Canadians want: \n \n⦁\tNo more tribal hatreds & violence in CANADA, stemming from tribal hatreds occurring in foreign countries (the hater's ancestral home). \n⦁\tNo more foreign interference in Canadian elections. \n⦁\tNo more dealing with the repercussions caused by ghost consulting in foreign countries, after they targeted their own people (before they came to Canada). \n⦁\tNo more fraudulent acceptance letters created by foreign consultants and given to their own people (before they came to Canada). \n⦁\tNo more PRIVATE 'diploma mills' in British Columbia and Ontario. \n⦁\tNo more mass social media videos posted by foreigners advertising Canadian PR & visas & permits & schools & jobs etc., like they're selling shirts. Never posted in English (with no input from Canadians including Canadian colleges/universities). \n⦁\tNo more IELTS spouses in Canada. Anchor babies. \n⦁\tNo more Canadian housing being scooped up en-mass as investment vehicles by, and for, foreign nationals. With 'slumlords' charging way too much for rent. \n⦁\tNo more foreign protestors on Canadian streets demanding permanent residency, when they don't qualify for PR (which was never guaranteed). \n⦁\tNo more foreigners asking for Canadian asylum THAT THEY DON'T QUALIFY FOR. \n⦁\tNo more visas being used to illegally cross into the USA from Canada. \n⦁\tNo more social hierarchies popping up at Canadian workplaces that divides people into groups based on their ancestry, perceived purity or worthiness, and birth. \n⦁\tNo more tech support scams, phishing, and identity theft scams linked to foreign countries. \n⦁\tNo more major auto theft cartels shipping stolen car parts to lower Asia and northern Africa. And no more foreigners speed racing on Canadian streets causing injury and sometimes death. \n⦁\tNo more Canadian charity services being recklessly advertised on social media by foreign nationals (and not in English or French). \n⦁\tNo more dealing with those who won't blend to a country’s way of living, including rules and conduct norms. Unfortunately now, Canadians are dealing with far too many people from a very low-trust society. \n \nSupport the country you live in … or live in the country you support.

I have ethnic background from Hong Kong and have been living in Canada for almost 40 years. I love Canada and am proud of this beautiful country. However, I think part of the immigration problem we have is the ongoing issue of allowing dual citizenship of everyone who have become a Canadian citizen. I have personally known lots of HK immigrants who would return to their own countries to work as soon as they have got their Canadian passports. Normally one of the parents would stay with their children here for free schooling, medical care and child tax benefits. Their children will follow their parents to go back to HK after they graduated from universities in order to avoid the higher income tax . Unfortunately, those parents will come back to retire in Canada so that they can get free health care benefits and OAS once they have fulfilled the residency requirement of 10 years. Canada do need more skilled and educated immigrants to make our country more prosperous but not those who try to take advantage of our lenient immigration policies. I think we should take back the passports of those who have left Canada for more than 2 years or those who have evaded taxes so that we do not continue to support those never contributed to our country. PS, I mentioned about HK only because of my origin and I believe the same problem would be caused by immigrants from other countries too.

As an Alaskan, I have a lot of relationships with my Canadian brethren to my south, both personal and business. While supply chain problems, housing crisis, poor wages, cost of living, and immigration, are all huge issues in Canada, but in my experience, by far, the absolute worst problem I have both witnessed and been a victim of, is the extreme level of crime. Especially organied crime. \n\nIn many rural areas the RCMP is literally run by organized crime, and it caused the justice system to resemble something you'd expect from a third world military dictatorship. I never hear western media discuss it, but the crime in Canada is probably some of the worst on the planet. I saw with my own eyes in New Brunswick for example, is completely controlled by organized crime. This has a very significant impact on the overall functionality of the system. \n\nIf you travel around the world, you will see just how aweful Canada is. I feel really bad for the people there.

As a 35 year old Canadian born citizen, at this point I would love to become a legal American citizen in any republican run state. Our economy is destroyed thanks to the Liberals and it will never be the same again regardless of who wins the election in 2025. Honestly, over flooded with Indian Students, and Indians,Indians also feel uncomfortable.Its more than 2 Millions, one million came from one Indian state - Kerala and rest from Gujarat, Haryana,Kolcutta, Bihar,etc. All Indians came Older, younger in Internation students visa that half million of them already started working or once got admission,started working,not attending school, therefore, had affected Canadians that started to loose their daily job.It has never happend like, this INDIANS are Greedy by nature because of unemployment and POOR COUNTRiES. Canadians and other nationality look around your neighborhood every Canadian Bank hires them because the Manager is East Indians. About one week ago I asked a Manager in that location why there are so many of his staff one nationality and not a mixed of other nationality he could not explain himself. Many customers in the line up asked the same question. The Manager is Indian and 99-9% is jndian. I asked myself and to others if Pierre Trudeau was alive today this would never happen. So to our current Prime Minister Head of this State it's time to clean up this mess.

How exactly do you expect me to fit in? I've spoken English and lived here since the age of 2. I celebrate Halloween and Christmas but not Pride Month, and I don’t eat Canadian food regularly. If fitting in means doing all those things, then I have questions. There are a lot of scammers around the world. It is in your duty to identify them and never fall as prey. It's not Canada's fault that you are getting deported for false information. Scammers are getting better every time. It is your duty to do your own research so you won't get involved into this mess. Yes Canada immigration also needs to screen the application very carefully so this type of nonsense will not come to pass. If you fall prey to scammers that is your own fault for not doing the right thing or even following the right process. You guys like it easy then Canada will make it also easy for you. DEPORTATION. I am an immigrant myself and we followed every single steps to become an offcial canadian citizen. It took me years to become a citizen. And I am not just talking about 3 or 4 years later, but 10 years later coming from a skilled worker.

It is 100% the Trudeau Government to Blame. As a born and raised, WHITE Canadian, I NEVER had an issue with Indian immigrants, of all the immigrants to Canada, they were the most respectful, and the most willing to “assimilate” to our culture. Come to Surrey BC! I've lived here all my life, and live about 7km's from the house I was brought home as a baby, so I've never left this city, and I, like that gentleman and lady you talked to, often feel like I am the only Caucasian in Surrey! Go by any elementary school, and you'd find it difficult to see any hair colour than straight black! Like when I went to school, so many now are driven to school by parents or grandparents that where brought over to Canada as well, so traffic around schools very often is chaotic at best! The once peaceful sound of birds singing, is now taken up with sirens, from ambulance and fire trucks, it's hideous! I too would love to move, but we keep asking, 'where'...as we'd like to be in an area with just caucasians, to feel 'at home' again! It's not that I don't like the people, but most in Surrey, are much more well off than the average Canadian, driving high end cars, and even their teenage kids have high end vehicles. So, like many Canadians, I'd just like to see normalcy & common sense once again, and a complete end to immigration, until ALL of our crisis's are taken care of!

I left Montreal and never looked back. Sure, I miss my friends, but I think I’d reached a breaking point, both mentally and physically. Stop all immigration until Canada can catch up with health care, housing and employment. Once Canada reaches that goal then allow immigration based on those issues. With this minor reduction Canada will never catch up with housing, health care and jobs. Immigrants all living in housing shelters while Canadians are in encampments. Diversity wasn't our strength, Canadian values were. Don't ever let anyone tell you canada doesn't have culture. We had a bright culture of men bejng men, woman being woman, kindness, kindness to your fellow neighbour's, pride our national game of hocker. Love of winter and al things nature related. We are the north, and that was the culture we built in for generations. Immigrants need to to adapt and learn our culture that's why you can't let in That many from ones country all at once. The current government increased immigration to have them beholding to them and so they get votes. At the same time they are leaving people that were born here, homeless and living in tent while the immigrants are taking up the shelter spaces and the Canadian tax payers footing the bill for them to live in motels and Ontario housings. I can tell you that if the homeless people in our community were voting, this would never of happened and they would not be living in our parks, in tents. As for me, I would give my address for them to have an address to vote from. All homed Canadians should be doing this to help these people have a voice in the country that they were born in. VOTING IN POWER FOR THESE PEOPLE! Make no doubt the the large portion of our homeless community have mental health issues and our society (GOVERNMENT) is not helping them. We are loosing generations of our Canadians. The Mental Health Act trumps The Rights of Freedom. Under The Mental Health Act if a person is a danger to their self or others, they are to be formed and get the help they need....SHAME ON THE GOVERNMENT

My experience has been different. Came at age 48 with family mostly for children future. Initial struggle followed by more than 20 years full time work in a company owned by Canadian but most of us working immigrants from different countries. Had a wonderful experience working as a team. Company grew from 5 including owner to about 30 when I retired. Most of of my contribution was from skills I obtained on the job. The flexibility I got was help to spouse and children. The three of them achieved good outcomes. Taxes are high. I never worried about that as children had professional education with no financial help. Only my steady basic facilities provided as I had steady though lower income than what I had back home in relative terms. What we get back from taxes we pay in health civic facilities education for children is great return of taxes paid. What I got was quality living. No luxuries. My purpose of coming here more than fulfilled. Happy family. Grand children now enjoying higher quality of life than what I had or my own children had. I do notice recent trends of immigrants expectations not very encouraging. I have enjoyed the multicultural atmosphere friendship and regard for each other. My colleagues and I have been of great asset to the company we worked in.

Immigration needs to stop entirely. I would go so far as to send asylum seekers that are already here elsewhere, or send them home. Especially since the majority of them could have settled in dozens of other countries but skipped over them to come here and America.\n\nShut it down completely and focus on Canadians. This is disheartening... this means that my husband will never be able to live with us. My children will grow up without their father, and for some reason, Canadians are OK with Canadian children growing up in a broken home. It's going to take 35 months, for my husband to be able to immigrate to this country. That's 2 1/2 year that my kids won't have a dad, our son especially is suffering. He has a serious disease, is often hospitalized, and I'm a married woman living as a single mother. Now I'll need to rely on the government for more financial support, and my 6 year old is actually depressed because his dad is years away from being with him. I work full time, have a great home, and a side business. But now I'll need to depend on meds and disability support to take care of my child, when he has an ablebodied father that can support us, especially when our child is in one of his regular hospitalization. You all are cruel.

As FRENCH, I think it is more an issue with policies set by both governments!!! You know you bring students IN and why don’t you build houses and encourage construction???? In France, many students (mainly Africa, and French departments like Guadeloupe, Tahiti or Martinique) come to study there (for free and we are proud of it!!!) BUT - unlike Canada - we do NOT have the same issues as Canada (our healthcare is NOT under pressure and our housing prices haven’t really increased that much as compared to Canada for example!!!) to me, the students are NOT to blame!!! It is the fault of the deciders (at different level) who have FAILED to set the right policies!!!! The schools are also to blame as some (not all) are so obsessed with making profits out of the higher international fees, which by way, subsidize Canadian students!!! So in Canada (not in France or Germany), the money that allows schools to function come from international students who BRING LOTS OF MONEY for the Canadian economy!!!! in France, it is different as the universities are FREE and are fully subsidized by the French government… but yes;) you have to speak French fluently to attend them!!! \nSo dear Canadians, do not blame foreign students thanks to whom your universities thrive and remain existant!!! Without them (namely the Indians too), the Canadian universities will struggle to find money and funding! Remember, the system in France is TOTALLY different!!!!\nAlso, reading from comments, I notice that many here have NEVER alert their own country!!! Stop blaming foreigners if YOU, YOURSELF DID NOT even get the BALLS to dare studying in places different than yours (like Germany, France, Sweden, Japan…)!!!! On my LinkedIn I get people from all over the world who want to come, from Europeans to Brazilians and all these people contact me looking for opportunities. Our gov't prioritized low wage workers who they can practically enslave with minimum wage short term then turn around and kick them out.\n\nThis is the most egregious thing I've ever seen and they do it the most Canadian way too, with a smile and popish attitude. \n\nAll these Walmart, Tim Hortons, basically all these service jobs should be going to locals and locals ONLY! I've never seen an indian eating from Tim Hortons but 100% of the people who work there are indian. Why? because they're working in slave labor.

The government brings them here and they don’t want to work they live off the government I understand there is some that are willing to work and build their dream but most of them just come here to take advantage of the system and receive welfare and take all the resources from Canadians including the veterans and people born in this country who are homeless liberals are completely clueless I never see a homeless immigrant most of them are either white or native it is ridiculous ! We need to help our own citizens and people born in this country before we help anyone else

I'm not voting Liberal this time a round. Immigration needs to stop immediatly..... intill they implement a plan that makes sense for CANADIANS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Help really refugees but not ahead Canadians. They claim they need to help fill jobs such as health care. Really? Trudeau increased immigration from 1x to 4x in a very short span and the country has never been worse...he needs to visit Toronto and get out of his bubble. The church over at King and Church st.... The garden of edan they call it is filled with tents for the first time this summer. Never happened before. The quality of life for too many people is extremely difficult. The government programs within service ontario are also discriminating against Canadians. There for new comers for the most part despite our tax dollars paying for it and we cant get help. Need to pause immigration in its entirity intill a plan is in place that makes sense .
