMS AND THEIR FAMILYS..
2024-05-25 0
So, he is the real victim in all of this, how skewed this all is. We all know he is never going to get deported, he was treated with kid gloves this whole time and will continue to be treated like the real victim in all of this.

Global News is trying very hard to turn this deportation into re-casting a convicted criminal as an oppressed victim. Why? \nSidhu was not and is not a Canadian citizen. Conviction = deportation. But put that question aside for a moment. Was Sidhu trained, licensed, experienced and knowledgeable about driving a heavy vehicle on a highway across the Prairies in winter conditions? If so, where did he get that training and experience? Did he have the qualifications for a Class 1 Operator's License? Did he have prior experience? If so, where, when, and how much? \nGlobal News doesn't focus on what caused the deaths of the Humboldt Broncos - why? Accounts at the time suggested that Sidhu was not qualified, but that by some process he got the job anyway. Will Global be following up on that? Up to now, Global has not asked those questions. Sidhu was convicted for actions resulting in the Humboldt Broncos tragedy. He is not a Canadian citizen and the rules are clear: his criminal conviction means he's being deported. Unlike Global News, the victims I see in this story are the families of the Humboldt Broncos team, and the team members themselves. Global News want to change criminal to innocent victim. Nothing could be further from the truth. He was given a fair trial, convicted and sentenced. Now he is being deported. If Global wish to play the 'reverse the story' game, perhaps they should refuse Canadian citizens' tax dollars as 'revenue'.

Finally... a good news story. But still so sorry for the families of the victims of the tragedy.
2024-05-25 0
How did they make him the victim?? How. This is insanity.
2024-05-25 0
What happens to the family victims ?
2024-05-25 0
Who will pay for his crime??? What will happen to the real victim's families???
2024-05-25 0
He should have got victimized in jail?
2024-05-25 0
[He] has rights and the driver who caused this accident is 'brown'. [He] has the full right to not only stay in Canada but also the right to sue the victims' families for the pain and suffering [he] has undergone. Shame on you Canadians for further traumatizing this poor individual. This is not what Canada is about. It is about acceptance, compassion and understanding of all the beauty that cultural diversification has to offer. God bless the Trudeau/Freeland administration for [their] contribution to Canada.

Typical in Western/Canadian media where we make the offender the victim. Absolute clown world we are living in today.

This was an extremely horrible accident, in terms of this ruling key word accident, caused partly by a system that does not accredit new truck drivers properly, or maintain safe roads properly. I support those parents of the victims that support Mr Sidhu. Accidents will happen, yes Mr Sidhu must be accountable but tragedies will continue to happen if agencies meant to keep the public safe are negligent, they must construct proper intersections and monitor and enforce proper training and licensing for professional drivers. This ruling only adds to the tragedy, and lets the government agencies off the hook. Anyone at the motor vehicle department being labelled a criminal and sent packing to another country, or would that be too far, or is this ruling against Singh perhaps just easier as he isn’t a faceless agency? My condolences and sympathies to all affected; by the accident and this subsequent Vengeance, for an extremely unlucky however avoidable- accident.

You cannot loathe mainstream media enough for portraying him as a victim.
2024-05-25 0
Oh boy now Sidhu is painted as the victim. Canadians, we have been conquered.
2024-05-25 0
You'd swear Jaskirat Singh Sidhu was the victim here... CRAZY. I hope the best for the families, may their loved ones rest in peace

Deportation should be done without the tax payers money to be spent time in the prison. What does his lawyer talking about that he's going through PTSD? He did the crime, and the is sympathetic to the murderer, not the victims. The company which hired him, without any experience should shut down.
2024-05-25 0
He has PTSD ? His son has medical issues ? What about his victims and their families ?
2024-05-25 0
Who is footing the bill for this? The irony is that the families of the victims' tax dollars are going toward his defense. In this case, the lawyers are coming out to be the winners while our inept legal system seems to favor the perpetrators.
2024-05-24 0
Wow.. So he's the victim now?
2024-05-24 0
What a shame!!! The man killed 16 people and all that he has got is a deportation!!! Wow!!! Canada doesn’t have law anymore. At least it is the law that shields the criminals and spits in the face of the victims!!! ?????
2024-05-24 0
Had he not been in the country in the first place this wouldn't have happened. To add insult to injury he portrays himself as a victim. No doubt our pathetic government will bend over backwards due to political correctness and allow this murderer to stay.
2024-05-24 5
It appears that Jaskirat Singh Sidhu is now the victim not the 16 lives he took.
2024-05-24 4
So this is mot about the poor victims. This is about the usual. Making themself the center of attention.

Always crying racist like professional victims
2024-05-23 2
The real victims here are citizens born in Canada who can’t afford basic housing because of the 5 million mandeep, sukhdeeps, and the rest of the deeps let in, in the past decade.

When Israeli settlers taken over Palestine which country will be next victim off the Israeli settlers.

Poverty breeds desperation .\nDesperation breeds crime. \nCrime breeds victims and suffering. \nVictims and suffering breeds hate. \nHate breeds more suffering and victims. \nThe results....lack of safety, community erosion, helplessness, and FEARS, SEEN OR UNSEEN!

@10:21, the suspects in the murder of Hardeep Singh Nijjar, being Kamalpreet Singh, Karan Brar, and Karanpreet Singh all have Punjabi names, just like the victim and a CBC article, dated May 7, 2024 stated that a Punjabi interpreter was brought in for the testimony of Karanpreet Singh, so he's certainly Punjabi. It's a stretch to imagine that Punjabis (likely Sikh) would be cooperating with the Modi government (Hindu) to assassinate Nijjar, given that the Khalistani movement base is Punjab. Does anyone else think that these 3 men in their early 20s look too old for their ages? They look to be in their mid-30s. Maybe someone, like the RCMP, should verify their identities. \n\nAs for the other murders, I'm not surprised. The gurdwara violence and rivalry has been going on for decades. There's tension between the turbaned, religious and non-turbaned, secular Sikhs, who still identify as Sikhs as a cultural identity. I don't think it is unreasonable to set aside political motivations for the murder of Nijjar to consider straight up narcissistic psychopathy as the root of the problem. I think even the foreign student protests discussed in this video show an extraordinary sense of entitlement and exploitation of PEIs student visa policies. Can someone explain to me why foreign students on visas DON'T require police record checks? That seems like a little more than just a stupid oversight, or misplaced trusts.
2024-05-13 0
It's not the fault of the student's. They pay a lot to get here and they work in the service jobs that many young Canadians do not want to work in if we even have enough native born Canadians. They are victims of the greed of Post Secondary institutions and the mismanagement of the Trudeau government. Take a look at the open immigration policy for people coming from Iran, Syria and Morocco. Last time I looked Iran was not a friend yet we open the door to these countries. No vetting, no security and no age limit. 70 plus years old coming to Canada on Work Permits. This will affect our healthcare. Indian students paid and worked for their chance to live here. Take a look. Investigate the special programs for different countries in the middle east.

Canadian PJW is spittin. Its frightfully tragic to see even Pierre is falling victim to this pandering.

I remember when I was in my early 20's and I had an Indian roommate who was a student and also an assistant to a professor. He was a whiner and lived a victim mentality. That was over 30 years ago. I think it is a part of their culture.

The same thing is happening in England. They use the school system in Canada to get in and stay. They know what they are doing. They are not victims. Send them back

no matter who gets into power, in any country, from any political background, it doesn't matter. nothing ever changes for the better, it only gets worse. its the poor, vulnerable and disabled who become the first victims of the down trend. just look at the u.k. where hundreds of thousands of people murdered because of our government using us as scapegoats to drive their policies, one of which being the hostile benefits policy. you can easily find info about it online by searching the term and u.k. dwp deaths.\nthe most frustrating part about it is that poor disabled people can't do anything about it. we are ignored not just by the government but by society in general. we have no voice and so our suffering goes on. it feels like a hopeless situation.
