I have seen racism rise like crazy with people in the neighborhood I've known for years. It's like they are possessed. I feel liberals pushed this and opened this door and now there's no peace. People are mad and angry. The dishonest media is making it so much worse. Let's stop talking about race.

It depends where you live, if you live in a strictly black neighborhood and are white, expect to be looked at differently, if you live in a strictly white neighborhood and are black, expect to be looked at differently as well, so these tests and questions of being followed at the beginning, aren’t very accurate

You need to do one on Chicago. Im a 64 year old Minister which has been shot at by police for curfew violations as a child, been beaten 3 times by Chicago police, once for about 40 minutes. Arrested for riding my bike in my own neighbor under the pretext that it was stolen because it was new! We were systematically stalked, intimidated and terrorized by Klansmen diguised as officers! Niqab is creepy. There are few Muslims here in Texas but when I saw one in the Middle Eastern neighborhood I was kind of creeped out. I think the niqab should be banned, it is not mandatory and the hijab fully suffices.

I can give you plenty of examples of being racially profiled as a white man, like the time i walked into a Mexican market in L.A. and as i walked in overheard what the cashier charged a Mexican woman for a couple of items, so i grab the same exact items and bring them up to the counter just to be charged 3 times as much.  Go to any swap meet in So. Cal as a white man and see how you are treated amongst the Mexican vendors. And the further south you go the worst it is.  Maybe white people are not supposed to speak up? Or maybe the time a black guy said to the white boy door to door sales man that he was in the wrong neighborhood in Pasadena, Ca.Where do we put the attention? Or is it all about ratings again?

One night in Chicago a friend and myself were paid to stand at the door of an art gallery during the opening party. It was in a Hispanic neighborhood. As a White person I have noticed that while shopping at Walmart in my predominately Black neighborhood all packages leaving the store are inspected, of course mine included, however when shopping at a Walmart across town in a predominately White neighborhood no one inspects packages. The store in the black neighborhood has mostly Blacks shoppers and the store in the white neighborhood mostly White shoppers. It seems rather obvious to me that the store in the Black neighborhood has a much higher rate of shoplifting than the store in the White neighborhood or else they would never implement this extra step because of the added expense to the store. So is this considered Racial Profiling or is it simply protecting your property? I am not a genius but the evidence seems to suggest that Blacks in general shoplift more than Whites, and racial profiling in this case is completely justified.

I blame the media. Recently, I watched a “Live” report after a hurricane. It showed a few dozen African Americans breaking into a shoe store and stealing shoes. The reporter made the point that they weren’t stealing food. But, shoes. Maybe it was an African American neighborhood?

Not a very wide sample. As a white senior woman I have been tasseled about possible theft and watched. This is not just about race but over all shop lifting that all of us pay for. I was discriminated against all my life completely as a SINGLE WHITE WOMAN WITH CHILDREN. Always had to rent cheep run down places in bad neighborhoods and I worked everyday all my life and was educated.

I'm Latina and in my neighborhood which is literally only Latino and latino shoppers (owners are Chinese, Latino, Middle eastern) all Latinos get the side eyed. They should do the experiments in minority cities and see how we ourselves hold the same bias because we know our own people. Sorry I'm one of those that speak truth and I would understand why people have those stereotypes because they come from those that have experienced it

My son, who is white, was stopped by police TWICE in our neighborhood, once while driving, and once while walking at night. I grew up in BRAMALEA, now incorporated with Brampton. BRAMALEA was an idyllic community made up primarily of Brits, European, and African-Canadians. Then Justin’s Dad (Pierre) opened the floodgates of immigration in the ‘70’s to ensure his re-election while transforming Canada into a Socialist Society (Socialized “Free” Health Care paid for by mammoth taxes on the middle class) while promoting “Multiculturalism” as the new Canadian Utopia. In his later years, while close to death, Pierre declared that “Multiculturalism DOESN’T WORK!” And, guess what? Neither does “Free” Healthcare!” As each culture swelled, they felt as though they didn’t need to assimilate. When I return to Canada/Brampton to visit family, I’m disgusted! The Indian residents (who Now comprise about 90% of BRAMLADESH’s population) do NOT look after their housing/property. The older/original neighborhoods where I grew up (well-cared for homes with manicured lawns, lush green-belts with pathways connecting neighborhoods and parks) now borders on slum-like conditions. It’s sad and downright depressing when I visit. All of my high school friends have fled the dilapidated area, and no wonder! Canada’s lax immigration laws, failed “Multiculturalism” and Socialist welfare system have all destroyed Canadian culture AND their middle class (strangled by immense taxation). I was fortunate to have grown up in the BRAMALEA of old, but I am so blessed to have escaped when I did! ??

It’s not just a one way thing though. I’ve gone through neighborhoods that are not primarily the same race as I am and get stopped. Get stopped while walking, accused of trying to score drugs all because I said hello to someone that smiled at me while I was 8 months pregnant.

there is racism and prejudice everywhere. on every level no matter gender, race, religion, culture. etc. no matter where you go. but if these guys take a trip to any of those corrupted third world backwards countries they would see how good they really have it. us foolish americans canadians dont know how good we have it. we are living in the freest country nation and society ever seen in the history of the world. at least our country creates new laws every year to make our people feel safe. but other islamic countries continue following laws made in the 15th century. do you see and appreciate the difference.\n\nsure people will label you based off your skin tone and your demeanor. WE NEED TO PUT OUR NATIONS CULTURES first. and thats what we have to teach everyone. we put our canada america pride priority and whatever culture we came from LAST. THATS WHY its best we learn to fix our people in a whole in our country before bringing in anymore foreigners who do not respect our nation. lets stop third world immigration and work on making our country great again. so we can stop all this crime in our neighborhoods. because it hinders our progress. once every race color ethnicity of people are acting right then we will have no prejudice based off color or even gender because everyone is giving everyone respect. but because CRIME IS HIGH in all foreign races, and we continue to disrespect eachother. nobody feels safe anymore. whether your light skinned white or black.
