This person has spent the large majority of their military career as a man. Both combat deployments were well before they transitioned. People who require inhalers cannot be deployed- meaning someone who is reliant on constant medication cannot be deployed. This person is no longer deployable, and by definition no longer fit to serve. That doesn’t erase what they’ve done- but allowing trans people in the military and to allow them to transition during their service severely blurs the lines.

I have seen no evidence that a person who is delsional is not suffering a mental illness. I have seen it expressed legally but not medically. And in this type of case it requires a review of the medical side of things before issuing any legal determination. Testimony to Congress proved that the studies did not include all the relevant data to support their cause. So the previous court ruling could be overturned and will be at some point. I would not serve under a transgender person in the military. I would exit the military. I do not think delusional people should be allowed to handle firearms.

Sorry, but allowing Trans people to serve does nothing for readiness or the Country. In fact the cost associated with making them acceptable by the BS training and complaints really isn't worth it. They account for .03% of the military, which comes out to be roughly 3900 people out of 1.3 million active duty. I keep hearing it would take 10 years to get back to operation readiness afforded by trans contributions? REALLY? Are you telling me that those 3900 are the backbone of military? This was during Sleepy Joe Biden’s presidency. He allowed this to happen. Actually, the whole democrat party did. During Obama’s time, they were cracking down on illegal migrants, even Hillary spoke against it. But when Biden got into office, he opened the border wide and said, “Come in. We welcome you.” And most of these migrants were not vetted, no paperwork, drugs flowed freely with them along with trafficked women and children. This was an allowed invasion to serve the political interest of the democrats. How many tours during your transition period? How long should you be allowed to be non-deployable during your transition? How do the lifelong meds affect your emotional, mental stability? If you had 1 month of meds, you didnt complete your transition, youre just dressing the part.

Recruitment is not down because transgender people/DEI is not allowed. It is down because the opposite is happening. DEI/Alphabet people are being shoed into places where they do not belong over more qualified other people. This process of putting less qualified people into positions endangers everyone else. Just like female lesbian firefighters in LA who are not strong enough to carry a person to safety think this is the fault of the victims they might encounter and not be able to save. This lowers morale and affects recruitment. If a transistor can meet the current requirements, they should be allowed to finish their time, but nobody else gets a free pass.

This is a matter of our military not doing their part in conducting proper mental health sceenings. How can someone with a psychological disorder be allowed to serve? When I was at MEPS, I was denied my request to be an MP because of a low credit score, and yet we have individuals in service that are not mentally fit. I do not wish any of them ill will. But just like most can agree, they wouldn't want a racist cop. We would not want someone who could snap while they are being depended on in a critical situation. This is evident as the left likes to point out the high suicide rate with transgender and homosexual individuals

If you are able to be diagnosed with a mental or physical illness that would be a detriment to your service, then you are not allowed to serve. I know this because of my diagnosable autism and fucked up knees, I probably wouldn’t be able to keep up in basic training

Was all 20 years of “her” service as a transgender, if not, then her case has no ground to stand on, because its even worse for the soldiers around “her” to have to deal with that shit. No place for transgenders in the military, cause now they’re asking to be included, next they’ll be crying about their own toilettes and barracks and everything else. All soldiers left their life behind to be part of the military, and they wanna allow this. Dont care how good they are suppose to be, they are a distraction, and the military is the last place you want people distracted. They dont have so many transgender troops that it will take decades to fill their place, STOP WITH THE BS. 1 person being successful, mainly because of what they did before the transition, does not make “her” proof that its not a problem. I have a lot of sympathy for these people, especially considering many gave up everything they had to pay smugglers to get this far while our government was effectively letting everyone in while offering additional incentives such as money and temporary housing.
