Regarding competition this is v true ,.every major industry is dominated by a few big players the small get acquired. This is not new, competition law is weak in Canada, very weak. It's been like this for more than 3 decades, conservative or liberal governments alike. Both didn't care to enhance competition, and open this over protective market to foreign investments.

This is all too true. I live in Ontario and all I see is Indians and Pakistani people everywhere. When I get on public transport, I get lucky if I see a white, black, or latino person. It's just Indians and Pakistanis everywhere. I don't feel like I'm living in Canada anymore, I feel like I'm living in India. But, I've had enough. As a Greek/Canadian citizen, I plan on going back to Greece or maybe Thailand, Vietnam, or South Korea, where I don't have to put up with seeing and dealing with Indians and Pakistanis anymore.

Absolutely none of these issues are exclusive for Canada. Name me ONE country which inflation and housing prices aren't messed up, at the moment. Maybe you can find 1 or 2 tax havens in which those aren't an issue. You could argue that the disparity of income-rent prices is higher in Canada than everywhere else, but that's just not true. Chill the fuck out, it's bad everywhere.

100% true, being Canadian resident I lived there for only 18 months and migrated. Problems are everywhere jobs, medical, racism, drugs is a major, and lot more. Many things we haven’t faced in India even we were unaware of, get to know in Canada.

P.S. The friendship thing is true about Canada in general. Canadians like to show good face and they're super friendly on the streets. But. When you actually try to get close to people, you quickly realize they're incredibly selfish and all about themselves. I've lost all my friendships recently (my choice), because I saw how toxic they were all becoming, and I've found trying to make new friends that they're just plastic copies of the old friends I had to get rid of. - From someone who was born and has lived in Canada for 36 years.

The only people to blame for this is the immigration dept. If they had proper rules in place then only proper educated and decent people would've come there instead of many people with criminal or rowdy background who even falsify there IELTS score. As someone said in comments that most of the people in Canada especially Brampton are from small villages in Punjab who have barely seen n lived in big cities in India itself. And it's true everyone in India knows that Brampton is mini Punjab, Punjab with cold weather. I have many friends who have gone to Canada and some of them were living in Brampton also for some time, but everyone left, they all say that Brampton is just a rowdy place and does not seem like you are in a developed country coz of the ruckus the Punjabi people make their and most of the educated people going from India to Canada wants to avoid Brampton.

My Aunty settled in USA for 30+ years come to India only for her health care needs and major surgeries. She has mentioned the same situations that USA and Canada has faced. Also to mention the Racism and Gun violations, that’s too much. As a Canadian living in Canada for 20 years. This is 100% truth when it comes to Canada's medical care system. Furthermore, the issues with drugs and housing shortage to 100% true. One thing that Canada has for itself is the clean air and nature in national parks ( to get there you will need a car and DL). The other issue that would have mentioned is the house buglery, auto thefts, and gun shoots in schools, that the police in Canada no longer are willing to address. Lastly, it's critical for everyone to comprehend that the government itself knows that it's bad so they started a government sponsored suicide program for being able to get timely medical care. For example after waiting for 3 years for a knee replacement surgery, the doctor left the province and my mom was told that she can opt for medically assisted suicide if the pain was unbearable.

If you don't live in Canada, you don't have the rights to make a video on this topic. Yes, your information is true, but you should also consider that in India, there are no suitable places to live due to unemployment and inflation.

Last 3 minutes are true. Do your own research. If you are highly skilled, any place is good for you. But reality is people who could not secure admission in any college in India , come to Canada thinking life will change here. They end up doing low paying jobs here and then struggle with drugs , homelessness, high rent etc. Study in India if you are capable , or come for reputed MBA and come for jobs. Don't come to study diploma courses , noone is going to give you jobs with those diploma , certificates other than McD and Tim hortons.

But as a Country Canada has a right to stop or slow down immigration if it is in the best interest of Canada and their economy. Australia, Singapore, USA all have done that. In Trump era, USA was very strict on Visa policies and many Indians moved out of USA. The points highlighted are true, but the main reason is Indian student just want to go to Canada and believe the so called agents…Honestly, the agent trap these student in bogus colleges which would demand high fees and no career option…. Students also blindly take this option… when agents tell them… no Ielts required… no work experience required etc…. Even student should think when I don’t have credit how come these colleges accepted me…. Soo true.. I came here thinking all is good in first world country but reality is different. Healthcare is worse even with so little population, Indian healthcare is far far better we forget to appreciate specially considering population in India. No customer service in canada, most services are closed on weekends they don’t care even if ur dying.. India see seekh loo customer service. Plus education is worse they charge high fees but professors are worst they higher anyone that fits their budget not on merit. People occupy positions from graduation until they retire so no scope of growth or upskilling and they get threatened by highly qualified and ambitious Indians who come from fast paced environments. I am a big fan of your videos because of their relevance and practicality. However, for this video, I would say that 60-70% is true but 30-40% is inaccurate. I am currently staying in Canada and I am also experiencing some of the mentioned issues at the end, which are prevalent worldwide and have their pros and cons.

Some of the data shared is incorrect. For example you dont need 190k salary for mortgage. Even someone with an average income of 60k can own a home. Housing crisis is in major cities like Toronto, Vancouver the same like we see super expensive housing in Mumbai for example. \n\nPregnant lady does not have to wait for 30 weeks. That is completely incorrect. \n\nThe drug problem and the images that you share is from Vancouver which you mentioned already but that is not the case you see in Ontario, Alberta or any other province. Its like how Punjab has drug problem but it doesnt mean that Gujarat is the same when it comes to drugs. \n\nThe protests currently happening around deportation is also due to the fact that so many students from India were scammed by an Indian agent who sent them to Canada on fake admission letters. Those students were not enrolled in any colleges and came to Canada on fake documents. \n\nI agree that Canada is very difficult for immigrants to come and build at this point. This wasnt the case 10 years back. But this is true to only densely populated cities. Everyone wants to go to Toronto and Vancouver so it has made the situation tough in those cities. But there are other provinces and cities that are still easy to settle down and build your life. \n\nCanadian locals being not immigrant friendly is not whole truth. Some % of locals yes they are fed up of too much immigration but do search for videos or news article of Indian students in Brampton fighting and you will get the answer on why some of the Canadian locals are being wary about immigrants now a days. \n\nIt is hard to settle down in Canada yes. All things mentioned in video is true. I have been living in Canada from past 4 years and I do agree with all points. Houses are unaffordable and rents have gone too high. There are NO JOBS as well. I cannot even recover my student loan, instead I've to ask for more money. I cannot even afford a car as well here. Things are worst here. I'll repeat DON'T COME TO CANADA.

I Lived in Vancouver, Canada for about 8 years and decided to return to India in Aug 2023. I've been happy ever since. All the problems stated in the video are all 100% true, and were the main reasons why I decided to come back. I felt extremely insecure there.

I am super happy that you guys made video on this , stating facts and figures which are completely true, I am student living in Canada, I came from India last year to have change from my routine , and I can say I have faced all most all the issues raised in the video, I do feel that Canada isn’t the problem in my life but it does adds up in my struggle and I would not recommend anyone to come in Canada without knowing the drawbacks, at the same time I don’t feel like it’s the worst country to stay in but , but living here is not sustainable for longer period of time.

100% true. I pay 30% as tax of my income and nothing we get in return. Last year, l was pregnant and as showed in the video...got gynecologist after 4 months...luckily l got it, because l didn't even have a family doctor at that time. Worst experience was my delivery. They discharged me on 3rd day, and l got admitted in emergency again on 4th night. Horrible thing is that l waited 5 hours in emergency. ?....list is long ....Canada is a trap.

Some facts are true but honestly its not that bad.. people do qualify for mortgages with 80k income as well.. may be a smaller house.. and the point where they mention we will pay debt for the rest of our life think of the time when our parents took loan to build houses in india and they paid a debt as well. It is because any first generation will have a struggle in any new place or country.since we were born in families where house was not a problem in india we think its easy. May be just move to a different city like move to Delhi from punjab and buy a home there. Can a youg guy in his 30’s take a loan from bank in india and make those big EMi’s in india which is about 30 to 50k a month in india.? Its going to be hard to buy a home in india itself coming from a middle class family.. so the mortgage struggle is relevant every place or a new city.\nAlso think of the basic things like cleaner air and water which people love in canada which by the way its almost impossible to get a Air quality index of 2 to 4 in any city in India.. basic things make a huge difference. anyways. Agreed with all your points and thanks for sharing. But honestly, I fail to understand two points here. 1. People living in Canada and commenting that it is true and they are baffled with this whole situations, when exactly you are coming back to India? People will tell you that they want to come back but no one will. It is because those who actually left for Canada in order to have a better lifestyle are still having a better lifestyle in Canada and they will never return back (atleast in the near future). They left for Canada citing the reasons that India is polluted and they are toured based on religion (you know exactly whom I am talking about) but whatever the case is...they are still not coming back. 2. No country is perfect, I agree that Canada has its own problems to deal with but then why Indians are leaving for US, UK and Australia where racisms and cost of living high too? It is because they have issues with India too and those who have issues with a well diverse and prospered country like India, will have problems in other country as well.
