I vote we flip the switch. Shut the power off to the 30 states that get a majority of their power from Canada.

I am extremely saddened and embarrassed by our president's actions. Seeing what Donald Trump has done in the past and is doing now, I pray for him and other world leaders every day. Their political choices matter. I did not vote for Trump, his first nor second term. He did so much harm during his last presidency that fueled so much division. And yes, Vladimir Putin is absolutely playing him, and he can not see that. I'll keep on praying, and leave it in God's hands. I stand with Canada, Ukraine, and Mexico.

This guy is so weak. Don't he know that we Americans don't need Canada to survive. We are Americans not Canadians we vote for Trump not this dude. He should only address the Citizens of Canada. Dear dear people of Canada if any of you read any of these comments I want you to know that there are A LOT of us who are ABSOLUTELY NOT happy, about anything that this man\n who has been elected president, is doing. There are some of us who had definitely considered asking Canada for a dual citizenship. But this, I discovered is not an easy process ? we are so sad and sorry that a portion of our citizens were able to vote this man back into the White House. More than half of us DID NOT vote for him, and those that did likely had no idea what tariffs were or certainly didn’t understand how they work. Trump was telling his MAGA Republicans that Canada is not a viable country without USA and that they subsidize Canada - Does trump know the difference between trade deficits, surplus and subsidizes??? This has nothing to do with Canada or the Canadian people. This is a pure transactional move because that is how Trump sees things. He needs the money to finance his agenda and he has been told that the money does not exist in terms of what the US Congress can provide. They won't cut military spending and they wouldn't dare touch SS or Medicare.
