What about all the migrants that came from the USA over that border into Canada? Quebec has been overrun. I think its a two way flow. Plus Mexico has a visa again here so that will stop them.,

I think a lot of Americans either forgot or didn't know that a few yrs ago illegals were pouring into Canada from US from Vermont. Roxam Rd in Quebec was their landing spot. Taxis in US made a fortune taking them to the border there where they crossed into Can and were greeted by RCMP acting as baggage carriers, loading these ppl unto busses and driving them to $50.00 a day hotels. Neither Canadain or American govt did anything to stop this. Ppl died out west crossing through the woods in dead of winter in the bitter cold. Both Canada and US are very proud of our unprotected border but if the law on both sides would have nipped this in the bud both countries would not have ended up in such a mess.

The former mayor gave public funding to fight against bill 21 in Quebec. That should be a big concern, but it is not. They want police and judge with turbans.

This is misleading. Many of the illegals in Canada walking In to Quebec from USA. Now they are going back. Also.. you can't come to Canada without a visa from Mexico.. facts

As a Canadian, I find this video very ironic because we have a problem with people coming up through New York into Ontario and Quebec….\n\nImmigrants are fleeing to America and Americans are fleeing to Canada

??Those are some of the 160,000 democrat Mayor Mark Adams/Cathy Hocul bussed up to Quebec through Roxam road in Quebec over the last 3 yrs.

Thank God! 4th generation ??, here. A butt-load has crossed into our country from yours over the years. (Quebec) so I’m personally happy some are heading your way instead. \nUntil they pass a law; US & Can., or change existing ones, illegals will keep coming. We have SO many now that are untraceable in our country.

Trudeau's goal to Drown Quebec Culture via Mass Immigration (that is why he opened visas) is now affecting the rest of the World. Wow....
|
| 2024-08-04 | 0 |
Wow it's usually the other way around. We in Canada have been dealing with this but the other way around for 10yrs. It's called Roxam Rd. In Quebec!!! We've had hundreds of thousands of immigrants crossing into Canada from the U.S. No surprise really as every Western country is run by globalist.

Canada doesnt have the same laws when it comes to organized crime, it is much easier for them to exist here. Quebec especially still has biker gangs and even the Mob with their hands in everything.

Canadians were not nice to tourists last fall. Quebec had many rude shopkeeps, resterauant workers, and people on the streets. Many were very nice but not many. Where IS that border czar?

100% agree Toronto has changed dramatically - the service industry is one area that has been greatly impacted- its horribe. Agree that imigration is to blame- the most populus provinces, ontarion, quebec and BC- are bursting at the seams, esecially Toronto -

Ottawa made sure to assimilate Quebecers into Canada by importing as many migrants as there are people in the province, starting from the early 90s up to 2024 (now)

Welcome to Canada, sorry we have no place for you to live and if you thought Quebec was a good choice , HA! Not only are you no longer Canadian, your family has to speak french so that the Quebecois retain their Identity. This country is so messed up . I feel for our next prime minister Mr Poilievre what a mess to deal with.

I left that sh**hole area and moved to Quebec, because I wanted to be around those who are proud to be Canadian and proud of their land. Best decision ever!!

How is it a war on woman to abort babies hike illegals are against aborting but never pushed. School shootings are horrific but that’s one percent of Street gun violence. For money and entertainment U.S is better. So boring in Quebec no jobs.

I live in Quebec and love winter, but I do sometimes dream of living somewhere like Hawaii or California where I could eat ripe avocados and grow so much food all year round. I could build a tiny home (less regulations - so much red tape here - and cheaper bc less need of insulation and heating) and go swimming every day. This is pretty idealistic though, and could probably do these things in non-american countries. Would I consider moving to the United States? Sure I would consider it. Would I though? Probably not. Why? Similar reasons to many folks in this country:\n- lack of women's rights (still growth to do here too)\n- lgbtqia+ discrimination (here as well, but definitely to a lesser extent)\n- racism (we have this here too though... just maybe less nazis?)\n- guns (this terrifies me... anyone I know who has a gun here has it only for hunting and it's locked up in a gun case, which I think is required, when not in use)\n- healthcare (though I'm not in love with our system... I'm currently on a huge waiting list for an mri, the waiting lists to get a doctor are obscene, and can't access dental or mental health support... some of our hospitals are in such poor shape...)\n- politics and MAGA (terrifying that so many people think like that... though our political parties are pretty fucked up too... just not to the same extent)\n- school systems that teach kids the world is as old as the Bible says\n- police and prison industrial complex (seems less personal and terrifying from the outside)

The thing about rent and living cost, we're earning Canadian dollars and being taxed Canadian taxes, that lowers our incomes in a way that makes those rents harder to pay.\n\nMontréal isn't a fair picture for all of canada because Quebec does things differently than the rest of Canada. Come visit us English speakers in Southern Ontario lol

If Quebec is so good, why do they need to collect transfer payments from Western Canada? More of a welfare state in reality.
|
| 2024-07-28 | 0 |
Quebec?? lol. Grow up! It has a higher provincial debt than the rest of the country combined! And a debt almost as much as the federal debt! Arrogance and immigration problems as well.

Your video is like a message sent from heaven . I would add the long depressing winter for people living in Quebec . And also the horrible medical service if you wanna call it a service . I moved in 2011 and can’t wait to go back to Europe . In Montreal I feel like beside the medical catastrophy (you better not get sick) we are dead half of the year , locked inside - I feel miserable when me and my child get happy to see a flower pointing out at the end of winter of even grass . This is sad .

The GOOFS in our federal government need to stop allowing unskilled people in. It took the liberals YEARS to close down an illegal crossing in Quebec, where the rcmp were helping the people with their luggage.

If Quebec never wanted to separate, Pierre Eliott Trudeau wouldn’t have changed the constitution to buy ethnic votes by declaring Canada Multicultural, divide and conquer at its finest.

I crossed the bridge to PEI on my motorcycle, it cost me $26.00. The problem is there isn't much to see outside of the built-up areas! I was in Sydney Nova Scotia and the Cabot trail was beautiful on both sides. In rural Quebec, I met the nicest and most helpful (when I got lost LOL) people.

quebec is not the best province unless you only speak french. it used to be, about 50 years ago. but they heve destroyed the english community and along with it, the province with their draconian language laws. i have been descriminated against, by the police, government agencies, some store workers and french citizens (who tell me to go back where i came from) here in quebec. montreal used to be canadas largest and best city but now it has fallen to 2nd place and rapidly approaching 3rd. toronto has surpassed it, vancouver is quickly catching up, and calgary, edmonton, halifax are all growing but montreal has stagnated. i know, ive lived here all my life. there is nobody left who i grew up with. friends and family have all moved on to better places. and none of them regret it. i have been to vancouver, calgary, new brunsdwick, nova scotia and P.E.I., and i believe all of them are better than living in quebec. there is a reason why rents are cheaper in montreal, but it is catching up to the rest of the country. and there is a large homeless community. i would put quebec at 8th or 9th. and B.C. number 1 with P.E.I. 2nd.

Do not go to Quebec If you don't speak French, if you don't have $25.000 or more in your bank account

The problem is with how immigration is set up. The general population is ok with immigration as long as most people coming in adapt at least somewhat to Canadian culture while integrating their own.\n\nI'd say thats what Trudeau had/has in mind cause thats what Montreal is like. \nBut its like that cause the Quebec government focuses on secularism & French Nationality which creates a sort of blended dynamic that's still uniquely Quebecois.\n\nThat doesnt work so well in other Provinces.\n\nAlternately, the goverment may be trying to turn Canada into a true melting pot, which would create a different Canadian culture and identity than we currently have. \n\nHowever, that only works out when you bring in an equal # of people from different Countries wnd ethnicities.\n\nWhat we have right now is a system that seems to bring a certain percentage of immigrants per Country. Using that math, India and China will always send out more people as they're the most populous and crowded. Hence why Eastern Canada has a lot of Indian immigrants and Western has a lot of Chinese.\n\nThe government will need to get a handle on it and at least even it out if not also slow the flow, lest we risk a rise in xenophobia/isolationism and racism which has already started to make the rounds.

I disagree with your assessment. The province's inclusiveness should have been a trait and Quebec is not inclusive. Their eternal language and religious debates make it very hard to live here.

Any urbanist would tell you Canada is just a sprawled and poor transportation as America . It’s just Canada has a population smaller than CALIFORNIA for the whole damn country. The big five cities have transit no better than say DC Metro at best. Definitely not NYC esque. It just looks better because it’s only 10 cities worth a damn in all of Canada to live in. But Montreal (2nd biggest Canada city) vs LA? Not even close. Toronto is like DC Or Chicago transit wise . It’s great - for North America . All North America outside NY, DC, T Dot , Montreal, Chicago, and the Bay Area and maybe Vancouver and Boston/Philly have awful transit. It’s a NORTH AMERICAN issue. Nova Scotia Transit is shit. Same with most of the other non Ontario, Quebec, and Alberta cites and of Course greater Vancouver- the rest of Canada is Colombus Ohio- who the fuck cares
|

The BIG reason Montreal is so cheap is because it’s in French speaking Quebec. As soon as you go outside Montreal - you better speak perfect French or people will despise you - literally. All the other major Canadian cities are experiencing similar issues as major American cities. I am very well travelled.

Putting Quebec in first is actually insane, especially considering how much money Alberta sends in equalization payments
