My wife's been in 14 years now. Nobody cares how this effects us every two years. Even had to use the Male/Man standards to PT testing during her entire transition until her medical plan was complete. Recruitment is not down because transgender people/DEI is not allowed. It is down because the opposite is happening. DEI/Alphabet people are being shoed into places where they do not belong over more qualified other people. This process of putting less qualified people into positions endangers everyone else.
