Just chill. There is no mass deportation. There is a ban to entrances as two large conflicts growing to the loss control point. In 1941 we closed boarders for immigration for a year. Hi, I'm from India live in India and never dreamt of any other country's citizenship, India is my motherland. As a teacher, I can say that students are going to Western countries because agencies from US, UK, Canada lure them for better education opportunities and better life, their parents spend all their life savings for them and live in financial difficulty here. Some of these agencies are not legal, and people get trapped in various immigration scams all over world. I can see in video the life they are living in bad condition. I think US or UK or Canada or even for the matter India should not allow atleast voting rights, to immigrants right away. If you find some of them useful loyal for betterment of country they can be allowed local citizen's rights. Rest all who are trapped or illegally immigrated should be sent where they belong to by helping them in some way.

The caregiver program should go through reform. With the current immigration law with giving the caregivers Permanent Residency putting a lot of pressure on the employers who are working hard and paying taxes to bring the caregivers in Canada. The caregivers are taking advantages by exercising their rights as soon as they lands in Canada. Where is the protection for the employers who are working round the clock to bring the caregivers but the caregivers are abusing the systems and goodwills of the employers. The caregiver program should be like it was before when the caregivers needed to work here for 10 years to get the permanent residency. Otherwise it is becoming difficult for the employers to retain the newly hired caregivers under the new program as the caregivers are getting PR as soon as they lands. Employers need protection. Employers brings caregivers from foreign lands and as soon as they arrive the caregivers can quit and change employer and start exercising their rights as PR - it has to stop to protect the employer because of the employers hard earned money and goodwill they can land here, employers should not suffer for their goodwill and needs.\nWe Canadian employers need workers not the abusers.\nThe caregivers should be brought in temporary work permit and sent back or give PR after 10 years after they contribute to Canada but not award them with PR as soon as they land. Otherwise the lack of workers in this field will never be fulfilled. My dad came to this country in the 80s; I was born here. I had a lovely childhood in the 90s and 2000s. My parents bought a house in suburban Toronto with just a high school education. They sent us to public school, which was perfectly good. I was looking forward to buying my own house, etc. I loved this country. Even back then, people were reticent about being too nationalistic. But I was PROUD to be Canadian even though my parents were not born here. I thought of myself as Canadian, I sang O Canada proudly, I celebrated Remembrance Day in a solemn way even as a child, and I would have died for the country if we had been at war. \n\nWell, not anymore. I don't recognize this country after years of Trudeau. I can never buy a house here, the cost of groceries is burdening me, and the younger people in my family can't even find part time jobs as students. People are increasingly rude, crime has me on edge, it's congested. Freedom of speech, which was taken for granted when I was very young, is dwindling away. Churches have been burnt, Trudeau has incited hatred against people who disagree with him. I'm actually moving to the USA to work there, so that will ease a lot of these issues. (I know it's not perfect down there, but having spent a lot of time there, I can see many things are better). But I'm sad. I'm sad for my family that still lives here. I'm sad that the country I once loved is gone.

Forget the language barrier. Even if you speak German their bureacracy is worse. It discriminates and even if you are legally correct they will purposelly give you wrong information on what you are eligible for. The labour office gave the wrong advice to a friend recently and asked her to quit her Job as the doctor had asked her not to return to work after a long sickness. Even though she was eligible for job benefits as she paid labour insurance they refused to pay her on sick grounds and asked her to quit her Job and come back. She did it only to be told later that she would get only part of the benefits as their doctor without examining or seeing her or even checking the background declared her unfit for a full time Job. They went to court and the court declared that the Labour office was correct. The lower court sent it to the upper court and the upper court said it was not responsible and the district court was responsible and asked us to withdraw the case. The courts are hand in glove with the bureaucracy and even if the bureaucracy makes mistakes they will always support it.
