I'm amazed that educated skilled people still go to main Western countries. I would seriously opt for a Caribbean country or somewhere like Iceland, but probably the Caribbean. These dense racist, expensive, war hungary and in-debt countries aren't the end all and be all.

Amazing video, A friend of mine referred me to a financial adviser sometime ago and we got to talking about investment and money. It amazes me why people do not understand that Canada will never stop immigration. Students come here to improve their knowledge and better their career opportunities, not to do low-wage jobs even after having a better degree than most Canadians don't. I suggest students come to Canada for a good degree program either a bachelor's or master's and then find a job in their line of education because you can see the draws happen at least twice a month.

If they spend a huge amount of money to get an education, then why are most of them taking useless courses that will leave them with no skills whatsoever????? Take an amazing course in India. Become a Doctor, India has the best Doctors IMHO. Spending a fortune to come to Canada to get a diploma that will get you a minimum wage job seems rather foolish to me.

Honestly speaking, I never thought that there’s a lot of issues going on in Canada, during the college seminar, we were told that there’s good education (which is completely true), good pay rates for work, good housing and good society. After coming to Canada, I realized the rents are sky high, homeless people everywhere (it’s not their fault, they are homeless because of the government), drugs & weeds, everything’s expensive, high tax, couldn’t able to get even a low wage jobs? if I know these things are going to happen then I won’t come to Canada, also I don’t have enough money to pay back my education debt and I can’t go home without earning a single penny, I’m trying my best to spread awareness about the real issues that’s going on in here and I hope people will think twice before coming to Canada. \n\nOther than that, Canada?? is a beautiful country with amazing people, places and culture, I would love to be a part of it but if the situation is not gonna improve then I prefer to go back to India??

Why not return back to India, most amazing, most powerful and most richest countries according to insians ?? See the GDP India is much richer than Canada..

Canada was so amazing when I was a kid growing up in the 80's, 90's and even early 2000s, but these days it is a tough market for most things.

This guy helped a lot of Canadians during COVID when a huge number of Canadian health care workers abandoned their jobs. Or, is everyone forgetting that? Walked the amazing city of Toronto across Bloor, down Yonge to King Street across to Bathurst yesterday afternoon. No issues at all. Seems like the Toronto i was born and raised in. Saw a concert then walked from Ontario Place up to King and across to University between 11:00pm to around 12:30. Smiled as I saw countless couples sitting on benches enjoying the cities energy. Bars were busy. Women waiting for buses, going to walks, grocery runs. Subway was busy for 1am with every walk of life, including four 4 20 something young women heading back home after a night out.\n\nLove my city.\n\nSad some people don't get to know her and just bag on her for political reasoning.

a lot of people are talking like this but ya know what\n\nWe still have amazing and free health care\nEverytime I go to the grocery store I can get everything under the sun\nWe have a good main highway , I know its not perfect but for the most part I can drive accross the entire 4000km country\nI have a decent paying job, and yes rents expensive ~ but with proper budgeting it is possible\nWe have ocean views on each side of our country, all the first world stores and options.\n\nI think there is a lot of room to improve, but globally countries are all facing inflation, corrupt poltics, drug abuse .. and yes a lot of our mandates are way out of whack\n\nBut I still feel living in Canada is a dream, but not in the big city - thatss for sure !\n\nCook for yourself at home, get ride of all those monthly payments for apps\nStop travelling so much, find an affordable and simple vehicle you can pay off\nWork hard, work as much as you can, dont shop or buy expensive things ..\n\nBuild a garden, show up to your job, find something that pays you for what you know..\n\nThe dream is still alive in some of us ! I think seeing what the rest of the world is going through will be a reminder that its not just isolated to our country.

Amazed that Canada being such a resource rich country cannot even provide affordable housing for her people. Learn from Singapore, with zero natural resource but still have 85% house ownership. Perhaps Canada should outsource managing the country to the smart Singaporeans!

Before coming to this amazing country in 1990. I had tried living in Germany and the United States but nothing was much opportunistic about the Northern Canadian Territory. As a refugee, there were no better choice but now the lack of accountability with realestate and common day actions, makes me think that the country is another Banana republic and needs to counter corruption on the way the system runs unfortunetly to say.

Bravo to your courageous decision to start a new journey and chapter of your life. If I have to guess, I think you’re moving to China. Congratulations and welcome to the land of my birth. China is an amazing place now, I go back to visit every year. It’s safe, clean, very convenient and affordable.

I'm amazed by the check list that goes on in people's minds. You can't predict the future and even your Soviet union stopped at 5 year plans. I left Canada on a whim in 1994. I never thought I couldn't come back if I wanted or needed to. My bet is you met a guy in Serbia (let's say) and want to be in a reasonable place where it's financially possible to build a home and start a family. You enjoyed the perks of growing up in a safe country, got to learn an universal language that opens up doors everywhere, got general education (math, geography etc) and now will probably live in a 2nd/3rd world country thinking that it’s amazing. As someone who grew up in one of these countries, us kids that get to actually be born in there don’t have the same life. You have no idea what it is to be a citizen in one of these countries by actually being born there and not by being you, a well educated person coming from a developed country. Good luck with that!
