You can gather tens of thousands of people to illegally invade a country but you’re telling me these same folks can’t put their heads together to build themselves a town. Or to gather in front of their politicians house and clean out their corruption in their country. Or to formulate a deal with some other country’s so they can get some funding to startup opportunities in their own communities. There’s enormous value in the fact that you can have this many people gather in person the problem is nobody has the brains or intelligence to be a good leader so that the human effort isn’t wasted. Even if they were to get in the problems their facing will not be solved. The problem is that that many people are putting their heads together and the best idea they all can come up with is to invade a country risking life and limb, abduction, and SA at the hands of smugglers and cartels is crazy.

Stop whitewashing your wording. They are not undocumented migrants. They are illegal immigrants! I'm sorry that words hurt you guys and possibly the majority of your viewers but that's the truth! If someone wants to come here, I have no problem with that nor do the majority of Americans. This is an amazing nation. However, there are many legal ways to do it. So let me make sure I understand! We, the US people, will be paying 25% more for all products coming in from Columbia. No one in Columbia will pay extra. This would essentially slow down products coming in from Columbia or any other country. The US people pay for this. It could or will change the behavior of these countries, but WE pay for this!!!

Colombia did not accept because they were on military planes. If they would have been treated with respect and like human beings and arrive on commercial jets, they would have accepted. Colombia wouldn't pay diddly it would be Americans, period. Tariffs, historically, don't work because the citizens pay them on any goods that come from that country. Colombia was always gonna bring its people home, but they made sure to do it the right way. Instead of using military planes for deportations like they were criminals, President Petro's government sent a regular plane. That way, the folks coming back were treated with respect and dignity. If the U.S is going to offer Asylum to some people, require them to do the application process from their own country or else they can't be processed. That will stop them from coming to the Mexican border.

Imagine you have your family, including small kids and older parents in your home and had one extra room for rent, you put ads out in the paper and interview some people for the spot, but while you are doing that, someone walked in your door and put all their things in your the room and then expected you to totally be cool with it. Anyone in their right mind, would be frustrated, even if that person was really nice and and said they'd pay rent. Any sane person would say, leave, go through the interviews, background checks, and then we'll see if it works out. It's not that you don't want to help them, but you have an order and a procedure that is in place for many reasons. \n\nImmigration is the same. It's not that the administration is anti-immigrant. We welcome ANYONE to come, you just need to come through the approved channels.

All the energy that is going to deporting people. Hopefully someone will do the cost-benefit. Seems like a major waste of time. Imagine if the Border Bill had been passed in 2024 and by now we could have had this all under organized control without all of this spending so much money, time and effort in rounding people up and deporting them.
