How is it possible that they are saying deportation numbers were higher during Biden administration, yet we have been faced with the worst immigration crisis in the history of our country? Also, I would never want to sour any relationship with any country but I solute our President for being a nonsense approach and defend his country from criminals. My God, can you imagine what scum we had amongst us, if even their country doesn’t want them. I can live without Colombian food. They can stuff it up where the sun doesn’t shine. I’m only heartbroken for the people who have families there who will now suffer because they’re communicating and visiting will be greatly affected. And this is why Trump calls these assholes terrorists. Because of these assholes families are held hostage by not being allowed to have physical contact with each other.

Imagine you have your family, including small kids and older parents in your home and had one extra room for rent, you put ads out in the paper and interview some people for the spot, but while you are doing that, someone walked in your door and put all their things in your the room and then expected you to totally be cool with it. Anyone in their right mind, would be frustrated, even if that person was really nice and and said they'd pay rent. Any sane person would say, leave, go through the interviews, background checks, and then we'll see if it works out. Additionally, if anything is not going their way, they complain about racism and why Canadians don’t understand their culture. Yet, they have no interest in learning about and adapting to Canadian culture. Many brought with them the ways of dealing with people and doing business that are often very shady and Canadians are forced to adapt to them. I support immigration as it adds to the diversity of our culture. However, when 80% of the permanent residence VISA were issued to Indians last year, that’s not diversity. We don’t want to become India 2.0.

Every single country has the right to accept or deny anyone wanting to enter their country based on their own criteria. Travelling to a country is luxury and living & working there are privileges! I’ve had the privilege to work and live for 2 years in India and I’ve respected every single procedure I had to go trough, I had all my papers, I respected the country and culture, did my job as good as I could, stayed out of trouble and went back home when it was time to do that. Just like India has the right to set its immigration rules as strict as they want in order to protect their sovereignty so does any other country on the face of the planet earth! If you want to be accepted anywhere on planet earth (this is an advice for everyone and anyone from any country) you must EARN IT not demand it!

Unfortunately, have to agree with the fact that some Indians have exploited the visa process and made it a mess for the remaining well intentioned legal residents. Lack of proper manners, over staying, misusing the privilege, list goes on. Please understand: we need to follow rules. We are a law abiding country. As a Brit I know many decent integrated Indians here. But none of them are recent arrivals. Older immigrants were respectful and wanted to be British and adopt British ways. But newer immigrants act as if we owe them something while acting in disrespectful dirty disgusting ways. For example in India I have to use Indian toilets as Indians do. I don’t pretend I don’t understand how to use them, I don’t need instructions on the door and I don’t break the toilet by standing on it, shytting up the walls and all over the floor and leave it there like that’s normal. I’ve worked in offices where this was routine when Indian contractors were brought in. Integrated Indian men seem to take great pride in dressing smartly and smelling good. But it’s really common for Indians to smell REALLY BAD. Poor personal hygiene plus excessive amounts of Indian food (you’re abroad ffs try some different food!) creates a truly vile odour. Some Indian men also think it acceptable to stare at and harass British girls (although to be fair they do not have as bad a reputation as their neighbours) they are also rude and racist to white people especially women. Some Indians in 2025 still seem to think they’re living under the Raj and Britain is ‘oppressing’ them. They’re not and we’re not. The empire brought benefits to India and left peacefully over 70 YEARS ago. We don’t owe you ANYTHING. This victim mentality means India will NEVER be a proper first world country. You can flood the world with sheer numbers but you will never be respected or improve the world in any way, you will only ever leech off the invention of others. I do not mean to disrespect the many decent Indian people I’m just telling the truth. As a culture your presence outside of India is negative because of the way so many Indians act, trying to create India wherever they go. And they have the cheek to say this is ok because they got colonised. WELL SO DID WE! That is the truth.

I earned my permanent resident status back in 2001 and joined US ARMY during war in terror and served for 8 years. While serving, I was deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan in the middle of hot zones, dodging grim reaper's radar for many, many times. When I finally earned my US citizenship through military, I seamlessly transitioned into law enforcement career in New York for past 10 years, which I encountered with many illegal criminals with rap sheets- which some makes you think why they are still wondering in the street instead of locked up in the jail, having their freedom taken away. What is funny is that many of these illegal criminals have such an entitled mindset that they are deserve to be here in US without permit do whatever they want and enjoying these unbelievable benefits that these sanctuary city/state provides that we, us citizens don't even get- and we are paying for it with our hard earned money. I think I earned my citizenship with blood and sweat, same goes to many immigrant hopefuls that came to U.S with true American dream. It is time to take back our country and I 100% support with Trump's decision on this.

Canadians have been left behind by their own country in favour of Indians. Canada as we know it is done, it is in severe decline and the quality of life of all Canadians has suffered from this influx. At old age homes, Canadians are being passed up and made homeless in favour of new immigrants (all Indians), all low income jobs have been taken by Indians, locals youth can't get jobs. Good. Less immigration is what all Canadians want. I’m the child of immigrants I believe immigration is a good thing. But not the way it has been completely ruined by this government. Our country is flooded with low skilled immigrants. In addition the mass immigration and rapid demographic change is not incentivizing immigrants to adapt to Canada. ( eg see any corner in any town in Ontario and see how much of the immigrants speak English). If eveything is Canadian then nothing is. I want our culture not to be dissolved into nothingness.

Funny how I sat with a Canadian elderly person who looked me in the eye and told me how lazy Canadian youth are and crying that immigrants are getting their jobs when in reality it’s either they don’t have the actual qualification or do not want to work the job. As an employment coordinator, I have received so many Canadians under 35 years of age who want me to help them look for a job but then after all the effort I put in they just send a long message telling me they don’t think they are mentally ready or physically ready or if they are worthy or good enough hence the reason they just want to quit and not get a job anymore.

India is a big country. Indians in America are the highest earning ethnic group for good reason. Their education and employment backs it up.
