Trump should raise %25 on petroleum product so that the US citizen are paying for it
2025-01-26 0
Do you idiots believe this will raise your rating, you idiots don't realize, the money we save not supporting illegal immigrants, will pay for it self, win, win, we'll eventually run out of illegal immigrants, then save money, yippee, go Trump!

Democrats are the worst people. You allowed all these problems and your reasoning for not fixing them is it will raise prices. Democrats already raised price's. You didn't care about your failed policies causing inflation. C'mon Dems wake up. America or get out.
2025-01-26 0
Good, raise the tariffs until they take their people back.
2025-01-26 0
This is all fake news the only fkn thing true is hes raising tariffs. The prices just went up on some goods. Fk i said this ni66u was the bankruptor in chief. Hes here

Translation: DumDum is raising the cost of coffee.
2025-01-26 0
How is raising the price of coffee going to hurt Colombia?
2025-01-26 0
In this case: raising revenue for the country = get Americans to pay tariff taxes
2025-01-26 0
So Trump just made goods from Colombia more expensive FOR AMERICANS. That revenue Trump is raising is COMING FROM AMERICANS, not from foreign countries.
2025-01-26 0
These Liberal Pinheads keep pushing their BS . Tariffs don't affect USA Consumers . Most Countries around the World have had Tariffs against the USA for Decades on certain Goods . It's a Protectionist Tool to keep USA Goods out of their Countries . The EU has had Tariffs against USA Cars for Decades now . Trump has railed against that for Years . USA Consumers will buy what they want or can Afford . If Countries that are Tariffed try to Raise the Prices of their Tariffed Goods to bet aroud the USA Tariffs , Trump could either reject their Goods with Sanctions , OR American Comsumers just won't buy them simple as that . The USA doesnt need alot of Products from other Countries Really . Those Countries need the USA Market More so they will comply with USA Demands eventually

Trump says raise money? Bahahaha does he know how tarriffs work??? Ummm no. Americans pay more. They dont make Trump more money. Joke. Joke. Joke! Get ur head out ur a@@ north americans!
2025-01-26 0
Someone please makes sense of this for me. I'm placing a tariff on Columbian goods because i couldn't be bothered to pick up the phone and work with my allies? I'm raising prices by 25% on OIL, COFFEE and PETROL which will raise prices for the very voters i promised on day 1 to lower their living costs.\nSomeone please make sense of these opposing contradictions please. Does anyone actually believe he's so stupid as to still not fully grasp and comprehend that a tariff is a DOMESTIC direct consumer tax and the exporting country doesn't pay a copper penny to the US treasury? \nTrump's policies are to remove cheap labour from the country, while raising prices on every product coming into the USA . This is the moronic insanity MAGA voted for and millions of Dems stayed at home to not vote against. What a monumental mess in a week. Encore.
2025-01-26 0
Trump just raised your coffee prices MAGAts. Make America Pay More Again.
2025-01-26 0
Rump and republicans are going to raise taxes on everyone with tariffs to pay for billionaires tax cuts. Watch the money flow!
2025-01-26 0
What a big baby. Hurt people because you didn’t get your way. Typical narcissist. It’ll just raise prices too, even though his clueless supporters thought they were voting for cheaper prices LOL!
2025-01-26 8
According to the law, the POTUS is allowed to raise tariffs up to 15% for six months. After which, Congress has to vote to extend the tariffs.
2025-01-26 0
But.... did the price of eggs and gas go down?\nAll those who voted for this, get ready to pay more for food\nI had to school someone about Tariffs today ? \n\nTrump’s tariffs could tank the economy...\nThough Trump inherits a strong economy and low inflation, he’s proposed a 10 to 20 or even more \n tariff on all imports, and a 60 percent tariff on all imports from China. The Budget Lab at Yale estimates that this policy alone could raise consumer prices by as much as 5.1 percent and could diminish US economic growth by up to 1.4 percent. An analysis by the think tank Peterson Institute for International Economics, finds that Trump’s tariffs, when combined with some of his other proposals such as mass deportation, would lead to inflation rising between 6 and 9.3 percent.
2025-01-26 0
and now all other countries sending in goods to America will raise prices(10-20%) knowing America has lost goods coming in from Colombia
2025-01-26 0
tariffs only hurt taxpayers. we carry the burden. he can raise prices on imports Columbia will just raise the orices of the products its importing to cancel out trunps tariffs. guess who is left with the expense? we are

Seems like that bridge needs a draw bridge portion that can be raised when this happens.

The Indian immigrants that came in the 70s and the 80s are good people and raised their family well. Not the recent ones who throw food on the street.

I was raised in a middle class family and my golden retriever is smarter than a woke Democrat. ???

We as Canadians ended to figure out what we want, cause this shit is contradictory. We want to “reduce the deficit” but don’t want to”raise taxes” but also hate when government “cuts government roles”. Those things are oppositional. We want to “slow immigration”, but then don’t want such a “backlog” as it severely impacts our economy. We are such a confused country who just wanna complain
2025-01-22 0
What about a baby born with one American and one immigrant parent? Then what happens with that baby, can they deny that child its citizenship even though literally half its bloodline was born and raised in the U.S.?

I have lived in Canada but born and raised in Belfast N. IRELA D.\nIN 1963 enlisted in the USMC 1963 to 1966 honorable discharge but returned to my choice Toronto. Canad

After living in the US 30 yrs and raising 2 kids, I had to return to Canada for family reasons, and THE biggest difference is the comfort in knowing my health care is covered without having to pay 100's of dollars a month for that secure feeling.

Thank you for raising our concerns Miss Propaganda Sharma ?
2025-01-19 0
Come to the UK, our government will let you in, set you up in a house and give you free housing benefits. You will earn more than someone who works and no questions will be asked and taxes will be raised AGAIN for us that do work. ?‍♂️

I really lost all respect for Palki, she has become the person she criticizes others for. A propaganda machine. Its hard time that she raises real issues that India is facing currently, increasing unemployment rates, low per capita income and most importantly, civil regulations. Because I been to your country multiple times now and I love the experience too but when I see and hear certain things my heart sinks. The government must be held accountable.
2025-01-17 0
It's easy to understand this. Indians love to leave their country behind and settle in New land. They bring with them some behaviors that are eye brow raising. Coupled with the sheer number of people that come from India, it feels like an infestation.
2025-01-17 0
I was raised in Canada and left in 2004.. everyone says it’s way more expensive now
2025-01-17 0
We went to leave Canada too and both my husband and I were born and raised in Canada. We even moved from southern Ontario to Saskatchewan to Alberta. It is so unsustainable and sad to see that the government doesn’t care about their citizens. I never voted liberal but regardless of that, it shouldn’t be this hard and I don’t see it getting better - only worse.

Do Indians higenic in their own country and abroad?\nDo South Indians welcome north indians in their states ?\nThe one who goes abroad for study do small part time jobs, will they do the same thing in India ?\nAlmost 50% of Indian students study on subsidies which is a tax payers money, do they wish to contribute back by working in India?\n\nIf answer to all these is NO why would any other country will welcome you ? Is it government' false ?\n\nIf we are saying Indian middle class is growing in numbers then how could a bad economy policy will grow this numbers, If the polocies are so bad number of poor people would have raised in numbers

Issue raised by legit visa applicants. Unfortunately actions of many of their fellow countrymen such misused of visa have make a dent on them.
2025-01-16 0
Indians, like applicants from many other countries, may face challenges in obtaining visiting visas due to several factors, including:\n\nProof of Intent to Return: Visa officers often assess whether applicants have strong ties to their home country, such as family, employment, or property, to ensure they return after their visit.\n\nEconomic Conditions: The visa may be denied if an applicant's financial situation does not demonstrate sufficient funds to support their trip or raises concerns about overstaying.\n\nPrevious Travel History: A lack of prior international travel or a history of overstaying visas in other countries can negatively impact the application.\n\nIncomplete or Incorrect Applications: Errors or incomplete information in the application can lead to rejections.\n\nPerceived Risk of Overstay: Some countries have strict policies based on immigration patterns and may scrutinize applications from countries with higher rates of visa overstays.

Turdeau highlights the problems that he himself has caused, and then his solution is to pour more tax dollars into the economy raising inflation even more. Then he has the audacity to say nobody has a quick fix to the problem. Getting rid of him is a start.

You're better off staying in the U.S. I lived in Canada for years. Now in the States. The Canadian dollar is not nearly as strong as the American dollar. You can also forget about ever being a homeowner in Canada especially the major cities like Toronto you're looking at 1 million dollars for starter. Let's not forget the other hair raising cost of living. Healthcare is free in Canada but if you have a life threatening illness forget it. You can die waiting to get care!

In my workplace, I have had positive interactions with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, including Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and other Asian cultures. Regrettably, issues have arisen with some Indian coworkers due to their inclination to work solely with other Indians. My experiences with Pakistani and Bangladeshi colleagues have been particularly pleasant, as they have consistently demonstrated kindness. However, some Indian colleagues have displayed narcissistic tendencies and a lack of respect, prioritizing their own needs above others. This selfish behavior has created difficulties for Canadian colleagues, who find it challenging to work collaboratively with these individuals. Moreover, I have noticed that some Indian employees, upon securing a job, focus exclusively on hiring other Indians, leading to a lack of diversity in the workplace. This has raised concerns about racism, as some Indian individuals have exhibited prejudice towards black and white colleagues, often using derogatory language and pretending to work while failing to make meaningful contributions.

I was born and raised in brampton. I am now 41 years old. When i was 20 i remember when the indians started to come into brampton they were taking our jobs because they would work for minium wage without benefits. Then they stated to buy the houses and bring in their families they had like 10 to 20 people living in one house, so only needing to work for minium wage they were able to purchase the houses faster. Then the stores started opening up and theis is when i left. Brampton was the best place in ontario to live (close to everything, small enough to feel like a town but yet big enough that it had everything available) \nNow its a shit hole

I have been living in canada my whole life and worked my ass off to get into a really prestigious university program. Everyone I knew is looking to leave Canada, and mind you these are all HIGHLY skilled stem grads. I am included in that as well, I love Canada, but I am also an Indian, nobody sees the difference between me(someone who has been raised here) and someone fresh from India with no lack for the culture. (unless they hear my accent) I don't think staying is worth it. Probably looking to head to the states.

Actually it is soo true. I have considered german for my education because it is less expensive than USA but I don’t see my full life in Germany because of language barriers and not promoting other nationals in higher positions. Go to USA you will find half of the top CEO or engineers Indians but come back to Germany and you won’t find many, this is because Germans don’t usually promote other nationals in managing positions higher than them. This is not welcoming so folks it is better if you come for your education, gain some work experience, explore europe as much as you can then move to USA and build your own home and raise kids, again push them to come to germany for free education of bachelors and masters ?

I am a senior and live in Vancouver, BC and my son who has dual citizenship lives in Seattle, WA. His wife and him will move back to Canada when he retires. I visit Seattle and enjoy going there. The shopping is great fun especially with all the big store headquarters being there and we can't forget Trader Joe's. I don't drink alcohol anymore, but the cost, volume and availability is crazy. He also lived in New York and lived a train ride away to the suburbs (great system) and was a lovely area to raise a family. Visited NYC and loved it. I've lived in Montreal and just love big cities. In saying all that, I think were all basically the same, however I could never permamentally live in the US. I can no longer afford the outrageous travel health insurance to travel to the USA because of my age and health issues. I have a primary doctor and four specialists that I see on a regular basis, waiting for a hip replacement and none has cost me a cent. Oh yes, I get free dental care. I wouldn't move to the states, but would sure like to visit again. Politics is a whole other subject.
