My recent experience was an Indian origin co-worker who needlessly put his tractor trailer into the median. Upon receiving a dangerous driving charge he claimed it was because he was brown. Sorry dude, falling asleep at the wheel has nothing to do with race.\n\nThat said I work with numerous India co-workers who put in solid long days to support their families. In Vancouver, the home prices are skyrocketing, the personal taxes are almost half the income, the people are too busy to work to mingle. I don't like the thought that people can do supported drug use freely. It's beyond me to understand that. Why would a governemnt provide drugs for addicts in the guise of harm reduction? I was in Hastings 3 weeks ago and I saw the crackheads just blatantly doing drugs in the streets. A lot of used up needles are on the ground. There is a market of stolen stuff. It is quite scary to walk around. My son don't like it here even when he is born here. The kids are becoming cynical and angry for no reason. A lot just bully for fun. Prostitution is legal and rampant, you would think the young pretty girls are innocent but a lot are actually sugar babies. I'm in the medical field but I don't support euthanasia. I'm quite open-minded but not to the point of loosing my morals just because Canada is allowing it. It is also getting saturated with races with various beliefs. While I don't mind them, I worry that the tensions & clashes may become too close for comfort. In short, I think the country is becoming too expensive & liberated to raise a young imppresionable child in. Yes, we are also leaving Canada for an affordable, safer, more fun & happy place. It doesn't matter if it is not as progressive as Canada for as long as there is better humanity in the place...

I would have moved to China but I moved to Australia to be in Australia. Didn't assimilate and brought terrorism to Canada with the kalastanis.. I have also experienced medical fraud with radiologists from India and an Indian gp... good people in every race.. but the bad ones have now spoiled it for everyone. It feels like India! There are many cultures in this country but other races do not dance or play their traditional music in public places! We want to keep Western values in public places! My Indian parents came to Canada from Dubai in the early 80s and I grew up in Canada. The problem is, the Indians coming to Canada now are not the immigrants who used to come here. 20- 50 years ago, when immigrants came to Canada, they understood that they are moving to a new country with different laws, values and culture and they have to assimilate accordingly because they planned to call Canada home. To get into Canada, you had to have some level of higher education or investment means to help develop and add to the economy. But now, over the last 10-15 years, the kind of people coming in are straight out of the villages (mainly north Indians), with no education, low societal values, no care for assimilating and are even criminals who were wanted in India. By using Canada's study permit program, hundreds of thousands of Indians came here with the explicit plan to stay and never go back. To make matters worse, they feel now that they are in Canada, they can break the rules, break the laws and commit heinous crimes. If you look at the Toronto news now, it is ONLY Indians (mainly Punjabi's) committing most of the crimes from extortion to drug dealing to carjacking etc. Even the Indo Canadian community can't stand the people coming to Canada over the last few years, it is NOT a race issue! The issue is too many people from a different culture who don't assimilate!

I think that our Canadian culture of showing respect and service with a smile is being lost with such an influx of migrants. It saddens me that I don’t see our own teens and workers in food service and other services now. Where did they go? Before you saw a mixture of all races in the workplace. Now it seems we are the minority who paid taxes for years, and cannot reap the rewards of home ownership or good healthcare or savings because we are taxed to the extreme with everyone else reaping the benefits. Bring in philipinos , Latinos.korean,vietnamese hard working people respecfull to other race culture and religious background that have come here to embrace our system and be part of it not to import the reason why they should of left their country and creating their own sectors weather it be where they live do business or who they employ. The Punjab community has by my views the largest percentage of racist people in Canada. Let's make it simple I have never seen a Punjab family accept their daughter or sister dating or marrying outside of their religion or race. It is not right to put good and bad apples in one basket, the bad stands out here more than the good.\nI came from an area of very few Indians and been living in an area of high immigration for many years, so I came from a place of no prejudices. the 70,000 students were coming in illegally i believe, 70k out of 1million+ that have come per year isn't so bad. I blame this whole situation 100% on the government and it totally does suck that these 70k people coming in are going to be deported but again there were and are so much scams that have been going on. If they lied and cheated on the system i don't think we should feel bad. Canada used to have higher standards. My family obviously are immigrant too but there has been no background checks, no proper procedure in the last few years and 2 races have been getting preferential treatment. Most if not all people that come in from Africa are left on the streets while the your country men, indian, and white looking are given a free house, food budget, and dont have to work.. We paying more for taxes and the government has increased work force by 40% yet wait time for services has trippled 3X, make it make sense.

It not anti indian policy.. international student are not all indian .. there is other country citizen that are also not allow to get work permit as well . let not play the race card now.. indian act like you are alway are special.. when apply for your student visa there were term and condition.. and one of the term is that once your visa expires you must LEAVE the county. You guys are not entile to any rights because you guys are a guest in the country... if you want fair treatment maybe stay in your country and study there because your a indian citizen ... nobody care about how much money you lost .. it was a gamble and you knew the risk and once your visa expiry you must leave.. there is no where in your student visa that states that you will automatic PR once you finish.. also the government of canada has the interst of the canadian citizen FIRST because we been paying tax our whole lives here while you guys only be paying for a year or two and you think u shoukd have all benefit that canadian is entiled too. Immigrant is not a race or nationality. The only immigrants protesting are some Indians though. If they have skills and weren't trying to exploit the system, they have a good chance of staying in Canada.
