This was an impressive speech and chilling to the bone. People should understand the undertone that this already is the first stage of a war. Can I say I am not a huge fan of Trudeau, but I take my hat off and say bravo for this speech. Calling Putin a 'lying, murderous dictator' is absolutely correct.
