For all of you supporting Zelenskyy, the man cannot even account for $100 billions -- yes, billions with a B -- given to his country, and his stupidity plays right into the hands of starting WWIII, if we're not in it already. You can't negotiate with only one side. And for Canada, Canada has been charging us high tariffs for years, but no one has pointed out that unfairness.

Curious, what is a better solution to tariffs already imposed by Canada on the US? It's amazing that Canada's solution is to argue there is no justification...I'd ask Trudeau, what does Trump want? It's not just products that we MUTUALLY benefit from selling to each other, the US generates significant profits from its many operations in Canada, and those $Billions of dollars in profits that go back to American Investors is not included in the 'Trade Imbalance' that is a justification for the tariffs. With those profits included, I'd bet Canada is the nation with the imbalance not in its favor...

With these tariffs and lack of diplomacy with Ukraine we will probably see US Companies start moving to Canada, as well as foreign partners of US switching to Canada. Trump is too chaotic and disruptive, which is awful for any company wanting to grow in the US.

As an American, I don’t watch CNN clips and believe what politicians say on either side to get my news. However, it’s absolutely true that EU, and China places tariffs on the US. It is also true that United States provide most of the security for all the free nations. At what point do we say enough? I do not know if Mexico or Canada has tariffs on US goods before this. But if they did, they have become quite entitled, haven’t they.

Tariffs have never worked, history has shown that all they do is raise the cost to the consumer and the profits to the corporations. We put tariffs on washing machines once and then the manufacturers her in the USA also raise the prices on dryers also even though there was no tariff on them. Corporate greed will use this to gouge us the consumers.
