My biggest thing with all of this is Canada, Mexico, Ukraine and dozens. Other countries /nations had no issue when we were aligning their pockets with money. Mind you OUR TAX MONEY as someone who had damage from the last two hurricanes to my home/roof I filed for FEMA, I was denied in less than 12 hours.
