Australia has finally realised the impact of high immigration. The Labour government left the door open leading to high numbers of immigrants coming in. Now no one can afford to buy a house, the country’s infrastructure is under pressure.

India should reciprocate in a similar way as EU nations, New Zealand, Australia, and the USA, with the need of list of documentation and waiting times.

Indian are the most hated nationality, specifically in Canada nowadays . 5th largest economic nation ,then why Indian choose to travel other small countries like New Zealand and Australia ??

After staying in Australia for so many years, I can say that the Australian govt’s policy has changed but due to valid reasons. The visa requirements are getting stringent every year.

There are enough Indians all over Europe, Americas and Australia. Many of them specially in the USA and Canada are illegal in high numbers. In Canada and USA, Indians have ruined their own reputation by getting involved into fraud activities, breaking laws of the host countries by bringing people from India and making them work illegally. So, naturally, the rejection rates are much higher for tourist visa and not for business visas as such. The solution is India should build infrastructure inside the country so that people don't need to rush abroad for a better life. Equality doesn't mean providing access to anyone who can potentially misuse the resource of a country.

I doubt whether tourist visas are rejected. Has anyone done an analysis of student visa rejection? Most students travel to study in no name colleges with no value of degrees. These colleges are also scams. If India (and China) stop sending students to US UK Australia then half the colleges will shut shop there\n\nAs usual media keeps clickbaiting on headlines because no one takes media seriously

It's a stupid report, obviously the visa rejection will be high if the visa applications are high from a most populated country in the world it's basic common sense , i would say India have the highest visa grant these days, I'm from India came to Australia it's not ecen harf if u have the right documents and if you're not faking anything, I'm pretty sure the rejections are mostly because of fake documents especially from Punjab and Haryana so it's good that they are not letting fake people i mean then what's the point of doing all this right way? People even dare to charter a flight to Maxico with a plan to cross the border and into USA, like a flash mob, without a visa. First of all . I am an Indian living in Australia. \n1. The way some of us are behaving in these countries is the worst . Instead of respecting their culture and laws, we start behaving in the same way as in India .\n2. I don't want to put it out, but some people from certain places have a ready solution even if the immigration change their rules . They know every means to cheat their way in. \n3. Take, for example, 200 people come from other countries and do nonsense in India. Will we allow them ? Noooo, right ... but right now, thousands of our Indians are damaging other countries, bringing all kinds of dirty activities we do in India .Unnecessary protests are just 0.1% of them\n\nThis is the best decision taken by the other countries and it should become more strict in the coming days

Don’t blame the West. By your own account UAE, Australia, NZ are not technically western. I am sure getting a Visa to Japan, South Korea is equally tough. USA faces substantial illegal immigration from India mainly Gujarat. I am sure same is true of Europe. Don’t blame the passport index. How come China fares better and Singapore and Malaysia are among the best? Introspection instead of Jingoism is the solution.

According to your own data, more than 80% of visa to USA, UK and Europe and almost 70 % of visa to Australia and New Zealand are approved for Indians in 2024. That is darn good. I don’t see any reason to complain about.

Why most Indian want to visit USA, UK, AUSTRALIA, NZ and EU most English speaker countries were 90% of their visas are denied

India's over population is the biggest concern to the whole world. India should simply merge with Australia, USA, UK, Canada and NEW zealand. So many indians are dying to migrate to these counties. So many indians do not want to live in india due to lack of quality of life, corruption, pollution and over population. If india merges with these countries they can move half of the indian population to these countries and the quality of life in India will improve.

As an Indian staying in Australia, I feel ashamed because the genuine students are not even 10 out of 100 from India. They are just coming for work and PR, and on top of it, they are ruining the culture here. It's an absolutely correct decision for Western countries. Indeed, they should keep INDIA on BLACK LIST

Australia banned student intake from 4 north indian states. they have reason to do so. no country shuts door to quality immigrants. myself and my spouse (Skilled couple) got invited for PR with in 2 years of our stay in Australia.

India is the 5th largest economy. Is that the reason why Indians any level should not be rejected visas. Well, out of all Indian revenue 90% wealth belong to only 10% population and rest of all Indians are living below poverty line. Usually those who can prove that they will return to India from countries like Australia, UK, New Zealand, EU, UAE and USA as you mentioned then they are given visas, otherwise no luck.

Mexico is an easier country to live in than the cold desert of Canada. All such videos compare themselves with the USA instead of Mexico or other neighbours of the USA. Canada is a corrupt country and a handmaiden of the USA. Thats why it has to constantly advertise itself as a special destination to attract all the people from across the world (as its own population haemorrhages across the border). Just like Australia or some other colonies of the Britishers. Without the influx of innocent and gullible immigrants, Canada would have ceased to exist as an independent country. From all the Developed English speaking countries around the world UK, NZ, US, CA, Australia is still the best, Cleanest, environment cleanest street's, least homeless, least crime, least drug use best weather, work life balance and retirement system but unfortunately still expensive housing.

It is not just the number of students, it is the quality of the students. Majority of these students are not top notch or the ones who will integrate well into society. Most of the schools accepting students in Canada and Australia are businesses run by former immigrants to these countries, who saw the business opportunity of charging people to give them admissions to low quality un-ecreditted schools, which they run themselves. Then in the midde of the school years they will push students to apply for immigration or refugee status. Everyone knows what the scam is but the governments are not addressing it. I am pro immigration but the systems have changed (broken) from what they used to be 20/30 years ago.

If you think that's bad, you should see the suburbs of Melbourne, Australia. We have had cases were they have committed serious crimes, and fled the country before they could be arrested. There are over 260 visa only colleges in Canada and about 200 in Australia,these colleges are of no use and over lakhs of students come here every year,why the government doesn't take action on it and close these universities,and why does they treat the illegal visa immigrants and skilled immigrant like engineers and doctors the same
