I lived in Hawaii a number of years.Loved it! As a Black American, I was often preferred over WS.Especially from Native Hawaiians,Samoans,Tongans and Fijians.Not that they did not treat others nicely,but you can feel the acceptance and being welcome. Still planning to visit Africa,though.??Peace.

I really feel for these people AND all Americans who are doing it so ‘heroically’ tough. The cost of petrol, food, medical expenses, housing and the list goes on. The wages ‘if you can get a decent paying job’ have not gone up enough to cover the cost of living. It’s getting the same in Australia but not with these scenes of forced entry. There’s nothing more ignorant then when people like this come to our country whether legally or illegally and then while living here they wave a big damn flag of their country of origin and talk about how great and awesome their country of origin is…..oh yeah? Then why did you run away from it? What a bunch of ignorant dumb assess…..if your gonna be here at least don’t be so proudly waving your country’s flag like if that peace of shit country did anything for you. This is America and yes America is founded by immigrants of all types but while this country gives you everything the only flag that you should be proudly waving is the American flag and nothing else, or at the very least the American flag should be the biggest flag you should be waving and try to learn some English, that way you don’t feel like people are taking advantage of you. If you were grateful and somewhat smart the last thing you wanna do is wave some other flag other then the American flag.

At least someone is happy to be in america. Feel like alot of people in our country today don’t understand how lucky they are even with all the issues we have of our own. Of course this large influx of people is gonna cripple some of the economy for a while but we should hope the Mexican and other South Americans who do end up staying here after all this are able to lead a productive and good life beside us Americans.

I'm Canadian, born and raised. I feel disenfranchised and disconnected from my country. With the economic issues mentioned, I also feel like Canada doesn't have a culture or a proper identity. I don't know what being Canadian is, but it feels like it's just watered-down American culture.\n\nI've been slaving away the past few years in hopes of getting out of this place. It could be a huge mistake, and I know it is a huge risk, but I feel like I don't have much here anymore.

Mt family and I made 5 spots in the available for these fortune seekers and immigrated to another country, mixed feelings but I wish the US good luck with a country that has been falling apart in front of my eyes for the last few years. The worst thing is that it's by design and my fellow Americans still believe the US is the greatest country in the world. We tried to make it great again but the fake majority chose a different path of wokeness, corruption, and lies.

One of the things that I don't get is why Canadian businesses hardly made any effort to explore other markets other than the Canadian & US market. Canada is located in the middle between Asia & Europe and they also are located pretty close to Latin American countries. Yet very few Canadian companies are willing to expand beyond the US market. I feel like Canadian companies are too complacent and like the video said risk averse. Having said that, I don't think being risk averse is such a bad thing. At least the local banks can withstand crises better compared to a high risk business environment like the US. There are always pros and cons in every environment to me.

It’s ridiculous how they now feel so entitled to enter our country illegally while Americans are struggling to buy food, get housing. This has to stop. We need the National Guard out there to protect us from this invasion.

Now I work as a cook and cannot get a raise because of this. I mean this is sad and I feel for them, however most people in this case would blame Americans or American govt. we have a lot of our own problems as well. These people are going through something but why? But why are they even going through it in the first place. Why do they feel entitled that they can come here and be given benefits. We can't help our own, the veterans the homeless, the working poor. I'm so sick of them. Stand up and fight your government for your rights. We Black folks did. We didn't run to another country for relief. With help from other fellow Americans, we forced a change. Yeah, people died, but we stood our ground and won.

I feel bad for these people but I understand that America ?? should protect their country and people too. They should follow the proper process of entering to the US. A country should not just let people enter undocumented. I’m not American but I’ve been to the US for travel. The country isn’t for me. I don’t dream of living there. I’m happy I moved to Japan. I will say I have been lucky in Calgary (moved to Alberta in 2011; became perm res in 2018) with my healthcare. I have a great liver specialist and family doctor as well as a backup. I just fell and cut the back of my head Monday (2 staples but nicely done; I do not feel any pain). I know that is not common for people. I think some of it is timing based on the comments. It will only get better if we quit USing it (i.e. politicizing it). As an ex-pat watching that dumpster fire, moving to Canada in 2010 (first year in YVR) was the right step for me (however, that said, being that I am plain white looking male, I know that made it so easy at least until I applied for Perm Res. Then, being a white american worked against me). Luckily, I had been involved with a Canadian citizen several years whom sponsored me for Perm Res. I really enjoy seeing your POV in your videos. I feel bad for the immigrants who are able to get into America. They have no idea that America is about to be judged by God with plagues, bank failure, civil war and martial law, food and water shortages, tyrannical government, mushroom clouds and invasion, earthquakes that cause California to go into the sea. Tsunami waves that will submerge west and east coast. Watch, they will leave and go back to their country once these things take place and Americans will start fleeing to Mexico instead.

My friend is from Mexico who came to the US legally and has been a border officer for many years now. He has a very hard time telling Mexican migrants that they cannot enter the US illegally. But the law is law and it is the same if you enter Mexico. It's just a matter of Mexico doesn't have many opportunities for jobs that pays well and it's a better life in the US. I grew up with migrants all of my life. They worked 3 jobs for many hours per day but would rather have that than go back to Mexico - with no job. If Mexico had a flourishing economy, I feel migration isn't an issue. But then there's history - California belongs to Mexico but someone sold it to the Americans long ago.

To all the people in the comments upset with poor, desperate, people with no power instead of the American government that has undoubtedly destabilized these countries to the point where their citizens are fleeing to other countries…know that you are angry with the wrong people!\n\nThese people just want better lives for their families! That should cause everyone to question why they want to leave? Is there something we can do to support change in their countries so they don’t want to leave? Can we advocate for that in our politics? Is there something we can do to make housing more affordable? There isn’t a housing shortage, we have 600,000 homeless with millions of vacant homes! Can we advocate for the rights of people over giant real estate companies like Blackstone gobbling up houses and apartments, making them unaffordable before we scream that there aren’t houses for these people?!\n\nThe complete lack of effort around finding a solution is mind blowing to me! Everyone just resorts to basically saying they should all be kicked out!! Why can’t we find a solution? I just don’t get why this is such a controversial issue! Kicking them out or criminalizing them is just sweeping the issue under the rug. It doesn’t solve the problem, meaning after a while they will come back and we will be right back where we started. \n\nI guess I just feel like there should be a little more compassion and problem solving when talking about immigration!

I feel bad for these immigrants, especially the children, but this is no way to begin their lives in the United States. Where will they live, work, etc? Some may have relatives here but the majority don’t. They’ll have to turn to harming Americans for what they need. This can’t continue.
