OH, NOW THE GOVERNOR OF CANADA HAS A LOT TO SAY. HOW ABOUT STARTING OFF WITH? I KNOW WE 0 300 MILLION DOLLARS EVERY YEAR TO AMERICA. LET'S START TRYING TO PAY THAT BACK AND GET BACK ON THE RIGHT TARIFF ROAD... THAT'S THE MOST I'VE HEARD THIS MAN TALK, OTHERWISE HE'S ALWAYS TALKING BLAH, BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH.TYPICAL LIBERAL

It is NOT anti Americanism, but a response to America‘s trade attack. Donald started it, he can stop it too. Like Putin. He started it, he can stop it too.
2025-03-04 0
Tariffs are bad for the economy and obviously starts a trade war but the USA working with Russia is absolutely unacceptable and very dangerous
2025-03-04 0
If any war starts, probably Americans are against Trump.
2025-03-04 0
many people don't believe it but this is the start of America's downfall. I'm an American myself but I know how to call a spade a spade . And just like the great empires Thur out the world's history have fallen America will fall. The sad part is that the American people fell for the scam and did this .

Canadiens, Hitler fails started with Russia, Trump fails will start with Canada. Go ??
2025-03-04 0
Today is the day that US started a war against Canada. That is what US has become.
2025-03-04 0
This turning on allies thing that America has started, how does it benefit them?
2025-03-04 0
I am happy that this will increase the costs on the american people. I hope all provinces remove all USA produced alcohol from their shelves. I hope we apply levies on all energy and mineral exports to the USA. This would include potash, oil, power, nickel, uranium, lumber, etc. I have no ill will to the american people, but your president (whether you elected him or not, he is YOUR president) has started this and you, the american people, are going to end up paying more for everything in the very near future. Your president has now started the FA, and the US public is about to FO. This is NOT hurt any of your billionaires or politicians that brought this upon you. You cannot be upset at anyone than your elected officials.

Trump started this crap!!! We have to stand firm against this Dictator!! Less than 1% of drugs come from Canada - really that was his reason??? He is such a liar and idiot. If people in Canada don't want to be here and want to join the US - I say GO no one is holding you here!!!! Here is the door don't let it hit you on the way out!!!
2025-03-04 0
Trump is going to start a world War next
2025-03-04 0
Who pays for the retaliatory tariffs? Is it Canadians? Who pays for Trump's tariffs ? Is it Americans? Kinda seems like he's saying if you dont stop hurting your citizens, I'll start hurting my citizens too.
2025-03-04 0
Europeans start boycotting US products, too! Go Canada!??
2025-03-04 0
What??..very dumb thing to do...that's very trump thing to do...if not see the war Trump is starting against all the countries that have not a communist dictator
2025-03-04 0
It was nice this is how it starts huh

Well, I was really interrupted, but my thing is with. Why does the taxpayers have to continue to keep paying out the government's debt? I don't understand these rich billionaires. Don't want to pay their taxes. And then you guys blamed the middle class and the average payers. It's time that the middle class and average payers start going after the government to change your laws or be able to take these people that don't agree with the people that they paid to take care of the United States to get to my office and put someone that does care about the people in. Our country, that's what my whole thing's about right now and Donald Trump don't care. He wants to become a dictator and keep telling you guys and his followers are doing the same. It's time to go after the Republican office that Donald Trump has put together even with Leona's and take all his contracts away from Leon musk and see where he goes now. Instead of charging Leah, unless the area says he uses about 10 times a amount of rental space to do his work. That's what I gotta say, because that's what you guys are doing to the average worker and middle class to pay your guys's b******* bill.\nAnd that's my opinion like it ornet you fucking thieves

Indians have used Canada like a flop house. Indians go to diploma mills and try to use it as a backdoor to stay in Canada. They take over Canadian communities and try to turn them into India - making the locals feel like foreigners in their own home. They're also involved in a lot of crime. This includes: auto theft rings, synthetic ID/credit fraud, gun and drug smuggling, and one of the largest gold heists in Canadian history at Toronto Pearson airport. Americans have stated that the top nationality entering the US illegally from Canada is Indian. The drugs they are complaining about entering the US from Canada are almost entirely brought in by Indian truck drivers (Google it and find many examples). A Fentanyl super lab in BC capable of producing over 95 million lethal doses that was busted was run by an Indian. This is now threatening trade with our main trade partner as a trade war has just started. ENOUGH ALREADY! Indians need to be sent home, and banned from entering Canada.

Born and Raised in Canada and there is another sort of comparison I'm starting to see more and more: We have the Stagnation of Japan and the the Personality of Britain. \n\nWhat I mean by that, the people in Canada, least the older ones (Boomers), got very conservative and never wanted to rock the boat and do new things. They had in their eyes a good thing. They had work and owned their home. None of them wanted to risk that so they kept things the same for the past 3 decades or so. Well a lot has changed around the world, and were pretty much the same old. Literally. In retirement. Whats the last interesting thing Canada has done since the Canadarm? \n\nI can think of a number of achievements the rest of the world has done, including many 3rd world countries. But Canada is the same old. This has become our Culture. We don't talk about new ideas. We witness them online, but we're not Creators. We are Consumers. And that is what I think happened to Britain after they got resettled after WWII. Britain is pretty dry. And so is Canada. Hence our forest fires!

Watch the USA's economic advantage evaporate when Trump's disastrous economic policies really start to kick in.

0:11 Only direct neighbour? You're forgetting Denmark. The great whiskey war lasting 49 years is a testament to Canada's will to fight against the Danish aggression. Canada was forced to cede land in a peace deal due to the start of the Ukraine war.

As a Canadian who has lived my whole life here, in my opinion there were two major factors that need to be highlighted that started this mess: fiscal policy and focus on fringe politics. First, Canada came out of the 2008 meltdown relatively unscathed due to following a markedly different strategic path than other major countries, namely tight banking regulations as well as 15 years of paying down the national debt. However, several years after 2008, sentiment shifted to adopting the same MMT-led fiscal policies as other nations: lower interest rates and deficit spending. Secondly, at least 10 years ago, there was a major political shift to start emphasizing fringe social issues (climate, race-based, gender, etc.) instead of standard issues such as the economy or military to name two, and it was strongly evident in academia and in the media. The result was little governmental, public or media attention being paid to core economic concerns such as the massive growing government and consumer debt levels, highly inflationary housing market, or decreasing productivity. When COVID hit, the government further doubled the existing federal debt and when they found that unsustainable, opened the doors to massive immigration levels to bring the Debt-per-Capita ratio down which while helping in that one metric, has further inflated the housing market all while forcing wages down. We now have unsustainable public debt levels, unaffordable housing, decreasing wages, decreasing productivity, and a troubling reactionary political swing towards extremist right-wing ideologies. Top that off with the US administration seeing Canada is on an economic precipice and threatening to take the country over, there couldn't be a more perfect storm.

All our problems started with Trudeau. He's incompetent and corrupt.

For 2 decades Canadian cities have had a condo building boom (for non-North Americans, a condo(minium) is a building built by developers with the intent of selling off the apartments individually, instead of the whole building being one large rental property - that's a rental building) with the rather strange peculiarity that the bast majority of those condos are small - studios, one bedroom and one bedroom + den (in North American real estate linguo, a den is a small room without a window). There are some two bedroom apartments, and three+ bedroom apartments are very rare. One of the reasons for this is a general mindset that apartments are for singles, young childless couples and retired empty-nesters, while families are supposed to live in a house of their own. Another reason is that some archaic building codes restrict the type of apartments developers can fit in a building. The result of this is that in a country which certainly does not lack space, there are now tons of small apartments (the demand for which has been going down in many areas), but it's too expensive to afford a larger space to buy (whether a house or one of those rare large apartments) once you want to start a family.

If my country doesn't get housing costs under control they're in serious trouble. The average house in the town I live in is something like 900K and there's basically no local economy. With costs so high I can't afford to start a family. If we keep gaining old folks needing healthcare while keeping housing expenses high and wages low taxes will have to keep going up.\n\nI am not going to continue to pay huge portions of my income for the benefit of the elderly while I can't afford a decent lifestyle. I don't want to but it seems moving to the US or elsewhere is the only option if things continue this way. At list point the local governments are so invested in denying housing permits and abusing zoning laws to prevent housing being built that the only way to fix it would be to strip the provinces and cities of the right to decide their own zoning bylaws. \n\nI want to see a change in the constitution that makes zoning bylaws illegal. There are too many people thinking of their self interest and not of the Nations interest. We deserve to lose the right to decide what can be built in our neighborhoods. We have been abusing this right for too long

As a proud Albertan the only ways Canada can succeed in the future is vast sweeping reforms across the country and government at all levels or joining the USA and getting a fresh start for each province. If non of those things happen we will fall so far and probably end up a failed state by 2040

As someone living in Canada... I actually don't feel much of the things mentioned in the video. Sure, wages are not growing as fast as it can, but as someone who managed to purchase a home *before* the bubble started to expand, I'm living steady right now.\n\nWhat is REALLY causing a large part of the social and economic issues is actually the fact that provinces are NOT expanding new towns and cities in the millions of kilometers that needs to grow. Everyone is moving into cities, including refugees and new immigrants, which is driving up local prices and demand for everything. A few years ago, there were literally news of townships outside of the major cities offering houses and land for $50 per acre if people move to those towns and live there. \n\nCanada's biggest (heh) advantage is how much land it has. It's biggest weakness is how little comparative population it has. The worst problem is the concentration of population in like 6 keys cities throughout the entire country. If more people who complain about housing or social issues were willing to move outside of the major cities, they wouldn't have those problems.

Dear Canada,\nI hope you fix the employment problems and stop employers from hiring non-resident under contract for below minimum wage rather than a resident or a local before you start implementing new streams for said non-residents and new immigrants. A lot of you locals are struggling to land employment because of the fact. Employers are taking advantage of this loophole for to lower cost of employments. And it's unfair for us locals and residents. \nIt's just unfair you see, it's not right that employers prioritize non-residents just because they can lowball them and this individuals won't have any issue with or say any word since they are given employment. Employments should be fair. \nThe labor law should have more stricter rules on such things because employers are taking advantage of this very lax rule. And should have a law that supports employees too against abusive employers or employers who just don't care as long as they profit. \n\nSincerely,

In one of your videos…you mentioned that Chilean robbers in your country were more than likely getting rid of their “merchadise”…in an area where they sell jewlery, and then you essentially blamed the Chilean Robbers as though, the ones buying the products were almos the victims of those robbers, let me tell you that I totally disagree with your point of view, it is wrong to steal, but the ones buying the products, were also criminals. Or are you people, starting to behave like many countries that blame the Americans, for bribing corrupt politicians and hence the poverty in many countries around the world. IN OTHER WORDS, YOU ARE BLAMING OTHERS INSTEAD OF YOURSELF…..HOW LOW HAVE YOU PEOPLE FALLEN !!!...AMAZING, YOUR FOREBEARS, MUST BE TOSSING AND TURNING IN THEIR GRAVES IN DISCUSS. If those Chileans are robbing AND YOU PEOPLE ARE BUYING….WHOSE FAUTL IS IT FOR BUYING “HOT STAFF”?....IT IS YOURS AND DON’T BLAME OTHERS, THE ROBBERS ARE AS MUCH CRIMINALS AS WHAT YOU PEOPLE ARE…THAT SIMPLE….SO, START BY GETTING REAL !!!...

COMPLETE BULLSHIT. Trump is sending busloads of illegal immigrants from NYC and dropping them off at the Canadian border because that's cheaper than legally deporting them. This clown has them going the wrong way. They are counting the illegal immigrants Canada caught and is sending back to NYC by bus. MAGA idiots trying to make Trump the Frump look good.\nWhat these American geniuses should be looking at is:\nD. J. Trump has been a valuable asset to the Russian services for 40 years?\n\nAccording to former Soviet agent Yuri Shewrew, who moved to the U.S. in 1993 and obtained U.S. citizenship, Donald Trump was classified by the KGB as valuable services for forty years. Szłowie, former KGB Major, is currently one of the most important sources in Craig Unger’s book. “The American Comsar.” In addition to this thread, the book examines the president’s relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, a U.S. financier, who died in 2019.\n\nUnger claims that Trump first interested the Russians in 1977 when he married his first wife, Ivana Zelnickova, a Czech model. At that time, he became the target of a spy operation supervised by Czechoslovak intelligence in cooperation with the KGB. Three years later, when Trump opened his first major Grand Hyatt Hotel in New York City, he bought 200 TVs from Siemon Kislin, a Soviet immigrant who co-owner of the electronic company Joy-People at Fifth Avenue. According to Szedema, Joy-People was controlled by the KGB, and Kislin worked as her agent and selected Trump, a young, growing businessman, as a potentially valuable intelligence.\n\nWhen in 1987. Trump and his wife visited Moscow and Leningrad for the first time, the future president held many business meetings, including KGB officers. According to the Sędzim, Russian officials who perfectly identified the narcissism of the interlocutor and his psychological and intellectual weaknesses led a real “offensive of charm”, flattered him and emphasized that his personality made a huge impression on them. They suggested that such a man should deal with politics, that only people like him can change the world. According to Szbla and Unger, Trump was the perfect target for recruitment in many ways, especially because of vanity and narcissism.\n\nTrump almost immediately “entered” a new role, i.e. “joyfully parroted anti-Western propaganda.” Shortly after his return to the United States, he began his efforts among the Republicans to nominate for his candidacy for president, and even organized an election rally in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. On September 1, 1987, he published a full-page ad-icing in the New York Times, the Washington Post, and the Boston Globe, in which, among other things, he accused the Alliance of the U.S. and expressing his skeleticism to the U. According to Trump, America should stop paying to defend countries that can defend themselves. Such actions caused real euphoria in the USSR. Trump has already made the same the same theses as president.\n\nTrump's victory in the 2016 election. The Russians accepted with satisfaction. Special investigator Robert Mueller did not detect a conspiracy between members of the Trump staff and the Russians, but revealed at least 272 contacts and 38 meetings with people linked to Russia. The storm told The Guardian that he was disappointed with the investigation because there were no counterintelligence aspects of Trump’s relations with Moscow. According to Unger, Trump was definitely an asset to the Russian services, and his book “will start where Mueller ended.”\n\nSource: The Guardian of 29.01.2021.\n\nMelanija Knavs [now Melania Trump] was born in Novo Mesto, Yugoslavia, now part of present-day Slovenia, on April 26, 1970. Her father Viktor Knavs first worked as a chauffeur, and he eventually sold car parts for a state-owned vehicle manufacturer as he made connections with the League of Communists of Yugoslavia, the national communist party.\n\nWhy do you think Trump is so anti-Ukraine? Putin also has sex tapes showing Trump with adolescent girls in Russia, and Trump also owes Putin billions of dollars.

Lol Eric Adams should be in jail. He was all for a sanctuary city until the cost started coming out of his slush fund. When it looked like he might face incarceration for his slick dealings, now he's toeing the line to keep his position. Surely Trump doesn't trust this clown
