Was due to fly to Denver on Thursday for a short vacation. Immediately changed destination to Bermuda tonight. Canada is definitely more vulnerable but i think US is under appreciating how united Canadians can be when pushed. Trudeau and the NDP-Libs have left Canada a weakened, vulnerable and unproductive country, on the verge of economic disaster. BTW, its not about border security with Canada, just trade imbalance and the fact that Canadians expect America to pay for their defense when we are having trouble paying the interest on the debt from the money we borrow to give you and the rest of the world. you can’t a naturalized citizen in singapore if you aren’t singaporean even you kids were born there.. you can’t just enter singapore w/o any legal documents. you can work in singapore but you need a legal working permit but you can never be a singaporean citizen in span of 5 years.. it will take you 10-12 years of permanent residency status… and then in the US the media is feeding fear and changing the norm that yeah you can do those things in the US ? 3rd world country has more stricter rules than the US when it comes to legal immigration ?

Why do those of us on the political left keep allowing those on the political right to dictate the terms of public conversations, even when we have the facts on our side? It is estimated that 1.7% of the world population is biologically intersex. That's roughly the same as the percentage of the world population that is naturally redheaded. Trump's executive order states that the US government only recognizes two biological sexes.  This means that as far as the US government is concerned, biologically intersex people don't exist. This is analogous to having an executive order saying redheads do not exist.  It's nonsense.  So, why aren't biologists from all over the country pointing this out? The percentage of the world population that identifies as transgender is at most 0.6%.  So why are we talking about transgender people when there is a larger group of people that Trump's executive order discriminates against?  Here's why: because folks on the left insist on allowing those on the right to set the terms of almost every debate we have in this country and folks on the right are happy to ignore intersex people (whose existence conclusively establish that their views are false) and those of us on the left stupidly follow their example in doing so. If we are serious about protecting trans people, we need to be smart about this. Let us reframe the public debate to focus on intersex people.  This will make exposing the lunacy of Trump's executive order much easier when engaging a general public that is too ignorant, lazy, and indifferent to educate themselves about trans people. So, let's help out the lazy ignorant masses by adopting a simpler (and more science-based) approach to the debate over whether there are two biological sexes by making the simple, scientifically sound observation that biological sex is bimodal, not a binary.  And not amount of executive orders can ever change that fact.

Racism has been caused due to Muslims, pushing more and more on the communities in which they are living. Wanting Sharia law. Trying to change the society and culture of the country they live in. \n\nIf it we people from a white Christian country tring to change the society, people would not like it. It has happened after thousands of ASIANS came to USA. Does that mean that USA was Asiaphobic? What happened? Asians didn’t try and change every aspect of western culture and civilization. They contributed to society and bwgan to assimilate, while maintaining their own culture. This has been like that for hundreds of yeara excwpt for the past 20 yeara or so when muslims began coming more, and bringing, pushing their religion and culture. Together let’s do something about it instead of leaving. Canada isn’t a country like China where no changes can be made by its citizens. I’m an immigrant, first arrived here in Canada in 2014. Once I heard the US wants to annex us I asked myself what can I do to help prevent this. I think the quickest way is we need a stronger military. I looked up the Canadian military website and found out me as a permanent resident can also be qualified to apply. Although the compensation isn’t that great, if the US really start being unwise I will definitely apply.

This person was born a man and tried to change to a women. HE should be able to do what he wants in his personal life but not in the military. To actually go out and try to force your body to change to a women from man is not normal.

What does someone's genitals have to do with their ability to serve? Both men & women are able to serve. Why are trans people considered less than human? \n\nI don't understand why anyone would want to change their sex. It makes no sense to me. It's also not my business to judge any other person. I do not believe any trans gender should be in the military do to their real sex gender. If you are a woman n change your looks to be a man how can you protect another troop? so let's pose a question to all those who seem to just hate the LGBTQIA+ community for whatever their reasons are....if someone who happens to be transgender saves your life, saves the life of one of their team members or perhaps leads an OP to a successful outcome, would you say that they were unqualified after the fact ? would you say that now as the regulations are being changed that they were never qualified to have performed those duties in the past ?? I've said this before, when you're downrange you don't give a damn if someone has a taco or a hotdog in their lunchbox, all that matters is that they've got your six and are willing to complete the directive as ordered. Every single one of you haters needs to realize that so many LGBTQIA+ service members have dedicated their efforts to keeping your asses safe in this country since the inception of the uniformed services were established. Should they not have done so ? Why does who they love, have sex with or how they dress actually matter to you as long as you're still able to go out and feed your fat ass an all American Cheeseburger under the watchful eye of the American Flag ?! And at the end of the day, all they ask is to be able to serve their country with dignity. Knee surgery comparison is a poor comparison. You chose self inflicted medical down time. The individual requiring knee surgery did not. You took down time because changing your gender identity was something you felt you needed, which isn't putting the service of your country first. I don't choose myself over my people - period. I don't believe that is the merit of a good leader. I don't believe the excellence in your skill set comes from an inability to establish personally what gender you want to be. This is too much for me. I'm cool with women's rights, climate change, and gay rights, but I don't feel any need to hop on the trans train. It just doesn't affect me or many people that I know. There are bigger fish to fry on the federal level.

Go ram your government you’re too scared and too sorry do what we did stay in your own country. Transgenders qualification are not the issue, society is. I don't see Trump views are going to change any time soon. Why would you stay where you're not wanted? If the Military doesn't want you and your talents, find another career where you will be TRULY VALUED.

Main side point is once you’re in the active duty military, the Government pays all your medical expenses 100% through TRICARE. It is not the tax payers financial responsibility or the governments to continuously take on this private elected debt of one’s choosing. Trans have always found a way to get their gender changed in the private medical sector without adding to the already multi trillion dollar debt we are in.
