I'm an 80 year old Navy veteran and I am ashamed to be an American. My wife and I walked out of a concert a week ago when the band started playing Proud to be an American. Americans are oblivious to the shit storm coming our way. They thought the economy was bad based on egg prices of $5 a dozen. You ain't seen nothing yet.

Everything this guy has said is false and he cannot back up his statements,, we have yet to hear from the Fentanyl Czar,,,, no one has increased the checking of our ports and their cargo,, lie,, lie lie,,, the money set aside for the fight in drug war is not set to come for fruition for 2 years,, America, trudeau is the most hated pm in Canada,, but you wouldn’t know that because the media in Canada is paid and sponsored by the liebrel government. Trudeau is either a liar or he doesn’t have a clue about what is going on in Canada.\nThe borders we share with the United States are far from the fortress of security that he purports them to be. If they were indeed as impenetrable as he asserts, we would not be witnessing a continuous influx of illegal firearms—responsible for a staggering 99.9% of gun-related crimes here in Canada—crossing over from our southern neighbor. Yet, these illicit weapons are making their way into our communities, alongside a troubling wave of unauthorized entries into our country.

From America, the world really acts like we owe them something.\n\nWe get called imperialists when we help, cowards and weaklings when we don’t, we get reprimanded and shit on about how we should get our nose out of everyone’s business. The rest of the world seems to have a hate boner for the US yet can’t even be bothered to figure out how to not start new world wars, can’t even be bothered to take in and handle their own refugees, can’t even be bothered to help your own people.\n\nWe The People are growing real tired of our treatment on the world stage. Furthermore, we have our own issues. We have to focus on our own country and people, because as it stands many of us are struggling to figure out how to pay rent without picking up 2nd jobs or side hussle’s. Please understand this, we voted for Donald Trump. Flaws and all. He didn’t cheat or steal his way in. He isn’t a threat to democracy, or the stability of Europe. He’s and American president for America and if any non Americans wanna take issue with that. Then come get your citizenship and vote for it, but until then, stop crying about what America is doing and focus on your own country. Who knows, if you do your own country might actually be notable enough for you to understand my frustrations :)

While I acknowledge that the way Trump and Vance addressed Zelensky could have been more diplomatic, as an American , I cannot justify allocating $360 billion of our tax funds towards resolving another counties war—especially when only half of that amount has been accounted for, and the other half remains untracked. Let that point sink in! The US is currently in $33 Trillion dolars in debt yet giving away money like candy . No other country is contributing money like we are . We simply do not have the resources to continue doing that . Our financial situation is worsening as we print more money to allocate toward other countries. Furthermore, 7% of the $33 trillion of the US debt is owed by other countries , including China . Our funds need to be utilized for our own benefit before being given away. We have veterans on the streets, the elderly suffering because SS isn't covering their basic needs , school system thatvis failing , health insurance unaffordable by most. We need to fix our own issues. We need to feed our own kids before we feed the neighbors, not the other way around.

It takes the PM of Canada to explain to the American people, in very clear and concise terms, the cost of having elected Trump. I've yet to see anything even close from any of our elected Democrats.
