If these migrants have money to fly to canada. Then they have the money to fly into any american airport and try to migrant legally. The fact they don't is highly likely because they would never qualify for asylum status as their country isn't in war ect. Looks like Canada needs to check people coming into Canada and trying to find out where they are going and how long do they intend to stay. If they look like going south they should be denied access to Canada.

Northern borders have been porous for decades. Only Pres Trump is trying to end it. For decades some Mohawks in Canada were paid to bring illegals into the US through the back roads of the reservation.

This was always going to occur. Shut down the southern border and people will try to get in through the north. As I understand it, we don't have the same deportation laws with Canada as we do with Mexico. This needs to be dealt with and Canada needs to step up. I live in a norther border state and my younger brother died of fentanyl. I am fed up with it. Okay there are only three ways into Canada, so how are these illegals getting into Canada? Or did they enter Canada legally (visitor visas) to try to jump the border?

Anybody harboring in any way or helping in any way should be put in jail for a minimum of 3 months instead of putting the criminal in jail or the illegal, you send them back to Canada. Or Mexico or wherever they came from and the person that tried to help them has to pay by sitting in jail for 3 months or longer. A second offense, 5 years, a third offense life. Please....Canadian borders account for less than 1% of the total people trying to get into the US. Over 99% come across the southern border. This is official accounting. I lived in Montana for five years moving from Ontario Canada. I returned after five years because your legal system is a joke. Healthcare is so expensive living in Canada’s way. My observation of Canada is that the people are generally friendlier, the streets are generally cleaner, the food is generally healthier, the atmosphere is generally more chill, and the people are generally more intelligent. America has turned stupid because of social media pushing MAGA.
