Lets keep i real. The desire that most immigrants have is homeostasis which is the familiar. All humans do this. Individually indians are usually smart and decent people. But in groups ( and this doesnt just include indians) you get this group thinking that is prejudice against anyone who isnt one of their own. Its that same inclusives mentality that keep the government corruption very small which empowers the citizens to make them successful and able to contribute more back into this system. The very nature of hoarding resources for ones family, same culture, etc are the same oppressive situations many of these people left their countries to seek better opportunities. But once given those opportunities and a chance to decide for themselves, a lot of these people use their liberties to create exclusion and hostility toward out groups. The indians do this in a very overt in your face way, the chinese are more polite about it but both have this way of looking out for their own and not being concerned with anyone else. As far as im conerned you should all be split up and dispersered to live in different provinces and cites. I know this isnt realitic but it would save them from what a lot of them are gunna end up be exposed to which is experiences with native born Canadians who are going to very rudly show you what happens when you disrespectf someone in their own home. \n\nThe party is over. Since I was a kid and i saw people moving abroad and starting the new life, I only saw them going there in a better country to learn, adapt , and respect the laws and locals. We still do things or festival with our community or shared our cultures to create a multi-cultural events. We don’t lose who we are and our ethnic but we don’t bring them and force into new country. We can do our thing with families, in the house, or our embassy. We are welcoming people who wants to know our cultures but not like Indians. Indians are force and likes hey looks at me. I have Indian friends who support these rejections, as they themselves admit that Indian people often lack discipline and proper manners when travelling abroad. They criticise India for its poor reputation, blaming the behaviour of its citizens. They understand why some countries no longer want to accept more Indians, as they do not want to import poor behaviour or unhygienic practices that conflict with local social norms. The reality is that the Western world is changing and, at last, becoming less politically correct. The next country likely to face scrutiny will be Pakistan, due to the violence associated with its citizens. You may call us racist, xenophobic, or worse, but Westerners no longer care. We want cleanliness, security, and respectful social behaviour in our communities. If you don't want to adhere to these norms and values, then FUCK OFF!

The employers want only Indian and Mexican workers because there cheap. This Friday I’m going homeless with my dog because I can’t find work or affordable housing. Government saying we need skilled workers is a scam they want cheap workers no sense of safety or Canadian culture. How did the government let this happen we’re fucked also how did wages not go up when cost of living doubled I don’t care about being able to buy a 1.5 million dollar house but the locals should be able to get by

Additionally, if anything is not going their way, they complain about racism and why Canadians don’t understand their culture. Yet, they have no interest in learning about and adapting to Canadian culture. Many brought with them the ways of dealing with people and doing business that are often very shady and Canadians are forced to adapt to them. I support immigration as it adds to the diversity of our culture. However, when 80% of the permanent residence VISA were issued to Indians last year, that’s not diversity. Unfortunately, have to agree with the fact that some Indians have exploited the visa process and made it a mess for the remaining well intentioned legal residents. As a Brit I know many decent integrated Indians here. But none of them are recent arrivals. Older immigrants were respectful and wanted to be British and adopt British ways. But newer immigrants act as if we owe them something while acting in disrespectful dirty disgusting ways. For example in India I have to use Indian toilets as Indians do. I don’t pretend I don’t understand how to use them, I don’t need instructions on the door and I don’t break the toilet by standing on it, shytting up the walls and all over the floor and leave it there like that’s normal. I’ve worked in offices where this was routine when Indian contractors were brought in. Integrated Indian men seem to take great pride in dressing smartly and smelling good. But it’s really common for Indians to smell REALLY BAD. Poor personal hygiene plus excessive amounts of Indian food (you’re abroad ffs try some different food!) creates a truly vile odour. Some Indian men also think it acceptable to stare at and harass British girls (although to be fair they do not have as bad a reputation as their neighbours) they are also rude and racist to white people especially women. Some Indians in 2025 still seem to think they’re living under the Raj and Britain is ‘oppressing’ them. They’re not and we’re not. The empire brought benefits to India and left peacefully over 70 YEARS ago. We don’t owe you ANYTHING. This victim mentality means India will NEVER be a proper first world country. You can flood the world with sheer numbers but you will never be respected or improve the world in any way, you will only ever leech off the invention of others. I do not mean to disrespect the many decent Indian people I’m just telling the truth. As a culture your presence outside of India is negative because of the way so many Indians act, trying to create India wherever they go. I always keep upto date with FP news but this was so biased and failed to address the issue fully and accurately. Firstly, the economy of India or the foreign policies of India has little to do with the power of the Indian passport. According to that logic US, China and Russia should be the top 3 in the passport ranking - but it is not. @3:35 The logic is visible and the west does not need to explain it. It is the quality of the people visiting the western countries. There is a significant number of Indian citizens who would migrate without the intention to return. This fact unfortunately affects everyone holding an Indian passport. FP also needs to see that middle class in India is not at a middle class standard worldwide. I presume those countries which has slightly stronger passport than India has populations which are a tiny fraction of those wanting to travel with an Indian passport.

Canadians have been left behind by their own country in favour of Indians. Canada as we know it is done, it is in severe decline and the quality of life of all Canadians has suffered from this influx. At old age homes, Canadians are being passed up and made homeless in favour of new immigrants (all Indians), all low income jobs have been taken by Indians, locals youth can't get jobs. Indians are super racist towards white or latino people (like me), and they are not taking up Canadian customs and manners. Canada is being ruined by Indians. Canadians have been left behind. 1 in 6 people globally are indian. Their breeding is out of control, and they ALL want to come here for free healthcare, hand outs and fresh water. I mean, look what they've done to India, Canada is next. It is all ready in severe decline, and quality of life is at the lowest ever because of this.

I think the reporter should do proper research. Human development index(education, job, safety, etc.) and the number of overstaying Indians are the major factors why they tend to reject a lot of applicants from India. If India could provide a better living standard, its people would tend to return and not to overstay abroad. But this is not the case. The number of Indians wanting to migrate abroad manifests otherwise. It seems like there is a scarcity of resources in India. No wonder they are shocked that people abroad give tips for a service.

As an NRI for a decade in Germany, I can assure you that not a single person in the developed western world looks at India with a nicer opinion. They think of it as a necessary baggage. They will only allow Visa on Arrival/E-Visa for people whom they respect and would like to be in the country. While I do not want to get into how some Indians behave when they are on their EU trip, Indians in India do not behave well too. This involves hygiene, roads, infrastructure, intelligence, corruption, etc. Indians tend to look at the Indian flag with tears in their eyes while listening to A.R. Rahman’s “Vande Mataram” with Bharat Bala’s video. But the reality in the western world is this: India is a loud, messy, unhygienic, poorly organized country filled with corruption and crime everywhere. Now, why would a well-developed country open their doors to potentially unruly 1.4 billion people? The reason for visa rejection is that a lot of them simply apply for a tourist visa and never leave. If someone really needs to travel, they will have the money and the motivation to apply multiple times. Hence, the first check with multiple layers of bureaucracy.

India's economy has stalled. India also has the rare distinction of being a potential economic powerhouse that won't deliver for its citizens, so its citizens want to upend their lives and move abroad . . . by any means necessary, especially visa fraud - by pretending to be students and working full-time (in violation of student visa requirements), by engaging in sham marriage for sole (and unlawful) immigration benefit, just to name a few outrageous things Indians do. I'm a foreign national of Indian origin, and I support these rejections. Every sovereign country makes it owns decisions as to who is and isn't allowed to enter their country; India is no exception, given its history of refusing visas (many a times, for political reasons). Aap karo to sahi, aap par aayi to mirchi lagi? Oh, and companies abroad get Indian IT talent not because it is good, but because it is cheap (and eventually delivers projects) - big difference. If Indian IT was so dang awesome, you'd think they'd be visionaries in the field, but nope, by and large, Indians consume; they do not invent, but rather implement existing technologies, and have little to offer to the world in terms of scientific and technological breakthroughs at present - with some exceptions.
