Hey look over here! (Just ignore those billions we're sending around the world to make war and profits.) It's terrible what they do to desperate people to foster chaos and hate. Washington is full of evil.

I’m from the UK, where we face similar challenges along with other issues that Canada fortunately does not have. If housing, jobs, healthcare, and education are not adequately addressed, people can become hopeless and susceptible to manipulation by far right extremist groups. This can lead to terrible incidents like the ones we’ve witnessed in the UK this week. ?

Zero mention of the century initiative… zero mention of intentional wage suppression… zero mention of the lack of real competition and disinvestment of real productivity… zero mention of the over reliance of the real estate in our gdp… I can go on.\n\nThis video is so terribly shallow in its analysis and explanation of the situation in Canada, It’s frustrating.

Have the people that are fleeing these terrible conditions in their own countries ever considered fixing the problems in their own country instead of abandoning their countries and bringing their problems here?

Justin Trudeau is destroying Canada and he won't leave until next election. Even ten years ago, housing wasn't out of reach for many Canadians. Now it is very difficult and I feel terrible for young Canadians and new immigrants.

As a canadian from Montreal who regularly cross the border on the weekends for hiking in Upstate NY, Vermont and New Hampshire. Let me tell you, in Quebec we receive more than half of migrants of all Canada and they are flooding Montreal and the social services are stretched thin, there’s not enough places in school for the migrant kids, all of new welfare recipients are migrants, the healthcare is near collapse and as a province we don’t have the power to solve the issues with migrants and the border because it is a federal issue and Trudeau is terrible. There’s line ups of migrants, blocks long, in front of welfare office and there’s now more crimes, more homeless people, more people who don’t speak french and english and who don’t know how the society function and don’t integrate well.

Hopefully Pierre Poilievre will be the next prime minister, he's not too keen on this stuff. The time has come for the world to have tough, no-nonsense leaders. Things have gotten way out of hand everywhere. It's terrible that there are oppressed peoples, but sometimes people (thousands of miles away) have to try and take matters into their own hands in their homelands, or head somewhere closer to their borders. Not to mention that so many desperate young men coming here turn to crime immediately, join or form gangs, etc., thanks to our stupid leaders opening up the floodgates.

We (Canadians) have had terrible issues with gun smuggling from the US into our major cities... of course both sides need to help each other on both sides of the border on these issues.

As a legal immigrant working in US on h1b I can’t get citizenship in my life time, thanks for the wait time of h1b…. But these illegal immigrants gets citizenship in a couple of years..most of these are not in terrible situation but just want to get rich… Take care USA vote Trump…!!!

Excellent video highlighting this terrible problem. TBH, the world outside of USA isn't all that bad in modern times. Its actually better. Many of these migrants already have a house, job and safety in their own countries. I Feel like the 'cartel' story is overly used to make seeking asylum easy. If the cartels are the problem, then why not go to the root and get rid if the cartels?\n\nFor migrants, it's a fashion and status to say 'I've been to USA'. They lie about their sexuality, oppression abuse and persecution in order to be granted asylum in the US because they know how to make Americans sympathize and make Americans pay their bills. True asylum seekers who need this benefit can never afford their travel all the way to USA. It is those folks who can benefit and should from the program, not the ones who lie, pollute and could care less about hard working Americans that are law abiding tax paying citizens. A country should always take care of its citizens first before another counties citizens. Other countries should care for their own citizens and their problems, not the USA.

I've always thought that the Deep State in Washington has always made money from the Cartels and the slavery of humans. It is terrible. That is one reason they don't want Trump to win. He will try and stop them.

We deserve what’s coming in America. For not standing for the flag and the principles it stands for. And for allowing terrible people to take the reins.

It’s not a “humanitarian crisis” it’s a democrat policy crisis. The cartel people really got rich off of the crisis too. The only ones making bank in this terrible economy.

As a Canadian I can say I did not know about this and I'm so so sorry our dumb, terrible dictator is doing this to your country. As Canadians we used to be able to trust that our government would bring in families and refugees and Canadians could feel secure and confident that we were helping. Our country was committed to kindness and helpfulness. Now, they're doing this. They're importing young-middle aged men who take jobs from locals and they give them tens of thousands in cash handouts, they steal our housing and give it up to these people who only want to colonize us. These people do not want our help, they want our stuff and it's heartbreaking to see Canadians grow spiteful and resentful. We are not losing our kindness, it is being stolen from us.

Do NOT say these people are fleeing terrible conditions unless maybe Venezuela. Mexicans have let their country become a shit hole by their own actions. We've seen SLP go down the crapper for decades. We've had family almost get abducted and killed and then there's the other side of the family that has judges, lawyers and other white-collar workers. So yeah, they know exactly what they are doing and they can't be bothered to save their own country. Sad.

I am going to tell you all the truth. I moved away from Canada in 2006 and lived in China up until 2019 (moved back to Canada). I saw China develop into a superpower, hiccups and inflation galore. But taxes are relatively fair and the opportunity to build something was always present. I find Canada has become a terrible choice especially now (totally neutral standpoint). If you didn't get into the housing market pre-pandemic, it will be harsh and you will be either a mortgage or tenant slave. The taxes are outrageous, utilities, insurance... these items are MUCH higher than China (and most countries). Owning a vehicle comes with high costs and you basically need one if you don't live in a top tier city. And then you are overpaying in living costs. Income tax (25-60%), property tax (about a month's salary), HST (13%)... and what do you get in return? A broken healthcare system, more freedoms (debatable), your children learning about woke agendas? An inadequate pension? If you are not in the top 5-10% (and I am), this is a very bad deal. My advice is to try to earn online with a passion and live in a location where you can actually save. Coming to Canada for the experience is great. But trying to build up in Canada is not a great choice. I am on the winning side warning you, Canada is saturated... look elsewhere.

This is really sad! Ideally, this should never have happened. But Canadian natives are very frustrated with the sheer number of Indians overpopulating the country and degrading their quality of life. Trudeau has completely messed up Canada with his terrible policies. And the problem is that they are welcoming only Indians/South Asians, no other ethnicity. When you invite low skilled population from a specific country in MILLIONS, it's a recipe for ethnic resentment! We also know that a lot of Indians are not the best representatives globally because of the lack of respect for people and their surroundings. This results in the natives lashing out on innocent people who are just trying to get by. It's just a messed-up situation from all the sides. Don't go to Canada guys, it's not worth it. Especially if you go there to participate in gig economy and achieve nothing of value.

Plan fails terribly, don’t recognize the failure, continue with terrible plan until damage is irreversible. When questioned on policies or data on its effects, Liberals don’t even answer questions, they literally don’t answer the questions. Any people from around the world who want to know why Canadians are so displeased with their current government, please watch Trudeau parliament debates. It will make you wonder how this guy got voted in. Once the liberals realize their policies are failing, they change policies and blame opposition for their failures.\n\nIt’s interesting that the ideology of Liberals in Canada is supposed to be the middle ground for most people who agree with the left and the right political policies. Unfortunately they have gone so far left they make the NDP look central.\n\nImmigrants are always welcome in Canada and should be, but we do ourselves and new immigrants no favours if we don’t plan properly. We *better* pay attention. \nEurope is having immigration issues and even the Nordic countries are getting hostile. I don't totally blame the immigrants, they are wanting to leave a terrible environment, but the host government should set the tone. They should screen applicants, set limits, and have assimilation rules such as being tested for the native language, having the new people take history courses of the host country, etc. \nFor many reasons, much of the planet is becoming harsh to live in --- drought, genocide, employment, war, etc. It is going to continually get worse, and nobody has a legit, big picture plan to improve things. \nAnd this only deals with one issue, but there are MANY. We should be alarmed. Panic is one mis-step away.

i myself came back from Canada. There is nothing wrong with the country as such but people need to get out of this thought that it’s a wonderland where all of their problems will magically cease to exist. There’s nothing special there. The western culture in itself is ruining people’s mental health. To go thousands of miles away, leaving your parents behind, in a country with terrible weather is just stupidity in my opinion, especially for those who are well settled here. It’s a different story for poor and lower middle class people.

Canada born and raised here, I've recently been searching for opportunities in Europe and planning to permanently leave this country once I land a job. While I enjoyed growing up here in the late 80s to 2010s, Canada just struggles in almost all crucial aspects of a successful growing country. Our healthcare is a joke, our housing crisis is a mess, living costs and wages are terrible. I really do hope it does get better for Canada but my future lies elsewhere.
