India's economy has stalled. India also has the rare distinction of being a potential economic powerhouse that won't deliver for its citizens, so its citizens want to upend their lives and move abroad . . . by any means necessary, especially visa fraud - by pretending to be students and working full-time (in violation of student visa requirements), by engaging in sham marriage for sole (and unlawful) immigration benefit, just to name a few outrageous things Indians do. I'm a foreign national of Indian origin, and I support these rejections. Every sovereign country makes it owns decisions as to who is and isn't allowed to enter their country; India is no exception, given its history of refusing visas (many a times, for political reasons). Aap karo to sahi, aap par aayi to mirchi lagi? Oh, and companies abroad get Indian IT talent not because it is good, but because it is cheap (and eventually delivers projects) - big difference. If Indian IT was so dang awesome, you'd think they'd be visionaries in the field, but nope, by and large, Indians consume; they do not invent, but rather implement existing technologies, and have little to offer to the world in terms of scientific and technological breakthroughs at present - with some exceptions.

The fact that most of the people who work on the immigration are Indians ?? so they can grant visa to their fellow citizens. They usually cut off applications from other countries and take ??s with illegal procedures and fake documents.

1. After Marriage going to usa and expecting citizenship to new born baby without proper paperwork which is illegal.\n2. Going on Student visa coming back to after 1 or 2 year then getting married Indian taking wife to USA and having idea to settle there with the baby is also illegal.\n3. I’ve had personal experiences where I’ve struggled to connect with some Indians at work and felt excluded. While I try to remain polite and professional, these repeated interactions have left me with mixed feelings. I understand the importance of diversity and cultural inclusion, but I believe there also needs to be mutual respect and effort from everyone involved for integration to work. It’s not about banning anyone but fostering better understanding and collaboration.

Working in shipping industry for years, indians - wow their behaviour is just out, no sensitivity towards other culture, from what I observed they look at themselves high authority, hygiene is out. Very few Indians I've met that i can say has a good manner.

Pretty much all of Canada is like this. If you’re brown they’ll hate you for working hard and making an honest living. Meanwhile the locals will just apply govt benefits and play video games and blame indian immigrants for stealing their jobs, with this kind of hatred and bad attitude. Canada and many such countries who have their economies running because of Indians working there, are recently being unnecessarily racist , rude and disrespectful to them. Please give it a thought, to stay back in India and live with dignity,until these countries learn to respect us.

I think there is a lot of good Indian immigrants in UK. They work hard and are decent people who integrate well.

Maam u need to do a better research..Why is Indian passport weak? Beacuse a lot of Indians try to move to other countries illegally for seeking employment...they are also at times involved in other illegal works...All this impacts the value of a passport

The New Zealand Government has looked at problems with certain countries that have an issue with fake documentation, multi identity documentation, failure to attend educational Institutions as a foreign student, false partnership and marriage application. Also the vulnerable class 4 and 5 Accredited Employers Work Visa holders that have been scammed by employers or agents that do not pay wages, provide set hours, lie about providing accommodation etc.. A large percentage of these problems arise from inside these communities. That is for example a Chinese or Indian businesses owner that is a New Zealand Permanent Resident or Citizen sponsoring a Worker from either country and exploiting them.

It is reported in New Zealand that a huge percentage of Indian visa applications contain false information and Indian's make up a high proportion of illegal immigrants in NZ, hence the scruitiny that Indian passport holders are under when applying for a visa to visit, work or study in NZ. Human trafficking is also an issue NZ is trying to stamp out and India is a source country of illegally trafficked people.

The problem is that when they ask for a tourit visa, they stay and want to work. Europeans and Americans as well as people ftom the rich Ara nations go to Infia as a tourist and then go back to their country. Thailand and Vietnam allow more Indians be ause Indians do not want to work there. We are right. We must not give visas unless we need the person. India should fo the same.

I am Canadian. Indian students coming here and demanding PR and to bring all their family. NO. I do not work all my life and pay high taxes to support your grandparents!! I can't even afford to have one child because a good life is expensive but you can have babies and not pay for them? And stop SCAMMING everyone. Not a good look. India is a big country. Indians in America are the highest earning ethnic group for good reason. Their education and employment backs it up. However, the illiterate bunch that Canada imported from Punjab who by trade are farmers, truck drivers, taxi drivers and other labor intensive workers, is the reason why Canadians are pissed. The majority of the “students” barely speak English, which makes you wonder if the IELTS is even legit. Add the fact that cost of living is through the roof, Canada is a shitshow. These agencies work with fake schools to allow so called students to emigrate. \n\nCanada is at fault for not doing their due diligence when issuing visas. Those Punjabis belong on a farm or driving a truck in India, not in Canada. Smart Indians want nothing to do with Canada now and this in turn will hurt Canada grow as a nation.

I mean as someone who has worked on the other side of things (as in deporting) the comprehension level of Indians at the immigration counter is appalling they would be asked one thing and all they would answer is but I have hotel bookings and return flight tickets… and this is not a language barrier as I interpret the interviews live…. Indians are known for visa regulation violation. Many Indians come to Sri Lanka on tourist visa and end up in working some yard.

This lady here goes down to the Oxford union debate in the UK and she said that indians globally are flaunting their passport, and now she is telling indians are being rejected by visa due to some bullshit reasons. The hard fact is that Indians are so fed-up with their country that they go to any where illegally and countries are scared of them, tbh that's what indians are doing as there is no jobs no opportunities here for them. The Henley pasport index ranks countries passports based on how many visa free visits are allowed for a countries passport and has nothing to do with paper works and racism. I just love it,,, i mean i just love it when we get a reality check,, i have been to 20 countries for studies, for work and as a toursit , i didnt face any visa rejection (maybe bcos my documents and funds were good) but boy o boy i just saw the behaviour of mostly hindi belt guys who go to Visa free countries like malaysia, bali, thailand and what horrible behaviour, they will spit around, drink pass lewid comments on foreigners and local ladies, try to bargain it was such an embarrassment, there were people chanting religious slogans near burj khalifa making reels, recently i visited georgia and some gujrati family was asking for seperate vegetarian cooked meals in an authentic georgian restaurant,, they were talking like they owned that place.\n\nI left india for studies in 2000 and came back in 2013, but during this time the indians were well behaved abroad and followed the rules,, maybe post smartphone era and the so called Godi media all have got a false feeling that we have become some vishwaguru just look at our comments on any videos on youtube instagram which are critical of us.\nThere was a news on one Lapdog Godi channel that Trump is crying infront of our PM that we help him in LA fires,, such shameless and bigoted lies will make any dimwit person think we are the greatest,\nIts high time we should start retrospecting our online as well as social behaviour.

The reason is that some Indian finds it difficult to integrates.\n\n I know one Indian lady that have lived in one country for over 20 years and the lady cannot speak the language of that country. This post over-simplifies the situation. The reason Indians get rejected is because Indians abuse the visa system. How many Indians come to the US/UK on student visas and immediately start to look for work? How many sham Indian-American IT outsourcing companies rent their H1-visas to the highest bidder? How many Indians simply overstay their visas?

Indians are also responsible . Bad visa form filling. \nTraveling abroad to work on tourist visa. Escaping into illegal permanent stay into Europe . But yes, Indian passport should be the top 20 but it isn’t because our house isn’t in place. Basically we’re mostly good people but uncivilised , undisciplined , not all but many. Get India orderly first, clean, green, pollution free, corruption free… and if they still do the same it’s because we want to go there more then they wish to come here. Do something that makes them come here. Top quality cheap tourism, food quality, pollution free, reduce population, increase the female population , give equal rights to woman, judicial system in India sucks, court cases should be fast tracked, law should be simple direst and effective. So much for us to do, money is not the only thing that makes us get quality living. Only the rich get all this stuff…

I don’t know about rest of the world but in the US alone, 700,000 Indians entered the country either illegally or overstayed their US visa just last year alone. In Canada, some Indian international students were discovered to have forged their education documents and now have been deported. Temporary workers are demanding permanent residency after work visa extensions have been cancelled due to housing shortages & increasing unemployment rate. \n\nIndian people in general are good workers but these protest aren’t helping and demanding they be allowed to stay while their documents are forged is upsetting Canadians. It unfortunately grouping everyone together.

Indians should not even complain, because millions of them are working abroad compare to other countries

Those that have abused these privileges have made it more difficult for the genuine travellers to get visas. UK may be refusing 17% of visas however Indians were the highest number of migrants into uk year ending June 24. 86% migration into Uk was from non EU countries and Indian was the most common nationality for non-EU+ immigration for both work-related (116,000) and study-related (127,000) reasons in YE June 2024.

UAE started rejecting visas because many indians dont leave the country before their visa expires and many of them dont carry enough funds for their stay in the country. Many expats ‘work’ on tourist visas too.

Indian talent is a hoax. Nw US and west is getting better engineers from countries like Russia, Ukraine,Vietnam,Phillipines, Brazil. Even Taiwanise/chinise are catching up fast. In next 10 years. Most of the Indian coders will be jobless, thanx to AI and good coders from south asia, brazil, china, vietnam. Behavior, culture and hygiene, I have some indian people working with me as software engineers in Germany, idk why they smell so bad, in a meeting i always sit far away from them, dont get wrong but teach your people to behave and be hygienic

If you apply for student visa, be a student and do not exploit the visa or violate any rules and extend your visa stay.\n7. If you are hired for work, honour the work permit rules.\n8. Last but not the least, be a good citizena and don't do anything which may spoil your countries' image.

There is no money in visa free countries for Indian’s they are not going on holidays to Europe they are going to work illegally and behave as a 3rd world citizen…Rich Indian are who are on holidays or business they get visa for long periods. They will spend or invest. Sorry to say That’s the fact

we have a huge problem with indians coming on student visa. They usually work and do cheap courses that doesnt earn then a well paid job.

As an Indian I even want to put restriction on travel and work on people of Gujarat, Haryana Punjaab UP Bihar Jharkhand, Andhra, Keralians to other provinces in India. They are extremely harmful to the local people and culture and social fabric of other provinces in India.
